Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend living here at all!! The front office is extremely dismissive the property manager is never available to speak with my car has gotten broken into several of times. Took all 4 of my tire and rims and no one has seen anything!! The cameras in the front does not work, the lights in the parking are completely dark and front gate is never closed. They don’t care about there tenants that pay rent on time every month. Property manager ran into his office when he seen me coming inside to address my car situation for the second time in 3 weeks and pretended like he was busy smh please find somewhere else that actually cares about there tenants and there safety
Experiencia positiva: I like this place. Its two bedroom/two baths is nice. Unlike others this apartment has a washing machine and dryer. It has also a stove with oven and a refrigerator. It is located in a good area just off the Airport Boulevard.

Experiencia fantástica: Selena Murphey did an excellent job in helping me get into an apartment. She went beyond and above to make sure everything was done. I appreciate her professionalism and the timely manner in which she worked to get the apartment ready to move in.
Experiencia negativa: We have lived at Greensview Apartments for several years, recently our experience has been very disappointing. The office has been very unprofessional. We reported the same issue multiple times about a strong marijuana smell coming from a neighboring unit and entering our apartment at night. Because of the smell, we stopped using the master bedroom and master bathroom and had to move into a smaller room. Nothing was ever fixed. This was not the only issue—every time we reported a problem, the office manager, Selene, was rude and unhelpful. When we brought up the smell again, she told us that if we didn’t like it, we should pay the lease and leave. We also felt disrespected and treated unfairly as tenants from a different background. Overall, there was little consideration or respect shown to us, and management was dismissive of our concerns, especially with small children in the home.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been living here for about a month now and we’ve seen coach roaches since day one. Not to mention, when we got the keys and went to the apartment, there was a horrible water leak in the bathroom. Do they not check each apartment before giving us the keys? Anyways, the staff in the office are extremely rude. Since we’re new, we had a lot of questions and they acted so childishly and unprofessionally. They would make faces at us and not explain things clearly. The apartment has really good features, but the only downside is the office staff.

Experiencia negativa: I put in an application about a year ago didn't get approved after talking with the office about our current landlord and how she scammed us so she might say some untrue thing, they said that's fine just apply. Anyway when I applied they asked for app fees and a deposit. I've called and everything no response other than that a check was suppose to be mailed. No check came and still haven't gotten my refund. Do not apply or rent here. Scam. *Update called the office and reached someone to get the check sent out still have not received it and I'm currently moving. I have called numerous times now and no answer.

Experiencia fantástica: Timely handling of maintenance requests, we had our hiccups to start here but since living here things have been excellent. Staff has been helpful and welcoming including Kristen. Good place to live have very much enjoyed my time here. Well kept grounds and friendly resident encounters.

Experiencia fantástica: Kristen is a wonderful and excellent person in her work, she helped us with everything we needed and taught us how to do everything to move, since this is our first time she was very friendly and patient, apart from the apartments are very comfortable and beautiful, there is a place full of a lot of family atmosphere and tranquility.

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE READ ⚠️ My husband ended his life in our apartment (17.301) in April 2025. After numerous attempts of trying to get technical cleaners in the apartment to clean up (they needed approval from management because they NEEDED to rip out the carpet throughout the apartment due to the major BioHazard) but they AND I were unsuccessful, we tried for 2 months. The first month, my kids nor I lived there but still had rental assistance paying them. After running out of resources and places to stay, we moved back in July just to be evicted in August (I left, packed what I could and left, no money, no plan and 3 kids bc leaving was better than staying) ... with the mess still there. I eventually did it myself, shampooing the carpet the best I could, but still per CDC and just basic housing standard, it wasn't enough. They wouldn't let me break my lease, they wouldn't let me do anything except suck it up and pay my rent (I didnt pay $200 in July or Augusts rent. Sue me. Why pay when my renters insurance was trying to pay for a cleaning crew to come and do their job and you wouldnt let them.) Now I have an eviction on my record and a 5k balance from them. I have voice recordings of my conversations with Management, Valor (cleaners), Video and Photo proof. And knowing how unwilling they were to have the apartment taken care of, I have an eerie feeling that they did a basic shampoo and repaint of the apartment calling it a day because they're already accepting applications for the apartment.. Just wanted to send out my warning for any future residents.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t move here they have a huge mold problem I Lived her 5 years ago just now received a huge bill saying I owe Them money I called them multiple times when I first moved out and they said everything was fine that they used the deposit. I haven’t heard from them in five years and now all of a sudden, I owe them money

