Experiencia fantástica: Rent is more than reasonable (I've been charged way more to stay in places less nice, further away from the city center, and with less space). There seems to be a general drive to take care of tenants and retain people as opposed to just churning people through the grinder, which is obviously really nice. They're usually timely on maintenance requests and the staff has been all around willing to listen to concerns and requests.

Experiencia negativa: I strongly do not recommend them if you are a property owner or tenant! Plainly, this company should not exist. Nicole Larson and Michaelan Hudson were my primary contacts. I hired them for a little over a year or two. During this time, there were constant repairs that always came in higher than industry averages. After I had a tenant skip out on two months of rent, I looked into it and the applicant did not qualify financially for the property. I had one group that had triple the amount of occupants as there were rooms creating an unsafe environment. When I finally took back managing my property, I had a tenant with a child living in one of my units. They told me they had contacted lighthouse for over a month about them not having heat and lighthouse never got back to them. I was embarrassed with how they managed my properties. The same day I was able to get the heat back on.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been looking at renting for a bit now, making calls to different property management companies, asking questions and getting a feel for what it would be like to work with their: leasing (Kaya), front desk (Mackenzie/Asia) and maintenance teams (Andrew). In the end I decided to go with Lighthouse. Their over all ability to answer questions and give me honest answers even if its not ones that people want to hear (costs and responsibilities) have been amazing and informative. EVERYTHING was laid out in my lease and thankfully I read it because not only what the Lighthouse staff told me was in there but I also learned a few things.

Experiencia fantástica: I am giving 5 starts but those 5 stars ONLY apply to Andrew. If Andrew didn’t work for this company I would provide 0 stars. Andrew goes above and beyond to help with any issue I have, makes sure to stay in contact with updates, and has honestly been the only one in that company who keeps me sane. Andrew is the Maintenance coordinator and handles every single text and call I have with respect and urgency. I’ve talked to multiple other people at Lighthouse who have been down right rude and unwilling to help, but not Andrew! He is personable, professional, and extremely helpful! Give that man a raise, he deserves it!

Experiencia negativa: Has been a horrible living experience renting from lighthouse property, first year they took my deposit and over charged me for minor wear tear after living in the house for a year, second year renting the house had fake installed heater vents home was cold they had to have real heater vents install and their trying to charge me $129 for it, like it's my fault. Once my lease is up I will not rent from them again they all have bad attitudes. except jurline she only one talk to you like your human and you matter.

Experiencia negativa: They do not communicate or enforce any of the rules that are given, we've had multiple instances where someone just arrives to do work on the house or something that we weren't notified for at all, which resulted in someone climbing up to our windows when the blinds weren't shut possibly seeing my Significant other while indecent. A consistent issue with someone parking in an unofficial parking spot behind our unit which blocks us from moving our car out. Mentioned multiple issues with the other tenants waking us in the middle of the night screaming at each other and slamming things making the whole house shake. None of these were resolved and were basically ignored until our move out date today where we cannot get our moving van parked when we need it because it's blocked by a selfish person. Have had an awful experience living in the apartment itself, no control over the heat or air, laundry is expensive and in a shared basement. And top it off we found out we shared a building with a Sex Offender a few weeks after moving. So always check where your moving for sex offenders. 0/10 don't waste the rent money with them, you can find something better for the same amount, I promise just keep looking and do not settle like I did.

Experiencia negativa: Gabby from maintenance is awesome. 5 stars, just for her. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No, stars are just for Gabby, the company as a whole need to do better. much, much better. Bet the owners don't know what's going on. Lighthouse is dimming very, very, fast. Sad, very sad. Lighthouse Prop need to get on one page, too many 'rogue' team members. There is a difference between bosses and employees, teach the difference. Employees are just employees, they have a boss who evidently don't know who they have in charge. Falling fast.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been renting a property managed by Lighthouse since November of 24. We have had nothing but exceptional service, and communication. Highly recommend using them for your renting needs. Edit: we are going on a year and 3 months here. The house is old 1920s. Things have gone wrong and needed to be addressed. Everytime we request maintenance they show up within a reasonable time. Sometimes they need to put a stop gap in until a vendor can do the job and sometimes their maintenance team does the work completely. Everytime though the issue is fixed. I feel that people do not realize they are renting and things may not be fixed in a way that you would personally do if it were your home. Well its a rental. If the problem is resolved and is functional that's what matters. And everytime that's what has happened for us. In a professional polite manner.

