Experiencia negativa: Worse experience I’ve ever had at an apartment. Nobody cleans up after their dogs, dog poop EVERYWHERE! Those in the leasing office are beyond rude & unprofessional. Maintenance around the complex is HORRIBLE, have seen deceased animals & it’s taken OVER a week for them to clean them up. A union of RATS literally was a deceased rat under my tire, went to take trash out rats running from under the trash left & right. Swear you can pay rent online it’s NEVER worked always had to get a money order, & there’s been multiple times I’ve went to give my money order & there were fees added on after the fact & they don’t take more then two money orders. Best decision I made was moving.

New neighbors started smoking cigarettes maliciously in their bathroom to spite me after asking them nicely and it just wafts into my bathroom and bedroom. I have asthma and trouble breathing. Our lovely management is smoking friendly!! And cannot and will not do ANYTHING about it. Even though the neighbors are doing things to other tenants with ill intent. So planning to move here? Seriously don’t even bother. Your concerns are not a priority to them

Experiencia negativa: The place is ok but the kids around the complex are a nightmare. I am constantly getting ding-dong ditched (1-2x a DAY). I work swing shifts so my schedule is all over and my wife works overnight. After our second lease ends we will be moving to somewhere with a little more civility. The place itself is fine otherwise.

Experiencia negativa: The manger is mean and nasty!!!! She bullies people! She makes residents cry!!! Her name is Makayla Awful person!!!! This place will ask for you name and they will retaliate against you and fine you and push you out.

Experiencia negativa: You get what you pay for. The Property itself is a mess and is very poorly maintained. The appliances are ancient unless you pay extra for decent units, they try to overcharge you upon moving out, and they let mold and water damage fester for weeks and months. As an example, my dog was viciously attacked by another animal because Management couldn't be bothered to adequately fix the broken dog park gate, had to actively involve the police because they refused to do anything. To demonstrate their utter lack of integrity, they pay people to write reviews as you can clearly see here on Google, and the company uses the price fixing algorithm RealPage to illegally price gouge new residents as well as anyone who is foolish enough to renew their lease. The Property Manager is extremely abusive, not just to her own staff but to any resident who doesn't stand up to her. She routinely threatens arbitrary fines, selectively holds grudges to intimidate and harass residents, and constantly makes budget excuses to avoid making real substantive maintenance efforts despite skyrocketing rents. Rent here if it's your absolute last resort, if you have any other options, go elsewhere. If you do have to rent here, make sure you know the law back to front - because you'll need it.

They took no accountability and were incredibly difficult, for even the simplest situations. I’ve never experienced anything like it in all my years of renting. I would really not recommend living here. I do hope your experience is different than mine if you do though!

Experiencia negativa: Makayla the Assistant Manger Requested paperwork that was correct when turned into the office and she could not admit she was wrong. She was extremely disrespectful and talks over you for her own mistakes. Very difficult to work with. Caused extreme chaos for something she did incorrectly. Horrible to deal with. Rude, Rude, Rude. Her emails are also very direct and rude for no reason. She needs to be held accountable for her behavior. Issues with the Portal as well and she did not know how to fix it but yelled at the resident. I hope CORPORATE reads this.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday we stopped by to tour an apartment. We were very surprised when Alexa told us that she was not allowed to tour anyone because she is a temp. We were in shock. Alexa was so very knowledgeable, and professional. She knew how long ago he apartments were build. The animal waste removal company's name. But, we made an appointment.

They only give you 48 hrs to submitted paperwork and never send you the link for NOVA and take there 120 dollar holding fee and refund through the mail instead of the payment method used like someone has time to wait for check to be mailed. The front office agent makayla never communicates and take her like 4 days and by then the time expires

Experiencia negativa: Tried to apply for a unit. They require 12 months proof history of rent/mortgage payments you have made. Hard to do when you are just starting out or moving out of parents/college. Even if you make 3.5x the rent and have good credit.