Experiencia fantástica: I love living here. I came from an upscale, overpriced, "luxury" apartment building that was absolutely terrible. Greensview has so much greenery, shade trees, access to parks and trails, a dog park, kind neighbors, clean grounds, and a great maintenance crew. The apartments are older and little more dated but are homey'ier and have all the things I wanted (full laundry room, dishwasher, garbage disposal, patio,etc in a 1 bed). Kristin in the office is very helpful and kind. Everyone is great. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I've lived here for 3 years now, and it's sad to see this place go so far down hill. Not sure if it has to do with whoever bought out the old company, but I digress. During the apartment tour process, back in January of 2019, (it was my mom and I as this is my first apartment), they showed us a new and nice apartment that looked amazing! I'm talking new appliances, and nice cabinets. When it was move in time, the apartment was filthy. My mom and I spent hours cleaning the place top to bottom. They told us someone was going to clean the apartment before I moved in, that was a lie. Since 2022, my lovely neighbors below have been living in filth. It was so bad, the exterminators had to exterminate the building at least 3 times. That didn't help until the lovely neighbors from below got kicked out. Ontop of that, the neighbor who lives across from me is also nasty because they love to leave their trash bags outside for WEEKS! It's like they are trying to become a petting zoo for animals and bacteria alike. Stop giving nasty people so many chances! The entrance gate hasn't been working for MONTHS. Because of this, sometime in March, there was a legitimate drive by. They didn't attempt once, but twice to get whoever they were trying to get. Bringing this concern up to the Community Manager, I was met with " I'll ask security." Menwhile, the "security" here only patrols in a car like once an hour if that for a few hours in the night. The police and ambulance did more that night than whatever this so called security does. And the gate is still broken as I'm writing this review. There's people who jump the back fence constantly everyday! Maintenance takes forever doing simple requests. The concrete stairs break, and no one fixes it. The dog bags for picking up poop are rarely refilled. Whoever owns the property needs to get their shit together and stop charging an arm and a leg for unsafe living conditions. If you've made it this far, congratulations, find another place to call home if you can afford to. I will give an update to the move out if possible.

Needed maintenance early on, the maintained person Philip (I think his name) went out of his way to be helpful. I would strongly recommend Greensville apartments to any of my friends.

Experiencia negativa: This place would be nice If they have some noise ordinance control I just moved in february 1st To building 8 one of my neighbor's keeps blast they're music in the middle of the night Sometimes till like 5 in the morning. Experiencia negativa: Last year I tried to tour this property and was turned away because the person I was supposed to do my tour with didn’t show up and instead of the girl at the office asking me if I could wait for her to come back after she was done with the tour, I got told too reschedule. Today I schedule a tour and guess what happened? I got turned away yet again! The lady stated she just had surgery so she wasn’t doing tours till next week, if someone isn’t able to do their job, why have them there? Why not have someone that can help her do her job since she can’t do it? Why allow for tours to be scheduled if they can’t be done!? The fact that these people are so inconsiderate of people’s time and money I think tells me the kind of experience I would have if I would ignore these red flags and actually tried to move here, many people don’t have time to waste and have been looking for a while for this property to not take care of peoples situations into consideration.

I can say how much we appreciate them as a lot of apartments take their sweet time getting back to prospective tenants. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the pool and grounds are clean and safe. Thank you, ladies, for taking care of our families and keeping the community great!