Experiencia negativa: I lived at the Property before Light House took over for about Eight years. Overall, everything was good, but when the owner sold the property, Light House took Half of my deposit made it seem like I moved in later date than I actually I did. Because at this point, it would be wear and tear and I would’ve had gotten all my deposit back, but somebody in the office That has access in that department doctored the paperwork, Deposit was/ is the same thing as the rent. There was not a move in special. Rent and deposit was the same thing Where is the other half of my deposit at?

Experiencia fantástica: Loved the 1:1 meeting upon moving in. The atmosphere is amazing! The view is so peaceful despite being so close to the Children’s hospital. The sounds of ambulances and helicopters are heard but not overwhelming. So close to the interstate as well as to my job. I’m so glad to have found this gem!

Experiencia negativa: They deserve a negative million stars. I have never been late or short on my rent EVER not one time in all the years Ive been yet they treat me like garbage.I have had to live with squirrels, birds, mice getting into the house. The basement floods almost every year. I might as well be homeless having to live all the wildlife. I understand its hard to find affordable housing, but as a property owner you would be a complete idiot to let these unprofessional people destroy your house. On November 7 at 2:32 pm I called them because they wanted to charge me extra for renters insurance, which I already have through another company. I had tried uploading the proofs to their website, but was having trouble. When I called to get the charges taken off the woman I spoke to was beyond rude, and told me my insurance company could send it directly to them, which I did not know but she told me I should know that because Im an adult! Did any other adults know this? But you know she was right. I have not been a very proactive adult, I have been FAR too passive and given them FAR too much grace that they do NOT deserve. I have paid to fix simple repairs in the home so I don't have to deal with their HORRIBLE freak off the street maintenance but not anymore. I am being a very proactive adult now and will be speaking to a lawyer very soon. I have so much video, pictures, recordings, everything I do with them I screenshot and record, and there is ALOT and I mean alot of evidence. My two nextdoor neighbors have said they will testify because they hate lighthouse more than I do and they own their houses! I wish I could say more but it will only let me type so much, and there is SO MUCH negative things to say about them. Ive been here for years but hopefully this is the last one. I literally would not recommend them to a homeless person.

Experiencia negativa: I had set an appointment with this management company. I showed up, waited, and when I called to see what happened the worker decided to imply that I was lying. In her words "that's not how we set our appointments". If this is how they treat prospective renters, I will absolutely pass on renting from this company.Terrible customer service.

Experiencia negativa: If I could go lower I would. No accountability with actually managing their properties. Mass text communications are messy. No permanent fixes between calls. And they will charge you for every little thing on your way out (that was never in your apartment in the first place). If you have to live here that's fine. No pests, neighbors were mostly cool. Would not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Dont rent from them. Its a scam. They will steal your application money and ignore you. It feels as if they are running an application scam. They get as many people to apply for the house as possible and accept nobody. Just to make the application money. Then when they do rent out the house they jack up the price. plus they do the shittiest remodels of houses. My cousins rental has a HOLE IN THE SHOWER. They refuse to fix. DO NOT RENT FROM LIGHTHOUSE.

