Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service. CAF manages The Residence apartments on Midway and they have been awful. I have had issues with the property manager on site and when I try to contact CAF management I get an automated message that always goes to voicemail. My Car has been towed twice (unlawfully) and CAF Management and their staff have been nothing but rude. They hung up on my wife a couple hours ago after providing no help.

Experiencia negativa: Office staff is nice but management is not personable at all and maintenance is horrible. They close out work orders without completing the work. Management do not communicate or respond in a timely manner. And whomever the ccount manager is, she made a mistake on my account but trying to put the blame in me. I have reached out to her by text as instructed. She does not respond which is so unprofessional. I really would appreciate if someone would call me regarding this matter. It is clear that management does not validate the tenants concerns.

Experiencia negativa: STAY AWAY. MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE & FINANCIAL EXTORTION. I moved in less than a week ago and it has been a living nightmare. Despite a mountain of immediate, documented issues, management refuses to show an ounce of mercy. They won’t let me out of this lease without trying to shake me down for $2,000+ in fees—on top of the thousands I just spent on movers and move-in costs. They are banking on the fact that I don’t want to ruin my credit to escape this hellhole. THE REALITY OF THE GRIFFIN: MEDICAL HAZARD: The AC was broken for 7 out of the 9 days I have lived here. It got so hot in my "new" apartment that I had to replace my insulin at my own expense. They do not care about your safety or health. THE SCAM: This is a classic bait-and-switch. They show you a beautiful, renovated "A2R" unit with gold finishes and then hand you a dump that looks nothing like the photos. When I complained, they had the audacity to tell me I could move to the "actual" renovated unit—if I paid an extra $200 a month. And when I said that wasnt reasonable they offered it for $50 extra. UNINHABITABLE: Within hours, I found cockroaches, a massive water leak that ruined my clothes/shoes, and a unit that reeks of heavy marijuana. ZERO RESPONSE AFTER DEMANDING A REASONABLE SOLUTION: They are currently ignoring a tenant in a crisis they created. I know this place looks convenient for downtown workers. I know the "renovated" photos look nice. IT IS A TRAP. They are a predatory company (CAF Management) that gets people into horrible situations and then holds their credit score hostage. PAY MORE TO LIVE ELSEWHERE. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND THE MEDICAL RISK.

Experiencia negativa: Updated Review: So, Chris from CAF office reached out to me, and I appreciate the time he took to listen to my concerns. He seemed to genuinely care about the issues I brought up, which I valued. On the other hand, my conversation with the property manager wasn’t quite as pleasant, but commitments were made to address my complaints. That said, I am not ready to give a positive review yet. I would like to see these changes implemented and maintained for some time so I can confidently provide an update on the improvements. If I could give this company, especially Wimbledon Apartments zero stars, I would. I moved in November 2025 and am already counting down the days until my lease ends in December 2026. Unfortunately, this has been the worst apartment experience I’ve had. I initially chose to move here because of Kat in the leasing office. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about residents. With her leaving, I honestly feel like there’s nothing keeping me here. The walls are extremely thin I can hear nearly every sound from my neighbors, and the constant noise from the unit above me has been very frustrating. Peace and quiet are hard to come by. I was also pressured into moving into an apartment that wasn’t my first choice, which started things off on the wrong foot. On top of that, I’ve been dealing with ongoing gnat flies in my unit, which has been a constant and unpleasant issue. Aside from the maintenance guys and Kat who truly makes an effort to listen and help there isn’t much positive I can say. From my experience so far, it does not feel like upper management is responsive or genuinely concerned about residents’ issues. I hope the property takes resident feedback more seriously moving forward.

I was told I needed to speak with Percy and have left numerous voicemails with no return call. The property they manage, The Griffin, never answer their calls either. Complete disregard for the customers they serve.

Experiencia negativa: I’ll keep calling until I get a response. I am being overcharged in regard to my rent balance and none of my charges align with my lease. Leasing agents in our complex are hateful and refuse to help me in any way. They are prejudice and I have proof of all of my claims. I will be seeking legal action if something is not done asap. The fact that my co-signer can’t even contact y’all or my leasing office is RIDICULOUS. They sit there and let the phones ring. Now it seems I’m having the same issue with this management company. I will keep calling and I’ll find out who’s above Percy since he’s going out of his way to avoid our calls. These are FRAUDULENT charges and no explanation has been given. Emails and calls are ignored…. Elijah the account manager has been charging me more than what’s on my lease renewal. He will be held accountable and Kita the property manager will be too. Everyone in that office.