Experiencia negativa: Lived here for about 2 years (financial constraints) if it weren’t for that, I would’ve been out of here in no time. The dirtiest, unmaintained, money hungry property management in Aurora. Good luck trying to get maintenance to come over your apartment to fix leaks!!! They’ll yell at you and tell you “Go somewhere else” as if thats easy option. Raccoons are everywhere at night. If you’re Hispanic, prepare yourself for the rudest customer service. Also, my apartment building caught on fire due to another unit in 2023 and I did not receive any compensation for that. They don’t care about you here. Look elsewhere before you experience the worst years of your life.

Experiencia negativa: No no no and NO! MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE HAS been a NIGHTMARE!! I would not refer anyone else to move to property! Office management and RUDE and very unprofessional, no one holds up their end of responsibility, likely have to BEG to get things fixed. Office workers will lose payment and have you stuck with having to pay fees because they can’t locate where “the money was deposited “ and or searching for a receipt they themselves cannot obtain. Lived here for a little over a year and it was ok at first, Selena I must is very nice and tries her best to accommodate. Unfortunately I’m stuck here for a few more months and I will be relocating to NEVER look back again. Might I add it is SOOOO hard to find parking even as a resident here. MOVE AT YOUR Own RISK! The attitudes the workers will have towards you because they WILL NOT DO THIEIR JOB. Maybe if they cleared the office and got new more respectful, professional people to work in there it’ll be better, or even offer them a little more training on how to control their attitude when “ things don’t go their way” other than that the Apartment complex its self is nice, with the exception of needing things fixed, but with that you still may have to way Weeks Before getting a LEAK fixed, with hoping they don’t just come SPRAY paint over it and call it complete.
Experiencia fantástica: Just moved into my apartment Friday I had the privilege of working with Kristen and she was friendly, efficient, and very helpful in the process. I also was helped out by Selena and she was knowledgeable and helpful when we dealt with her. The property is clean the neighbors have been friendly it is a kid friendly spot and the apartment was really nice. I love the atmosphere around here already and I feel safe and at home. Affordable as well for a two bedroom two bath gated community. Thank you so much Kristen you have really helped my kids and I to feel welcomed into our new home.

Experiencia fantástica: Selena was a delight to work with during my signing. She made it a swift move in experience. My dishwasher wasn't kicking out water and was fixed within 48 hours. I haven't seen any signs of pests. Building 12 is quiet and clean, and the gates actually work. I don't know when or why this place has such bad reviews, but I can confirm it's actually one of the nicer communities in Aurora.

I love the older growth trees and pools in the summer, and in the winter, they work hard to keep the snow removed from the streets and sidewalks. And now management is installing an EV charging station for those who need to charge their cars. Also, maintenance is always responsive to any repairs that you might request.

Experiencia negativa: Just simply horrible place to rent from.. If it's your last resort, then I guess do it. But if you can move anywhere else I would say do it. This place will leave you pissed They will not fix any maintenance requests. And the price just keeps going up and you can submit paperwork to them. They'll lose it and then charge you extra money later because they lost your paperwork. I.e. Home owners insurance.Have had homers Insurance for. years.That can't find my paperwork that I submitted 3 × 2 them.Now I'm being charged ten extra dollars a month They also say you can pay your bill online. That is not true. I have never been able to pay my bill online. Because they're website doesn't work like I said if you can live somewhere else I would say. Do it.