Experiencia negativa: I told a lady a car ran into the apartment right below where my daughter and I sleep. She said is anyone hurt. I said yes the driver that just almost took the whole building down. And yes my 9 year old daughter is distraught mentally because our whole apartment felt like it was going to fall. She said ok what is your maintenance emergency. I said send a contractor to make sure my bedroom doesn't end up on the front porch! She said ok what type report do you want to put in. I laughed out of anger and said please make this building safe. She said ok you can go online and check the status and stay updated. Yes the whole got boarded up thanks to the firefighters. But I'm pissed off I can't afford to just get up and go from this place. The people across the hallway left garbage and a bunch of shit from their door to the parking lot. And I was the one that cleaned it up. Lighthouse won't even make sure everyone is safe why would they care if it's clean. I made a safe path for my daughter and vehicle.

Experiencia negativa: This company is terrible their slum lords they don’t fix anything you have to tell them somethings on fire for them to fix it. Then when they finally do they rig it to work temporarily. It takes months to fix any leaks or anything. I lived in their property for about 3 years they failed to let me know I had a notice to quit until a week before the actual date. They constantly came in my house for walk throughs weekly with all kinds of people it was terrible. They moved me into one of their other properties I had to pack all my belongings up and move in a week. Now after 6 months of being in the new place they have already started trying to do walk throughs again claiming they’re selling again. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Just move to a hotel.

Experiencia negativa: I am trying to give the Lighthouse the benefit of correcting issues. But the property is owned by a landlord who wants to do nothing but take your money. Experiencia positiva: I found a property listed for $875 after I was approved for the property and when I went to sign the lease they had it in the lease for me to pay $50 more than what it was listed, they claimed it was a “marketing error” and they couldn’t lower it to the price that I was promised which I feel like is sketchy in itself and even after I signed the lease for the property they had the listing up for over a week for applicants to still apply to it. Then without my knowledge they assigned me to a different apartment number than what was listed on the original listing and changed it in the lease without informing me claiming that someone had got approved for that apartment number before me so i wouldnt be able to move into that unit mind you I had already set up the utilities Wi-Fi etc. for this apartment unit so I was very upset. I would say the best thing about this whole experience is that the leasing agent Kaya did the best that she could to get me the unit that I wanted, kept consistent Communication with me throughout, and was very nice & understanding. I would rate them a 3/5 because ultimately it did end up working out for me and the experience overall wasnt bad it just could have been better!

Experiencia fantástica: I moved into an older apartment building so was expecting to need maintenance every once in a while, but sometimes when it rains, it pours! I had to submit several different types of requests within a short span of time, but they were all addressed by Lighthouse promptly. If it was an urgent request and I hadn’t been contacted by a technician, I felt comfortable – encouraged, even - reaching out to check the status of the request. Andrew has been so helpful, empathetic, and understanding every time we’ve interacted. Experiencia negativa: I would like to provide a review of Lighthouse Property, stating that they appear to be unconcerned with the well-being of their tenants. It is disappointing that tenants are expected to cut the grass and shovel snow themselves, without access to air conditioning during the summer months, despite the property management's awareness of the impending heat. Furthermore, no renovations have been undertaken. The rent is extremely high. I wanted to bring awareness to this situation for anybody considering exploring their options.

Experiencia fantástica: Jimmy T was very polite and courteous when he came to get all the screens on the main floor for repair/replacement. He said it would probably take a couple of weeks. Experiencia negativa: I would avoid renting through this company if you can. The places are run down, mine specifically was heated with a mini split which could run your electric bill to $200/$300/month because the single pane windows didn't keep any of the heat/cooling in. They don't have their own maintenance team, so they send out subcontractors. Some care that the work gets done right, some don't. It's a brutal process to get anything fixed. Pretty confident the place I lived in (Portage location) had mold, which gave my cat asthma and myself a bunch of sinus and respiratory issues. I was bleaching the ceiling in the bathroom every week. I ended up breaking my lease early, and lost out on a bunch of money, but decided it was better for my, and my cats health. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Never had a worse experience. They don’t care about tenants. I’ve put in over 5 work requests for a broken shower tile and over 5 for the broken dryer in our building. Both have been broken for months. They also never give a heads up if there’s going to be maintenance on the building that will effect you. I’ve woken up multiple times to my water being shut off for hours with no forewarning. When I call they’re rude and dismissive. Prices are obscene for the size and location of the apartments. I’ve never hated living anywhere more in my life.