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled twice now to take a look at their units. The 1st time I showed up and they said there was no one available to show me the unit, when there was multiple people in that office. Scheduled online for today again, someone just called me about an hour before my appointment and said no one was available to show me a unit. Apparently they don't want to rent their empty units too bad!

Experiencia positiva: We were having a tour today, the lady at tye office is very nice and polite. But when she was showing us the apartment that is available there was and employee there smoking weed. All the smell and some smoke was inside and we had a 2 year old little one with us and she got the smell. Very irresponsible.

Experiencia negativa: Rent is fair, Maintenance doesnt double check their work my sink keeps on having issues ive given up on it. Seems like it needs caulk on the sides because if any water spills over it get through the sides. Since they have come over twice the sink has had pressure problems so sometimes it vibrates pretty bad. Dog park is larger than most but the residents don't pick up their dogs poop thanks to whomever pick up dog poops. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves. But so far not a bad place to live. Just keep all your windows, and doors shut, and locked. Update: Same problem I did an online request for repair on dishwasher and absolutely no reply. Dishwasher has been broken for months again They refused to replace. There are constant mail thieves Catalytic converter thieves in the neighborhood just a heads up Update: (wife experienced )lock to the apartment broke couldn’t get in called the emergency line no body picked up waited for someone to call nobody did. Called locksmith bill ended up being $350 apartment refused to reimburse for their property.

Experiencia fantástica: I was applying for a rental and am fairly new to the process. Martha reached out to me shortly after and assisted me with required documents etc. She also promptly contacted references and referrals almost immediately as soon as I gave her the information, actively moving the application forward. I ended up somewhere else but Martha's assistance and responsiveness deserves a huge commendation compared to other experiences I've had with other apartments.

Experiencia positiva: I had a few issues resulting from the replacement of my water heater. Maintenance tech Sarah was finally assigned my case. She took the time to actually listen to my issues and had them all fixed within 2 days. Not only did she fix them but she left detailed notes on the repairs and gave me a suggestion on how to make my dishwasher work more efficiently. I like all of the staff here, but Sarah went above and beyond to renew my faith in customer service! DO NOT LET HER GO! Sarah gets 5 stars! The complex will also get 5 stars depending on the status of the pool and the ability to use the bathrooms this coming summer. Stay tuned for a summer review! Great job Sarah!

Don't let the paint fool you, this place is awful! Response to comment: yeah, I do live here. I have come to you with my concrns so many times and you DO NOTHING They have been HORRIBLE since moving in. Rude and basically refuse to help you anytime you ask the leasing office to do anything. Maintenance has been great and responsive, the office staff have been terrible. And, they love to blame their management company so maybe it's a combo of both! Don't move here if you value your sanity! A million thumbs down, there are so many better options at the same price point.

Experiencia positiva: I have lived here for almost 3 years and the only major problem I have is I'm the winter. I came home tonight and the steps leading to my apartment were pure ice. The parking lot is always a nightmare cuz they don't shovel the walkway leading up to the steps to the apartment The water pressure in my apartment in the bathroom is non existent. I feel like I am taking a shower under a sprinkler. My bathtub is sinking into the wall. I've become very disappointed in this apartment and plan on moving out this coming year. The rent is affordable , but I need something that isn't falling apart.

I truly appreciate the attentiveness and urgency this complex shows to its tenants. Thank you for such a great experience!

Experiencia positiva: Good small community. Just recently, they have been making major improvements around the property and it’s looking much nicer. Been here for about 3 years and I feel as if things have improved tremendously overall. Haven’t had many issues to even contact management about, and they’re usually very responsive any time I do need something. No issues with neighbors, we all keep to ourselves for the most part. I still, however, wish we could get the pools working consistently, and the hot tub has yet to be functional since being here… bummer! The prices are very good but you are pretty much just getting your living space. There are not many amenities aside from the pools and 3 pieces of cardio equipment. One plus is living across from a state park— it’s walking distance which is a nice free, added perk.