Experiencia negativa: Better than most, definitely had its issues. I want to start off by saying I do like it here It's great for my dogs. The issues that lay with the Apartment complex are the following: 1. The Front Gate. My wife and I moved in December of 2021, and in January 2022 someone had crashed into it and it was broken for a long time. The all access gym was limited to only being accessible during business hours. Since we have received our gate fabs this has been rectified. During this time I had a work van that was broken into and lost $500 worth of tools and there was no video surveillance whatsoever, or any kind of follow up. The gate was fixed for about 2 weeks to a month until someone crashed into it again. We are in January 2024 and I would say it is 95% fixed. 2. When my wife and I first moved in we were assured that we would have a washer, dryer, microwave and updated refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. It took 3-5 Months to get a washer and dryer, We got our own microwave and we still have the outdated refrigerator and stove top. Our dishwasher leaks periodically never consistently enough to have anything fixed but it is old and it just cant clean the dishes properly. 3.The building I live in (Building 10) has MAJOR plumbing issues and no one seems to know why. Multiple other tenants past and current have had water coming back up through the pipes when doing laundry or when someone living above or below does laundry. The solution is always the same, they ask the maintenance crew to snake the drains, never really fixing the root problem. 4. My front door does not close, unless it is locked. If my front door is unlocked, a gust of wind can and has blown it open. I have shown multiple maintenance crew members, multiple work orders were put in and the City of Aurora did an Inspection, stating it needed to be fixed. One of the maintenance crew members came out and said the frame itself needed to be replaced because the wood is completely messed up where the locking mechanism is. After the City Inspection, the maintenance crew came out and stated the same thing. My door is still not fixed. 5. Our AC/Heater doesn't function properly. During the 1st summer living here our AC stopped working properly and I put in work orders that were never filled out. During winter the heat is good but uses a lot of Gas for some reason even though I was told the only thing that uses gas is the water heater. Our Xcel bill is in triple digits every month, and it just isnt right. The AC/Heater is outdated, costing the tenant more and more money.

The girl called Selena helped me a lot since day 1 answering to all my questions, has been nice and helped me to complete my process really fast. I've been living here almost a month and i really like that is very quiet and like my apartment.

I have renewed my lease five time and I do plan on renewing it again I love living here The grounds are nice I like the pool and the people in the office like Larry and Adele and Heather that if you take your problems to them they go out of their way to fix it and make sure that you're taking care of. I have just had good experiences here and I just love living here and I'll love living here as long as I can afford it and that's another thing these apartments are affordable. There's very nice people that live around me so I enjoy living here and I would recommend it to anybody

Experiencia fantástica: Selena in the leasing office has been nothing but amazing since the first phone call. She was able to answer all my questions about the complex and help fill out an application. The apartment is so cute! It’s clean with fresh carpet and appliances. My apartment is quiet and the area is quiet. My kids can play in the grass area or we can go to the playground. I love that it’s gated and not everybody can just come in.

Experiencia negativa: My family moved into these apartments in October and have had nothing but problems since day one! Our apartment was not ready on our move in day, and we were asked if we could come back later. I declined as we had a moving company on their way to us and were being paid by the hour. So what we received was a halfway cleaned apartment with wet carpet that smelled like feet for a week. Fast forward, we have had problem after problem with maintenance doing an awful job of painting over a problem and calling it good, until it breaks again, and they come back with another coat of paint! We have had to have maintenance come in, and sometimes we are not home, so we give permission for them to enter when we have our dogs secured and the alarm turned off. The contractor they had come in was given a key for the door, and it did not work. The office called me and let me know they didn’t have a key to our unit, so repairs were unable to be completed. They issued us our keys when we moved in without taking a copy, and made ME come in to allow them to make a copy! When they finally came in for these repairs to our shower in the master bath, which had significant damage, and it has been “fixed” 3 times now and still has new damage. The first repair, the guy shoved two tiles that didn’t fit in the wall, and it was damaged again before it even had a chance to dry. The second time, they came in and resurfaced the entire shower, which is damaged again less than a month later. Aside from the constant maintenance issues on these poorly maintained and poorly repaired buildings, there are so many large dogs here that people don’t put leashes on, and don’t pick up after. There are two Roweillers in a unit in our building who are always left out on the balcony, leaving urine and feces that is never cleaned from their second story balcony, so the entire area and breezeway smells of dog waste. There’s dog feces all throughout the property, there is never any parking but always vacant covered parking areas that you have to pay for, the list just goes on and on. Maintenance is awful, management is awful, and we can’t wait to leave this property. To top it all off, today, we found a little blue pill on our balcony (likely from a unit above us), that, based on our research, is likely oxycodone, which is often laced with fentanyl. We have dogs and a toddler and this could have been very very different. I brought it to the attention of the office, asking for the property manager, Larry, and the leasing staff didn’t seem interested either time I called, and I have yet to hear back from Larry. We have filed a police report, so we will see what comes of this. We no longer feel safe in our home and will be getting out of this lease as soon as we are able to. I would highly advise anyone thinking about moving here to reconsider. The price is outrageous for the poor quality of a home we are living in.