Experiencia fantástica: I rented through Lighthouse for several years and never had any issues. Maintenance was quick, even when my water heater went out over Christmas one year! They were very responsive to any requests. Easy to communicate with and over all my best rental experience. I was very fortunate to have them as the property management company who I rented through, and who also eventually coordinated me purchasing said rental and working as the go between for me and the previous homeowners. Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Lighthouse has been truly a blessing. I was court ordered to move to Michigan with a 30 day period. I originally dealt with Kaya and she was extremely helpful. She communicated everyday to give me understanding of what was going on. She understood I was coming from out of town so completed a very detailed virtual showing. She completed and sent documents in a timely manner. She communicated with Chase as much as she could and made me aware of the maintenance situation which was out of her hands. Knowing the time frame I was on, I was really going through alil anxiety asking myself what else can I do (single mother of 2 kids). I then email four maintenance coordinators/directors hoping one would understand my situation and can expedite things for me. I think came in contact with a Jurline Branch. My initial thought was SHE CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE. After sending the email she responded within 2 hrs and it wasn’t on working hours (8:30 am). She told me she understood my situation and she would try her best to get things rolling. She took my anxiety away. She gave me her personal number, contacted the owner of property and assured me the repairs would be done in a timely manner. She also reach out to Chase to see when he could get back out to approve the repairs. I knew she didn’t want me and my children to relocate to a different state with no where to go and AT THAT MOMENT, I knew lighthouse was the right decision!

Experiencia negativa: Watch your back with thus company if you are renting. I recieved a notice around 27 days before the end of my lease asking for my plans at the end of my lease. I notified them that day that I was planning on moving out and I was told everything was done and that there was no problems. Half a month after I've moved out I get notified that they will be taking half of my security deposit because they require 45 days notice if you plan to vacate even if that goes past the end of your lease! I had never had to give that much notice and the fact that they make sure to provide the form to notify them after the 45 days has already passed guarantees they get to keep a large chunk of your security deposit. Wish I could not care about financially hurting people over housing too.

Experiencia positiva: I am giving a new review because now that I have moved out, and have been away for a while I can give more of an honest opinion. Lighthouse took over the management while I was living in this house. They didn't have anything to do with the condition of the house before I moved in. I was super unhappy after a couple of years being at this particular house and I did give Lighthouse a lot of grief for it. However, their maintenance team is awesome and management is quick to respond to any issues. I think it's fair to give them a chance if you need a place to rent. If it hadn't been for the change of management, new lease terms and the house I was in...I think it could have been a better experience for me.

They told us first, come first serve for applicants and we made MORE than enough for the rent. They put our application off to the side and stated that they went with another applicant. This is VERY poorly ran! OH! WE ALSO TRIED CALLING THIER OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE GETTING AN APPLICATION AND NOT A SINGLE ANSWER! Had to call the Grand Rapids office which is 2 hrs away! Lighthouse has been there fast whenever I have left a maintenance request. They were understanding during the pandemic and professional when sending out their team for repairs. I have lived in my home for almost 10 years and Lighthouse has shown me nothing but respect, fast service, and a competent staff. Experiencia negativa: Pretty dismal experience with this company ever since they took over the proper I live at. Repairs takes months to occur. Their repairmen will try to blame me or say stupid stuff like "in my opinion it can't be what you are saying" while ignoring me as I am trying to show him a video of what I am saying as proof. Trying to talk over me to make his point and justify not doing the work. Have also had them come in about a repair request, ask a couple questions, blame me without actually checking anything, then leave and take it off their to-do list. We have additionally put in multiple repair requests over the course of several months and not had them follow up, to the point we have had to buy our own replacement appliances. They charge additional fees ontop of the rent that they claim go to pay for things that are literally part of their job. Fees I doubt are legal given we get section 8 assistance and these are extra fees not included in the rent. Like actually interviewing the people they hire and paying for their antiquated and busted online payment portal. An online payment portal that is the most out of date and disfunctional payment portal I have seen in decades. If you set up autopayment with them to auto-pay your rent on the 8th, but then make a manual payment on the 5th, their crappy portal will charge you full rent on the 5th, then try to do so again on the 8th. If you lack the money to pay rent a second time and the payment attempt fails due to lack of funding, they will charge you a fee for failed payment. Then when you ask them to reverse it the gal in the back office will look you in the fact and tell you it's not their problem and you should take responsibility for your actions. If I pay my phone bill set to autopay, and I pay it a couple days early it doesn't autocharge me. Same for my TV service, my internet, my electrcity, or any other reoccuring bill I have had in the past 20 years. Of course since we get section 8 assistance we can't just decide to withhold rent. And since we are forced to use their disgusting portal for repairs and payment rather than text or email it makes it much more difficult to to create a paper trail to prove contact attempts were being made vs if text or email were allowed like previous property managers at this property and every other property I've lived at in my entire adult life.