Experiencia negativa: Any reviews submitted around December 2023 are from a $300 raffle entry, which is very unethical and goes against a legitimate review process. Do you like when your rent is increased every year by at least 100 dollars because of the "market"? Do you like trash dumpsters that are constantly overflowing? How about windows and doors that don't insulate and seal? Then Reflections at Cherry Creek is the place for you. Side note, props to the maintenance staff, they are doing the best they can with what they are given and are under paid as hell.

Everything was in nice shape, they make sure people dont have bedbugs before letting them move in, and everything is clean! The laundry room is well kept and updated, easy to use all the machines and you are able to just use a regular credit or debit card. This place has really impressed me, I have already renewed my lease twice, this is a great place to be (: ♡

Experiencia negativa: My recent experience at Reflections of Cherry Cheek was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous encounter, primarily due to the unprofessionalism and sheer incompetence of Martha Furay, the leasing agent. From the moment we stepped into the leasing office, Martha's attitude was nothing short of appalling. It became apparent that she had no idea what she was doing, as she provided us with misinformation at every turn. Promises were made, approvals were granted verbally, but when it came down to the paperwork, everything fell apart. One of the most frustrating aspects was the rental verification process. Martha insisted we needed it for approval, so we promptly provided a comprehensive lease and ledger spanning an entire year. Little did we know that it would take three agonizing days for Martha to inform us that she was "still working on it." It was a clear indication of her lack of efficiency and a complete disregard for our time and concerns. Adding insult to injury, Martha advised against paying fees online, claiming that it would be more convenient. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. Not only did they swiftly deduct money from our debit card, but when we decided to choose another place due to the mounting issues, we were informed that the refund process involved a paper check and would take an astonishing 2-3 weeks. The blatant inconsistency and inconvenience were nothing short of outrageous. Martha Furay's dismissive attitude and blatant lies have left a sour taste in our mouths. Reflections of Cherry Cheek should seriously reconsider having someone with such a lack of professionalism and competence representing their establishment. I strongly advise potential tenants to steer clear of this place until they address these issues and rectify their leasing practices.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve Lived here for a year. Minimal to no problems with neighbors. The maintenance requests in the app actually WORKS, and they respond pretty quickly. The Apartment is actually pretty nice living for price/location! Two pools for when one is closed is a plus. My only issue would be people with multiple cars taking up all the parking in the smaller lot. other than that it’s a pretty great place to live!

The move in process was a breeze and the staff in the office were enjoyable to work with. After moving in, we have had zero issues! Everything inside of the apartment is very well put together & very clean! The property itself is very well kept, very quiet and we feel very safe. Which after moving from a house back to an apartment for a few months was very important for myself and my entire family. We are excited to be here next summer too so that we can utilize the pools and playground! The location is perfect! Anything you need is within 15 minutes. Grocery stores, shopping, all food and anything else you could think of! Even lots of different activities for kids! All in all, I would highly recommend this complex. We have zero complaints.

Experiencia positiva: My daughter, granddaughter and I have lived here for a year and a half. Maintenance issues have been a problem as of late, and getting them fixed timely and correctly has not been easy. Recently the complex was painted, they did an awful job. Painting front doors when they were shut (so they stuck and paint peeled away when they were opened) overspray on the stone and paint splatter everywhere. I work in this industry and all I could think was rookies, sloppy painting and carelessness. My advice to ownership, don't use this contractor again. Nice things, it's close to Cherry Creek Reservoir, and shopping is convenient. I'd say is just an average place to live, rent seems steep but it's Colorado.

Experiencia positiva: Well we have been here three years and overall I would say that they need to upgrade their security by getting security officers to circle the apartment complex. Because our garage has been broken into and our mailboxes have been broken into this is my suggestion that they need to upgrade security completely understand recently they did do the mailboxes where you have to come in via mailbox key they enclosed it, so that’s appreciated, but they still have to figure out how to stop the break-ins of the garages . We enjoy living here overall, but something Hass to be done about the break-ins for the garages.