Experiencia negativa: Currently living here, crying on my living room floor at 3am because the roach problem can’t be stopped. Literally watching microscopic roaches and bigger ones crawl across my clean dishes in the sink. It’s so disgusting. Why the sink you ask? Well the dishwasher has been broken since we’ve moved here in July. Just sits and hoards filthy water cause it won’t drain. The microwave is also broken, turns into a ghost. Randomly turning on in the middle of the night, pauses in the middle of cooking something. Can hear water running through the walls all times of day and night. Dinning room ceiling gained a huge crack the first month we moved in, looks like the light fixture will fall down any time now. PLEASE don’t live here. Please please please just don’t. Pay a little bit extra so you can live somewhere that feels more like home than this apartment.

Experiencia negativa: We flew out to tour this place among others, we let them know(Selena in particular)that while my partner has great renter history I am a first time renter, Selena said that that wouldn't be an issue so we went ahead and applied. We paid the application fee and submitted everything just to be told that it was an issue after all. This apartment complex will lie to your face and waste your time just to get your application fee money. Don't bother.

Experiencia fantástica: We're enjoying our stay at Greensview. Our move process was already stressful. We Ran into a few scams. We kept looking and found Greensview. The Greensview staff was very helpful and pleasant. Selena Murphy was so patient as I asked a lot of questions. . if she doesn't know the answers she'll find out. I've had no problems with my few maintenance requests. They were Completed in a timely manner. And with a complex this size I know their busy. The guys are respectful to our home. I ask for shoe removal. They find no issue with this. Other than a few wild children/persons who were commiting random acts vandalism in which the office took care of immediately and we've since installed a camera. And I believe I've seen security driving around at night. In all it's a beautiful community it's quiet. Pretty in the spring and fall. There are A lot of amenities around the area but Greensview is tucked into a beautiful corner. They've done some maintenance to the parking lots. The grounds are well kept aside from those who leave their doggie poo. That's disgusting. Aside from that We enjoy it here. We'll be here a for awhile. And We would recommend living here.

Experiencia fantástica: We have loved living here. I think that the quality of the apartments is fantastic for the price we are paying. We have a lot more room for the same price we were paying for a small downtown apartment. The location is convenient to a lot of needed things like grocery stores, 711’s, the library and restaurants. It’s set back far enough from the main roads that it’s very quiet and peaceful. The green space behind the complex is what really sold us. You can easily access a large trail system that makes you feel like you’re not in a super populated area. The staff have been very kind to us since the beginning, especially Kristen and Serena. I would highly recommend living here!

Experiencia fantástica: Before Greensview, we were in a townhouse complex, which when we first moved in, it was amazing. Over 2 years, it got really bad from drugs, to the environment being left filthy to children being left unsupervised and screaming till all hours of the night. I was skeptical to move into an apartment complex since there would be even more people but was wonderfully surprised. I have been here since September and it is safe, quiet, clean and I have not had a single moment of not feeling like this is home.