Experiencia negativa: I lived in there LA MIRADA complex for almost 5 yrs DONT DO IT BOO BOO DONT DO IT they went from keeping up with them, trying to keeping up with appearances to not giving a single care about the interior or exterior of them. Management has only gotten worse and worse I have gone back and forth because they are use to people who let them take advantage of them. My lease ended at the 2nd property I stayed in for 2 yrs on 12/15 and as I expected they thought they would hit me with a bill for WEAR AND TEAR Imagine being charged for carpet that should be cleaned or replaced yearly And then charging you for the SPRAY PAINTED countertops I am glad I finally left this place They know I will be reporting them and will not see a single penny from me ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been dealing with a very stressful situation involving an old apartment balance that was mistakenly sent to collections after a management change. For months, I couldn’t get anyone to locate the records or confirm that the balance had actually been paid. It was affecting my credit and my ability to secure housing, and I felt completely stuck. When I finally connected with Chris Garcia, Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy, everything changed. Chris took the time to actually listen, research the issue, and help me get the documentation I needed to prove the balance was paid in full. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the problem. Because of his help, I can finally move forward with correcting my credit report and protecting my name. Experiencia negativa: I just spoke to Amanda and she is currently working on a solution to resolve my concerns. .i moved into this apartment not even 30 days ago on 11/14 and it has been a living nightmare since day 1. I l already have severe depression and anxiety issues and an emotional support animal and these constant issues have worsened my condition, First I moved into the apartment and it was not up to my standards regarding move in ready, the blinds in the second bedroom were broken, the toilets didnt work properly, there was a large red stain on the carpet in the second bedroom, pain stains all over the patio, painted over markings on the walls, ants in the sink, ants crawling up the wall in the laundry room, ants crawlig in the bathroom, ants in my dogs dog food, ants in the trash can, a bunch of dead bugs in the windrow seal when I open the window in the bedroom, its took over a week to get the valet trash delivered to me, there were open cracks around the window seal that had a bunch of dead bugs in it, the maintemance man turned off the hot water for the first 3 days so I was forced to take cold showers which is unsanitary icalled the emergency line for thee days but no one answered or called me back and I have never done before as I always take hot showers, the lights in the bedroom fan were very dim, the cabinets in the kitchen were broken, knobs on the stove was broken, the hot water heater naknes weird noises all the time, the ceiling fan makes loud noises, they dont tell you but they nake the visitors pay $5 per night just to park in visitors which is far from my apartment, the gates are always open since they are broken. I have to constantly call nearly every day or email everyday complaining about how horrible this apartment is and the issues I have had since day 1 as this is not what I signed up for. I never got a fob to open the gate. its just been a horrible experience. Today the pest control guy came by which is the third time someone has come out and he informed me that they have to completely bug fog the apartment so I have to leave the apartment for at least 4 hours, take out all my food from the kitchen and pantry, I was pissed as no one at the apartment complex told me this at all. i work from home so I cant just leave in the middle of the day for 4 hours like that, no notice and I have bad anxiety, depression and emotional support animal. Today someone came to fix the drawer under the stove and said he would be back after lunch but never came back and left about 6 nails on the kitchen counter. I have been waiting a week for someone to come fix the fan that is making loud ratling noises in the bedroom. The mainte man has been here two times stating he is waiting on someone taller to come fix the issue. This apartment is not worth $1567 a month and I demand the rent be reduced as I have had way too many issues the last 30 days. I have already posted on various sites expressing my complaints and demand a resolution asap. The apartment issues get worse every week. I will not survive 12 months . I have to call and email the office almost daily with complaints. Yester whe the pest control for the third time came to my apartment he told me that I had to get out for 4hours so he could bug bomb the apartment which was not told me to in advance. I notified him that no one told me that I had to get out for 4 hours, remove everything from my kitchen as I work from home during the day. I was very upset by this last minute lack of communication so i told him he needs to reschedule, I opened my pantry last night and found lots of little bugs, the same ones I complained about two weeks ago all in my pantry and my food and ijust went grocery shopping a few days ago so now I have to throw away all my food and I demand to reimbursed for this as its not my fault. I had severe issues trying to relax and go to sleep last night as this situation has made my anxierty and depresesion issues worse as I am terrified of insects and bugs. I will file a legal compaint is these issues arent addressed asap,

