Negative experience: Iryna Talmachova, a woman that works for this company, chose to make a racist post on her social media. I had planned to work with her, and went to see some of her recent transactions. I as a black woman was shocked to see such a post right out of the gate. Very unprofessional to use her business page to spread hate, and it in turn is a reflection of y ur own business. I hope you will take the time to discuss why this is wrong and how it could affect clientele, unless it is a reflection of your integrity as well. You have certainly lost the opportunity to work with me.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever with realtor Hristina. She was messy, unorganized, and tried to get us to pay her broker fee for Robert Slack—something she never mentioned until after we had already chosen a home. Extremely unprofessional and misleading. I would never use her again and don’t recommend anyone else to either.

She seamlessly completed both transactions back to back, and coordinated and paid the fees to move the buyer's personal items to my seller's property prior to closing. A perfect smooth transaction in the end.

Negative experience: I'm unsure whether this is a reputable realtor organization, as I understand that individual behavior can greatly influence the perception of any business. Unfortunately, I had a highly disappointing experience with one of your agents, Lennie Taylor. I reached out via Zillow yesterday to inquire about a property in Daytona Beach and received a confirmation for a 2:00 PM showing. I arrived as scheduled, but the agent did not. I received a call the following day from Ms. Taylor, who was uncertain whether we had spoken and claimed she left me a voicemail to confirm the appointment. I never received any calls or messages from her. She explained that because I hadn’t confirmed, she didn’t attend — despite the original appointment confirmation. Her tone was abrupt, and I struggled to be heard during the conversation. After informing her that I would be working with another realtor moving forward, she responded dismissively with “whatever” and ended the call abruptly. I followed up with a voicemail requesting an apology. She returned the call, but the interaction was again contentious and disrespectful — she repeatedly interrupted me and spoke over me. I ended the call professionally and advised her on proper etiquette before informing her I would be submitting feedback and contacting her agency. She later sent three text messages offering to “restart the conversation” and provided a vague apology. I strongly believe these texts were prompted only after I mentioned taking further action. If this individual’s conduct reflects the broader culture of this agency, I would advise others to proceed with caution. or even RUN!

Fantastic experience: After calling multiple realtors with other companies looking at purchasing our forever home. We were about to give up between the attitudes and didn't have the decency to contact us back. Mario Naranjo answered his phone on a Saturday morning and after 10 minutes talking with him WE knew he was our guy. We were outside of his actual area however he still made the time to spend with us. After we found the home of our dreams our mortgage broker was unable to get us the loan. Mario never let us give up. He brought in his team and was even able to get the roofers to install the brand new roof within 2 weeks so we could close on time. Negative experience: I wish i could send a good one. Andrew Jowdy was my realtor. i have known Andrew for about 3 years. When it finally came time to sell my house and move in with my girlfriend, i called Andrew. he was like a friend. He mentioned using Homeward to sell quick so we could get the house we wanted. I did just that. Then Andrew told me i had to pay the electric & water bill till the house was sold and i was already in the new house. He said, just save the bills and he would pay me back. We'll pay me is now since i moved out 9/12/24 and i paid 2 1/2 months worth of elec 7 water bills. I sent Andrew the bills and have still not been paid back. I call him and no answer, e-mail doesn't. I would expect professionalism from a realtor and as a person, i would expect you to hold up your end of the bargain. So as this point, my rating is a zero. Thanks, Doug

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying that my husband and I had zero knowledge/ experience as we were first time buyers. We knew going in that this wouldn’t be easy as we may not have been the easiest candidates for a home loan. I reached out to Robert Slack just inquiring about a house, at the time I already had a realtor. Scott Mueller called me back immediately. The house was a no go, but Scott was super helpful. He periodically checked in with us with no feelings of pressure. About a month later day and going nowhere with this process literally in tears with the realtor and broker we had, I reached out to Scott. He immediately referred us to a broker and it things started moving. Scott knew we needed our hands held through this process and that is exactly what he did. He never made us feel like we were a challenge. Scott would tell me that it’s his job to carry the stress. He was attentive to our needs in a home and didn’t stop until we found the house. His response time is impeccable! After having a realtor who barely spoke to us, Scott showed us what a REALtor is suppose to be. We closed two days after Christmas, no delays. My family and I are forever grateful for Scott.

Negative experience: Run far away! They don’t listen to you as a customer! They don’t know how to take no as an answer. I asked specifically about a certain property. The realtor “Paula” told me the property was no longer available. The vibes weren’t there, and I left like she wasn’t really listening to what I wanted. She just wanted to keep pushing houses with HOA on me. I wished her well and wanted to part our separate ways. Fast forward to a week later. The realtor “Paula” is still contacting me even though i asked her not to. They obviously still don’t understand the meaning of the words “no” or “stop”.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Scott by a family friend, and he made my out-of-state move incredibly smooth. He provided valuable information every step of the way and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the VA Home Loan process. Scott and his team were absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends who plan to use their VA benefits to purchase their next home in Tampa.

