But I am so glad I met Brandon , I honestly think that I got better service than any of the other 3% agents out there. Starting from listing, Brandon guides you through listing price selection and professional photography. (Luckily, I was in a multiple offer situation, and Brandon also helped me navigate through different offers I got). We had a slight hiccup due to appraisal coming in a little bit lower.