My bathtub has been leaking into the apartment below me for 2 years now, and I have been requesting it to be fixed since day 1. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they are kind of cheap so I expect some of these problems and believe it or not, I've lived in much worse for more money. Don't let the new paint fool you

Experiencia negativa: Unless it's all you can't afford anything els, don't move in here. We lived here for six years (for financial reasons) but honestly place went dramatically downhill. Management is awful, getting questions answered is nearly impossible. Many times they are incredibly rude.There's dog poop everywhere! Maintenance is an absolute joke, you always see them just hanging out and they honestly suck at actually fixing things. Units are incredibly outdated and just overall cheap. They overcharge for rent especially considering the quality. When moving out be prepared to be hit with tons of extra fees. They charged us more than the place was worth. Overall it's pretty loud and just poor quality. You don't even get what you pay for hear. Laundry room has been closed for YEARS (since before the pandemic) and pool is closed more than it's open. Again if it's all you can afford honestly go somewhere else anywaybecause it's way overpriced for what they are sellingnand trust me you can find something better. Management was probably the worst thing. Incredibly sketchy business. If you see positive reviews it's pretty baby because the people just moved in and have on rose colored glasses.

Experiencia negativa: Update: I'm still living here a few years later, and not much has changed. Although they're doing a lot of additional work outside of the apartments, they aren't doing much for the interiors. Maintenance is very responsive, but that's about it, they're the only reason I give one star. There's currently a mouse infestation either in the walls or in the empty apartment above us, and it's been a little under a week and no assistance has been provided. Currently 3 mice have been trapped in our kitchen with our own supplies. It's not worth the price of moving here. Original: I'm a current resident here at Reflections at Cherry Creek, and let me put it this way - you don't get what you pay for, even though the prices are lower here. Absolutely unbelievable. When I first moved in back in 2021, they had redone the carpets but neglected to fix the flying ants coming in to the guest bathroom, our sink was already flooded and we had to have an emergency service come out, and there were nails, command strips, and the window valance laying on the floor. They were supposed to do an interior cleaning due to COVID at the time and that was the farthest from the truth. The staff could care less about their residents, we had a report of a break-in and violence in the community and the staff sent out a resident-wide email on how tenants can protect themselves. Why not increase security or even install proper lighting around more spots around the lot? I understand crime happens everywhere, but the response is not to tell residents how to "be safer" while providing no further assistance besides "good luck". All of this is not including the fact that I requested to renew my lease back in Dec. 2021 for an additional six months and had to remove my fellow roommate off the lease. I've exchanged probably over a dozen emails and several phone calls trying to get them to take her off the lease and I've sent the required documentation for income forms back to them with no response. The only good thing I can say is that the maintenance team is pretty responsive, but that's not even enough to get this property up to 2 stars. Don't move here. This company truly represents a management team that wants you to move-in so they can collect your money and could care less once anything else is needed above and beyond that.

Experiencia negativa: The swimming pool is full of debris. There are dirt piles at the bottom of the pool. The top of the water is full of debris and the water is brown. Looks like Looks like a health hazard. A beautiful sunny saturday afternoon and no one can swim No one is at th e pool. The sand dumped over the winter heavy on all the walkways not swept up, not clean. I am a visitor. I feel for those paying rent to live in filth.

Experiencia fantástica: I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. I moved here from out of state sight unseen. At the time, I was incredibly pressed for money and reflections was pretty much the only thing in my price range. I was very fortunate that moving here was absolutely amazing for where I was at. The rent was incredibly fair, the office was nice to me in every scenario, even when I locked my keys in or had random questions about the area or the property. I had no strange fees and was promptly refunded my deposit after I moved out. A couple things I’d like to point out for anyone considering living here. The access to cherry creek state park is unparalleled. There’s a well marked crosswalk with working cross buttons that leads you directly to a beautiful walking trail through ponds and fields(I’ll include pictures that were taken along this trail). I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood, there was no excessive noise in the entire year I lived here. The location was convenient and the parking was rarely a stress point. The interiors are not modern or artful, but genuinely this place offers incredible value for your money. Would absolutely recommend to anyone I know looking in this price range.

