She moved to the DFW are around two years ago, and she wasn't sure if she wanted to buy a house at the time. They looked at houses for months, but my wife decided to rent an apartment temporarily and take some time to decide which area she wanted to buy in. Then, she and I got married, and we again decided to rent. This time, the target was a house to stay in for a year while we got used to being married and decided where we wanted to buy. David worked with us to find a rental house that we loved. Then, David helped us look at homes to buy for five months. We looked at dozens and dozens of homes. David was flexible with his schedule. He was professional but also direct when it looked like we might be settling for a bad deal. He knew the kinds of things to watch out for when buying a home, and he pointed them out to us. He helped us negotiate a good price with a lot of fees covered for us. I didn't have a single negative interaction with him, and neither did my wife. I will recommend him to all my friends buying in this area. He is a cut above the other Agents with whom I've worked, and I've purchased two other homes before this one. There's no comparison. David is the best.

Experiencia negativa: The Good Home Team held the listing for a property my realtor took my family and me to see. We loved the listing and called the listing agents before we left the property for an application and to discuss details. They never called or emailed my realtor back. I also called, 3 times, as time is winding down before school starts and left messages with their reception. A day and a half went by without any contact and I received an email from the home search portal stating that the home was now for sale, not lease. The co-listing agent called me about an hour later and said he knew I’d been trying to reach him. They never called my agent back. Poor communication and response time.

He made all the necessary calls and stayed on top of the builder and the seller's agent to keep things moving to my wife detailed specifications and that was a challenging task in itself. Needless to say he got us our PERFECT home. We have more family moving to Texas early next year and Nate is already on board to help. If Nate ever leaves the business I would be DEVASTED. Experiencia fantástica: Let's see... what can we say... we did exactly as we were asked to do as far as redoing/repainting our house which was built in 1978. We were promised we'd get "top price" for our home if we followed the suggestions, and so we did the repairs, etc. How did our house selling story turn out? We had 20 visits within three days, multiple offers, and a contract within 4/5 days of putting it up for sale, during the Thanksgiving holidays! Doesn't get a whole lot better than that! And it was painless since we were out of town during the time it was listed, so we didn't even have one time of having to leave the house to let someone come see it (although we kept getting repeated requests to see the house even after the contract was signed). So yes, we were very pleased with the outcome! Update: We have since bought even another home from the Good Home team and it was a quality experience as well.

Experiencia fantástica: After a frustrating experience of poor communication, lack of service, multiple showings and fake feedback reviews, we canceled our house listing with a previous realtor. During the 30 day rest period, I reorganized and interviewed 6 other agents from multiple “big name” companies and not so big name groups. Nate was the last one I interviewed. He was the ONLY agent who was interested in meeting both my husband and myself. Nate was completely transparent in his “pitch” and how he answered my interview questions.
