Experiencia negativa: Tiffany sent a contract (that initially went to spam) without being available to help answer any questions. She then told me just a few minutes before the first showing that because I had not signed the contract I didn’t get (and informed her of the such) she would not be able to show houses. I asked her to resend and we would look it over together when we got to the first house since we were on a time crunch. That way I could also meet her face to face before I sign anything. She wanted to be able to solely represent me in the metro but there was too many misunderstandings to make me feel comfortable with her. She was not understanding that I had some questions and she flaked and wasted a day of my time. She then told me everything she did when I told her I didn’t want to be represented by her in a last ditch effort to I guess make me feel bad. Super frustrating. I do not recommend this brokerage.

He was always quick to respond or return calls. We felt like his only client. Ferris was very personable and always smiling. We also bought a home with Ferris and he was flexible and available in short notice (during an extremely hot housing market) ensuring we were able to see houses within moments of their MLS listing AND in a couple of cases getting us early access to coming-soon properties. He went above and beyond at every step. He developed excellent communications with everyone. I highly recommend him!

She is very patient and informative with new buyers (like ourselves), came to every property with comps and was very creative with her tactics to land us our dream home in a hot market. She put up with my spotty schedule/communication and complied an ample list of options based on my very specific preferences.