Experiencia negativa: My rent has gone up nearly 50% since I moved in 3 years ago with zero improvement to the apartment. I've had an open maintaince request for 6 months to properly repair my front door after someone tried to break it. I've been told multiple times it'll get done and it never has. They did a rush patch job and hacked it together to make my front door work but now it has an obvious gap around the door and leaks cold are terribly now.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely loving Greensview apartments!!! Needed to make a last minute move and the office staff made what could possibly be a super stressful task amazingly easy. The online application was straight forward and fast which is what I needed. The app to pay rent and request maintenance is also very user friendly. I was hoping for one of the units with a fireplace but (again with such a last minute move I was not being too picky) the unit we ended up with is great and I am not missing a fireplace. It is a quiet complex. All of the neighbors seem friendly and respectful to quiet hours. My last apartment the cops were coming through every week but I have not seen any cop activity (or need for them) in the time I have been here. This really feels like home and planto stay here for several years.

Experiencia fantástica: This has been such a wonderful place for me and my children. There is plenty of nearby shopping, a beautiful walking trail, the office and maintenance staff are very nice and responsive and the gated community adds a level of security that I am happy to have. The community takes a lot of pride in being clean and fresh, there has been a lot of work done to keep the grounds and parking lot updated.

Experiencia negativa: been here since 2020. Haven’t had much issues here, until recently. On top of the maintenance requests taking so long to get fixed, prices for these places are too high, and now the utilities are crazy high, with no notification of the increase, after I was told that the city changed the meter system to PER BUILDING, rather than per unit. I’m paying for someone else overuse of water and sewer. I understand The complex had no control over this, but they can control the communication to its residents. My lease is almost up, so I’m looking forward to leaving this area.
Experiencia negativa: I lived in this complex (Aurora) for 4 years. There were many red flags that made me want to leave but I could not afford any other place until recently. For over a year, I did not have a working dishwaser. Maintenance would always take multiple calls to get through and half the time theyd say they would be there later that day and not show up. It wasnt until I had enough and started showing up at the office everyday until they ordered me a new one. When the maintenance guy, Oscar, installed it, he didnt mount it so the whole thing would lean forward when you opened it. Another time my shower drain was clogged and generic drain-o liquid wasnt doing it. When maintenance finally came, once again, Oscar, he literally broke the drain cap off to pour their stuff down and then they left without fixing it. If thats not bad enough to keep you away, for over 6 months i had mold growing on my ceiling from a leak and to this day im sure its still on the ceiling. The final straw was our AC. It broke at the beginning of September, and when my wife and i returned from getting married in mid october to find it still broken, we decided to break our lease, citing the numerous laws they were breaking. And these clowns still tried to threaten us with a fine for breaking lease. Thankfully my wife is much smarter than them and they backed off. The maintenance guy, Oscar, quite literally told me that "it shouldnt matter when my AC gets fixed because its not that hot" it was in the 80s all of september and a lot of october. this was also after having my calls ignored for multiple days. This is pathetic and beyond rude. If you plan to live here you absolutely need to brush up on your laws as a tenant and make a paper/email trail for everything because no one there knows what theyre doing. I have so many more horror stories but hopefully this is enough to have you make a smarter choice about were to live. This complex has the worst maintenacne crew ive ever seen and such incompetent office staff. If you can, avoid this place... but if youre considering moving in, brush up on your rights as a tenant and make damn sure everything in the apt works before you move in, because maintenance is gonna take way longer than they should to help and if you get Oscar he may even do it wrong or break something then leave. What a joke. Oh, and the entire time i lived there the gate never worked. This is not a gated community. 4 years and it only ever woeked for 1 month. Not an exaggeration . Have heard and seen many peoples cars get broken into and a poor girl got jumped by people driving around in a car late one night. Can only imagine how many times it happened across the complex , but I alone can think of at least 8 car break ins near my building. Dont respond to me either greensview if you actually cared youd hire some people who actually know what theyre doing or bare minimum the laws they must follow. Pretty sure only 5% of people living here pick up after their dogs too because the bag stations are always empty

I have a ticket open from 10/22 to fix the kitchen lights still nothing and now I got home to have water from the guess bathroom all they way to my hallway I call to notify that this is an emergency and will see how many weeks it takes to get someone to come and check it out.