Negative experience: On December 9, 2024, at approximately 6:00 PM, Mary Morris, a real estate agent with Robert Slack LLC, committed a severe breach of trust and privacy during a scheduled showing of my residence at 2301 SE Gowin Drive, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34952. Due to running late for the appointment, Mary Morris provided unqualified prospective buyers with the electronic code to my YALE lock, granting them unauthorized and unaccompanied access to my lived-in home. These buyers were left unattended in my personal residence for approximately 11 minutes, during which they freely roamed through sensitive areas of my home. This action was an extreme violation of my family’s privacy and a direct breach of professional and ethical responsibilities. This unauthorized access created a significant liability, exposing my home and belongings to potential theft or damage. As homeowners, we trust licensed professionals to uphold the highest standards of care, integrity, and professionalism—standards that Mary Morris flagrantly disregarded in this instance. I am deeply upset and disturbed by this breach of trust and expect appropriate action to be taken to address this matter. This incident has caused distress to my family, and I feel it is imperative that measures are implemented to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Fantastic experience: Jill Evans was a great Real Estate agent. I was purchasing a second home. Primary residence was in the northeast of the United States. Thanks to Jill my primary residence will now be in the Orlando Area. We met a Few times via phone and communicated by email . We found a few properties to look at. Jill worked with my schedule to meet up in Orlando to look at the properties. The second one we looked at was perfect. Not being from the area Jill helped us with everything from getting a mortgage broker to home insurance. Her contacts made everything go smoothly. Even after the closing we had a minor hiccup with the insurance . She helped us figure that out . Was a great experience and now we have a wonderful condo right in the area we wanted!

Fantastic experience: Hats off to Shelby Neill!! I had to sell a 106-year-old home in Florida and was unable to travel there to manage the project. Shelby Neill did a super job of helping me to navigate the complexities of this project. Shelby is kind, professional, competent and an excellent communicator. She and her staff kept me up to date with clear and concise communications (email/text/telephone) throughout the process. And all this through 2 hurricanes! She went the extra mile to check on the property and to assist in opening it up for a service repair and even waiting while the repair was accomplished. Shelby did excellent negotiating on my behalf and from start to finish the project took only 2 1/2 months! I highly recommend Shelby to anyone buying or selling. She will be your champion!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. How to even begin with this review? We hired Danny Alvarez for both purchase and to sale our house. The process was nothing but headaches. From Danny’s passive aggressive and quite inappropriate behavior to us having to spend thousands of dollars fixing the house we purchased after his inspection was done, from door locks not working to dishwasher machines, to washer and dryer just not working to doors completely rotten and falling apart, we had to replace the water system, we had to replace the electrical system, the fire place was no operational and no up to code, the pool filter was not the correct size, all this was inspected by his presence and it was all good according to him. If you want a realtor that will have your best interest do not hire Danny Alvarez!!! Don’t make the same mistake we did!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I would like to thank Scott for all the help he gave us. We bought our first home, and we had some not so good experiences before Scott. When we met him, he explained everything to me, he looked for exactly what we were looking for, and after we visited a home, he always said, “Do you love this home?” Because I don’t want you to buy a home that you don’t love. Fantastic experience: When we asked about a home we were interested in Suzanne (Sam) Levine was the first to call , lucky us. She helped us find just the place we were looking for. Stayed with us thru the the inspections and closing and is still with us after the purchase. We found more that a realtor we found a friend.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience we have EVER had. From the buyers, there real estate agent, closing agent, everyone!!! We had movers ready for the first date of closing, then the second and we gave up on waiting. 3 1/2 weeks later the buyers finally got there end straight but wanted us to give keys to them ever before they had funds. We couldn't move fast enough for them at the end.with us moving in the Florida heat with no ac. As long as the buyers are happy and regardless what they pulled for almost a month, still wasn't enough. This place is a joke!!-

Negative experience: On 5/11, I rearranged my day in order to attend an advertised open house for a property listed by this office. Upon arriving, the door was locked and there was no apparent open house. I therefore called the office and was told that they would try to get in touch with the listing agent. So I waited at the property. While waiting, I began to receive text messages from OTHER agencies. "Now that you have shown interest in a property, the next step is to understand your home buying budget". My phone information was passed along immediately, which was highly inappropriate. I received several more phone calls from the assistant in the office and she was not able to find out what happened with the open house. So after wasting my day, I gave up and left. Since that time, I have received multiple emails, calls, and text messages from a variety of organizations trying to sell me a litany of services related to real estate in the Tampa region. (I live in Chicago and was looking to relocate.) It is clear that my information had been shared almost immediately. I continually ask to be removed from the lists but the messages are still coming, three weeks later. I would not use this agency using this type of unprofessional tactic if they were the last agency in Tampa. Extremely unprofessional! And for the record, while I was still in town trying to see the property, the listing agent never did call me and at that point, I would have been willing to work with him.

Negative experience: My wife and I rented a condo in Naples Florida through this real estate company. From an agent named Jackie. Of course the pictures online looked great. Like they always do. So after 6 months of trying to get us approved we sent in two checks to the owners and one check to Robert Slack LLC. Over $15000 for 3 months. We really thought this was going to be a great carefree vacation. It turns out the pictures were too good to be true. Apparently Robert Slack LLC has great photographers. Floors were dirty, carpet was old (probably original 1990). The carpet in the master bedroom had been cutout between the bed and bathroom so they could have a tiled pathway to the bathroom. So weird. Also one side looked like it was cut with a dull scissor. Condo had the owners personal stuff in both bathrooms and showers. I had to unclog the master bathroom sink. Fix the fridge fix two drawers in the kitchen and fix the front door. The slider going to the lanai constantly came off the track. We finally left it off. Master bathroom toilet also leaked into the condo below. We went without it for four days. This condo had many issues. But we got through them. We enjoyed the community and the people who live there. Everything changed when it came to get our damage deposit back. The owners decided we dirtied 30 year old cut up carpet in the master bedroom. It was filthy when we moved in. The owners deducted $140 because they said they had to have it cleaned. The owners never even said thanks for the work we did. All the work we did and the owners stiff us for $140. My wife has had her own cleaning company for 40 years. The condo needed a deep clean. I wish I could have reviewed the condo some where but I can’t. Hopefully no one else has to rent this condo at the same price we paid.
