She was knowledgeable about mountain properties in the area and knew to ask for well and radon inspections. She helped us negotiate a 2-1 buydown, without which we could not have afforded our home. She also negotiated seller concessions for radon and mold mitigation, which helped us feel confident moving into our new home knowing that we could mitigate any issues without spending further money after such a major purchase. She initially came with us to tour a home that unfortunately wasn’t a great match, was realistic with us about what we were wanting vs what we would be getting with that house, and when leaving we noticed another home several houses down with a coming soon sign that we adored— Lisa made a point to go over there and ask questions and do her thing.