The process was a lot of back and forth and she was there for us every step of the way- RIGHT AWAY. She wasted no time! She genuinely wanted to help us as bad as we wanted this to happen for us. If I do get my transfer finalized I will be back. But the apartment I was interested in was already gone and such a good price! I guess they go fast because they have great floor plans. Now the price went up. But I will be back if I move here. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: So I have rented several Apartments and honestly had nothing but good experiences except once. After having just that one bad experience when I take that back horrible experience it makes you appreciate living in a good apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, the staff is so nice and helpful and it's a really nice apartment in a great location for an extremely reasonable price. I filed the maintenance request within 2 hours the problem was fixed. The main reason why I'm writing this review is because I was leaving my apartment one day with my hands full my 7 year old daughter with learning disability somehow didn't realize that my hands were full and locked the deadbolt even though I was standing 2 ft away on the other side of the door waiting for her to grab her coat.. she was absolutely beside herself I called the office Chanda and Marti we're able to find me a ladder within 5 minutes so I can access my patio on the second floor to get to my little princess. Without their help I would have had to wait on the fire department or something for God knows how long while my poor little 7-year-old is frantic inside the apartment completely freaking out. So so thanks again to you guys you guys have been nothing but helpful and so nice every time I've talked to you guys to anyone looking for an apartment I would highly recommend the reflections

Experiencia negativa: Everything was fine I had my tour on 2/23/2023 everything looked amazing. I got my quote and was ready to apply. The apartment they gave me to look at was never on their website even though I told them before and after my tour. So when I called to tell them I can’t apply for the apartment I wanted, the lady that answered the phone was rude and I don’t feel like she was listening to what I was saying. Then I called again to talk to a manager about my situation. I was asked who I am then told right away “the managers busy” very unprofessional and doesn’t help fix issues they cause. Sorry to the lady who gave us our tour you did amazing. You’re team can learn a few things from you.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly I'm very content to live in the apartment complex. The staff are exceptional ,particularly Marty . She's gone above and beyond in assisting me with the process.The complex it's very aquiant ,quiet and I absolutely feel safe and at home. I also want to say that the maintenance crew has been on top of their game, which is a rare thing for apartments nowadays.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! This place is awful! Your car will get broken into and management will pretty much tell you “oh well, you signed a contract”. Not to mention the fact there was someone robbing people at gunpoint! The pipes froze and exploded and no one could get a hold of the “emergency” staff to help. Trash and rodents are everywhere!! Save your self the hassle and live somewhere comfortable, safe and clean.

Experiencia negativa: Management is absolutely terrible here and their corporate isn’t much better. I’ve lived here almost two years and have never had a smooth communication with the office. There is always new people so they never know what they’re doing and even after bringing in corporate to resolve an issue I am now being told that nothing I was told via email is being upheld. You definitely get what you pay for and this is one of the cheaper apartments in the area but if you want to not be fighting with the leasing office every month I highly recommend looking elsewhere, we will be beginning to do the same.

Experiencia negativa: Once you sign that least they do not care about you at all. This place is a DUMP! Maintenance doesn’t know anything and those office people are super rude and useless!

Experiencia negativa: Actively hostile management, underpaid staff, confusingly poor quality of structures & pavement, distressingly malfunctioning laundry rooms. It has the trappings of a high-quality apartment complex, but it doesn't take long living here to see the truth that it's just a money grab and nothing else. They used to do well with the land at least, but dropped the ball in recent years. I miss the community events; those used to be nice. They are doing their best to evict me, changing the rules for how rent is paid every single month. Whenever I talk to the property manager, she treats me like I'm a waste of her time, like she wants me out of her sight as soon as possible. Fischer was the best employee they had but they didn't treat him well so he left.

Experiencia negativa: Rental price too high, aggressive contract, right next to a very dangerous intersection where at least one person has died since I lived here. The area is nice, the company running this place is bad.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place I've ever lived, poorly maintained, super unprofessional management don't even bother go somewhere else!

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible! Bedbugs and roaches everywhere unsecured parking high rent prices you name it. Stay far away!!!!