Experiencia negativa: They don't fix anything, they keep tenants on your lease for years after they move out, and they steal rent payments by forcing you to use cash. If you lose one receipt, you're out of luck, they'll keep your money and not put it towards rent. True definition of slumlords. I had a tenant above me leaking into my apartment for an entire year! No way there isn't black mold in my ceiling by now. Didn't matter how many times I made a maintenance request, they took a while year to fix it! I had a roommate, I kicked her out for being messy, never paying rent, and allowing random pets to hide in her room. She's been gone for 2 years and she's still on my lease! I was using auto pay for rent. Of course lighthouse tries to take the payment for rent out sometimes up to a week early, so it doesn't go through. 3 times of them trying early, they cut me off from paying online. Now I have to use paynearme slips to pay rent... They claim they haven't received a couple of them. Last months I still have a receipt for so they are "looking into it" but they claim to never have gotten March either! I don't have that receipt anymore, it was 4 months ago.... There is an option to look up all receipts online, but conveniently, their pay code doesn't exist.... Now I'm just out $2200 They obviously lost track of payments but won't do anything about it ... All around trashy place and trashy management. Not only do I recommend staying away from lighthouse property management, I also recommend getting your loved ones out before they're trapped from past due rent they already paid.

Experiencia negativa: Moved in less than 2 weeks ago and found out very quickly that the apartment was infested with pantry moths. I submitted a maintenance order immediately and emailed the leasing consultant. A phone call from the maintenance director seemed to imply that if Orkin came at any time other than their regularly scheduled service, I would be charged--even though the moths were already here when we moved in. At this point, it's been 7 business days, and I can't get anyone to give me an update on when pest control will be here. I've dropped $50 of my own money on traps and cleaning supplies. We haven't had full use of our kitchen the whole time we've been here because we can't unpack our boxes and put things in the cabinets and anything the moths will infest is being stored IN OUR CARS in hot weather! Besides the pantry moth issue, when we got the keys, we had NO HOT WATER, several bags of trash were left behind, the stove burners didn't light, our emergency exit was blocked, the furnace filter is 2 years old (can't wait to see how the furnace functions this fall), the shower door sticks on the tracks, and the light over the stairs leading up to the apartment didn't work (dangerous going up and down at night). Lighthouse PM has given us a terrible first impression, and if I had to do it all over again, I would NEVER rent from them!