Experiencia negativa: Hi , my name is Jessica and I've been at the Huxley for two years please do your research before you move here I can't even start to explain the unprofessional staff and most of all the directors and managers since I moved there's Been so many different people in and out I have sent over 100 emails since the most two staff were removed including the security guard who I had to hear from tenants he harassed the employees at the Huxley I did get myself a lawyer because with these unprofessional people I can't trust anyone they never answer the calls never ret your n voice mails never reply to emails is just so disgusting how this place is behaving they so quick to want people to pay there rent my portal has been locked for months I can't make a payment then you go on a Saturday because normal people do have 9-5 and no one works Saturday or they can't take payments is a dam joke to all these dam Huxley people from t lying steeling tenants rent money and they don't update you a shoot out occurred across my building and did they even email tenants I don't know how these people sleep at night and have family because one thing I know they could care less about tenants you can't smoke but everyone and there mother smokes and so disrespectful outside by the complete patios is just a joke I just wanna make sure no one moves to this place without researching because worse decision I ever made Nola leased me and t he next day bag e was gone I did so many payment arrangements with so many people that work there now they gone is the most disrespectful and disgusting thing I ever seen they so worried about them selves not tenants not the safety of us I moved a year ago pin for the gate still the same stays open most the time garbage is everywhere to get maintenance is just one person I have leaks holes for months and nothing yet please do not move to this place .... Maybe now someone will return my calls or emails !!!!!!! So after reviewing my issue the vice president from all Huxley was so disrespectful and did not even care to hear me out she just wanted me to hear her I guess this is how they treat there tenants I will continue to say what I have to say because they are t he worse people to know that they work in such business and treat families Lillie crap not even security is around and they offer safety yea ok I will be moving asap can’t wait to not deal with them nasty people … all I can say is God don’t like ugly and karma will come ,,,, Brenda the vice president is the most unprofessional and disrespectful and rudest person I’ve ever spoken to don’t know who’s worse her or her staff although nothing matters now I will be finally thank the lord moving out that garbage complex just felt the right thing to do is let the world know how nasty this place and the people are ……..

Experiencia fantástica: I visited the Morgan apartments last week and loved it. The apartments are spacious and laid out well. Everything was clean and seemed to be kept up. I met Stormy in the office and she showed me around. I’m sure she has been there for a long time because she really knows the area and the property. She must have been management. I like that because when I live there, I want to know that the manager is consistent. I’m not moving for several weeks but it will be here because of Stormy’s help.

Experiencia negativa: This company never answers the phones and you can never reach anyone I am going to make reviews every day making complaints because they have one job to make sure they provide great customer service and they don’t . However if someone wasn’t paying their rent they’d be quick to try to kick you out of the apartment. However when a person is having issues with their property nobody is ever around to answer those calls . I will be reaching out to a lawyer to figure out the course of action . Because me having broken appliances for weeks with no help is unsatisfactory.

Experiencia negativa: My mom liveed in Pacifica Apartments do not rent from these apartments are any apartments associated with this company. My mom is elderly she moved out her apartment on time. It’s been months of going up there and calling corporate to get this resolved. Also we took proof to the apartment complex showing she didn’t owe any money. The manger took copy’s and that’s been over a month ago and they still won’t give her back her deposit. It’s sad how people take advantage of the elderly not thinking one day they will be elderly. It’s called Karma

Y Hugo C junto Con Frank son el mejor equipo que cuando Soraya no me pudo atender porque tenía bastante gente ellos me guiaron a la segunda unidad para finalizar mi opinión y aplicar.

Experiencia fantástica: Ms. Angela Rios is nothing less than amazing. Her energy, wonderful customer service skills, her patience, determination and drive to help residents or future residents is incredible. During my application process, she made she everything went smoothly and went prompt. She called me everyday to update me on my process of being approved. Her communication skills are top tier and she made sure everything was right for the apartment to feel like home from the moment walking into the doors. Ms. Norma also assisted me with signing my lease. She was also great! She was so nice, friendly, down to earth and helpful as well. Great job ladies!!! Keep up the amazing work. Nowadays it’s so hard to find good customer service anymore-however at The Arden at Cypress Station this is exactly where u will find that. Thank you ladies for welcoming me into my new home!