Experiencia negativa: Communication isn’t very good. Took them over a week to deny us just for violations we received from our neighbor. Neighbor didn’t like us so reported our dog who is my ESA dog. Honestly glad we didn’t get accepted. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The fire suppression system conveniently was inoperable last week during a major fire. Maybe if corporate actually knew what was going on they'd clean house down to and including tenants responsible for violence and property destruction.
Experiencia negativa: I’ve been living here since 2020 and between 2022-2023 I’ve had a $400 rent increase plus I’ve been charged “premium renters insurance” even tho I’ve maintained and provided proof of my own renters insurance since I moved in. This summer I’ve had no AC at all. I’ve been putting in requests online, on the emergency maintenance voicemail, asking maintenance myself and talking to the office only to be told there’s a wait list for AC. I’ve lived here for 3 years! Someone attempted to steal my car, damaging my driver side lock and the office told me not to report it to them until I had a police report. Someone literally pooped on the wall outside my door and it’s been sitting there for months. That too was an office call with no response. My Amazon package with my daughters birthday present was stolen last week and I found the box behind the building empty. Now there’s an old dishwasher and fridge door sitting outside my door for the past couple weeks. My apartment has been 85 degrees plus everyday and I’m on the ground unit. I just renewed in may, even with the rent increase and I wish I hadn’t. I won’t be renewing a 4th time. I wouldn’t recommend living here either.

She is rude and will hang up in your face with no care in the world. She is a predictor and a liar. RUN FAR AWAY FROM FROM THESE APARTMENTS IF YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH TRASH. There is a reason their rating is 1.5 on yelp!!! The absolute worst living experience ever. Naomi the assistant manager has the worst additive ever. I barely call in but when I do she is always having a bad bad.

Experiencia fantástica: Kristen was extremely helpful when it came time for us to transfer to a new unit. She is beyond kind, professional and her customer service is excellent! Made our transfer completely stree free. If you need help renting a new unit contact her she's the best!

Experiencia negativa: I will give 0 start worst costumer service they like taking money but not fixin our problem 4 weeks now im scare my baby health we have been dealin rain coming throuth the window costing moldWe have been having mold problem over the rain because of not having the "right" windows for the apartment above us... we repeatedly have told the office about the situation for several weeks now since april 1 of 2023.. nothing has been done about this.. we are concern about our health of the exposure we cant wait to move out we dont feel safe hear and we are goin to report health deparment

Experiencia negativa: Upon moving in, the unit had not been cleaned. There was hair all over the carpets, stains on the counter tops, etc. There was also visible water damage on the ceilings which maintenance later tried to cover up with paint (also, entering our unit without knowledge to do so). Tiles were loose in the shower and the fireplace leaked water whenever it rained or snowed. The front gate didn’t work for the duration of my lease and the pool wasn’t been operational either. Our roommates car was stolen (thanks to the gate being WIDE OPEN 24/7). The agitator in the washing machine was broken and banged around whenever you had to do laundry. It’s right next to the military base so they’re always loud jets flying overhead and you can hear their speakers loud and clear at all hours. We put in a maintenance request for a leaky sink which took them about a month and a half to get around to fixing (despite calling and emailing in regards to the request multiple times). They also charged us for cleaning fees upon moving out despite the apartment being wayyyyyy cleaner than it was when we had moved in; as well as blinds that were terrible quality to begin with and fell down whenever opened. I do not recommend Greensview period. Maintenance guys were kind and professional as well as Patricia in the office, but that’s the only nice thing I can say about the place.

Experiencia fantástica: Today Selena went above and beyond good customer service. She helped us resolve a problem that was mostly our own misunderstanding. This involved several emails and calls and she responded to all so promptly and stayed with me until all was resolved. THANK YOU so much!

Anyone who has had to go through the leasing process knows it can be confusing and overwhelming at times, but Selena made me feel comfortable and answered my questions with clarity. Greenview Apartments please know that Selena M is a star employee 01/26/23 I want to give a special shout-out to Oscar. He came in with a friendly energy and fixed my stove top very fast. He was very professional.