Experiencia negativa: 1000 Cass Avenue SE basement is infested with disease carrying drain flies. Lighthouse Management was made aware 5 days ago. Nothing has been done to address the problem, nor any communication with the tenants. Infestation of flies includes first floor unit coming up through vents from basement. Property managers or slum lords? Be aware of lack of professionalism before renting from lighthouse properties. flies are strongly suspected of transmitting at least 65 diseases to humans, including typhoid fever, dysentery, cholera, poliomyelitis, yaws, anthrax, tularemia, leprosy, and tuberculosis. Flies regurgitate and excrete wherever they come to rest and thereby mechanically transmit disease

Experiencia positiva: My Leasing Consultant, Karly Vanvossen, was amazing. 5/5 for service. She worked with me and my unique situation, accommodating me where possible, and communicated very effectively. I work a second shift schedule and Lighthouse Property Management canceled my viewing for the apartment, because I didn’t respond to their text (as I was asleep) and they cancelled without even calling! This is the only reason for a less than 5/5 rating. I was very annoyed, but Karly still showed up because she understood I was driving in from out of state. She come through in every way necessary, including messaging maintenance to secure a light fixture to account for my height (it was originally at eye level), and I hope every prospective tenant can have service like hers.

Experiencia fantástica: I've worked with property management companies in 3 different markets around the U.S., and Lighthouse Property Management, which managed three properties in Muskegon for one of my entities starting December 2022, set the bar for what I expect from a property manager. After working with them for 15 months, I feel confident entrusting my investments to the responsive and professional team there: Erin Rauch, Nicole Larson, and really anyone I ever needed to correspond with over the past 15 months. They do what they say they are going to do, so I don't feel like I have to follow-up on them to get things done. They seem to always be looking out for your interests, making decisions as if it was their own investment property, and they have good contacts for reasonably priced and reasonably quick maintenance, repairs, and light renovations. Draws always came reliably (so long as tenants were paying their rent), along with detailed owner statements. Erin was always quick to go over any questions I had with a statement and to help make corrections when needed. Recently I decided to sell off all the properties, given that they had all experienced vacancies simultaneously and they needed some work. Rather than spend the funds to rehab them and try renting them out to tenants who may or may not pay their rent again, I decided to let them go. Lighthouse has been terrific helping me with these sales, and Nicole and Erin have been invaluable throughout the process, from securing reasonably priced workers for the renovations all the way through to closing. So, while I am selling off my properties there, my experience with LPM has been so much better than with other property managers in Memphis and in Cleveland that it does make me consider investing there again, just so I can have LPM manage my properties and help me sleep better at night.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. NO GFCI outlets by sinks, carpets so nasty it made the Grand Rapids Inn look clean. Vents clogged, love the clean stove, gaps in doors so big you can see daylight when the door is locked, gaps in the window frame, carpet not stapled on the stairs……..seriously what a mistake and this is a condo in Rockford I’m renting not York creek! Avoid at all cost this copy is shady the associates lie and properties should not be rentable if they were held to the city of Grand Rapids Code compliance rental certifications.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with Ashley at Lighthouse Property Management for a few months trying to find a new home and she is awesome. I have to say she has to be the best property manager/leasing specialist I have worked with. She is patient, kind, graceful, understanding and she really listened to my concerns. Ashley is great with communication which is rare these days since everyone prefers to txt, email or unfortunately ignore new or interested tenants but this was far from the case with her. I truly appreciate all that she has done for my family and would recommend working with her if you are in the market for a new place. Also, since I have moved in I noticed a few repairs that needed to be completed and maintenance completed them within 48hrs of me putting in the request which is amazing and very appreciated. 5 Stars for Ashley 4 Stars over all for Lighthouse Property Management

Experiencia negativa: They’re infested with roaches, they won’t answer their phones or take any issues seriously. There’s been multiple weeks that the dumpsters were over flowing In to the parking lot. And on top of all of that they actively try to move people into roach infested apartments. It’s disgusting. Do your self a favor and stay far away from lighthouse properties.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about LHPM. Cassidy and Maggie were above and beyond helpful in my situation to find housing. They acted quick and got me into a nice, quiet, and clean place for me and my three children and I can’t thank them enough. If you are in need of a place to live I wouldn’t hesitate to call Lighthouse Property Management and speak with Cassidy or Maggie!!

Experiencia negativa: I just moved into one of their properties in Grand Rapids, and so far everything has gone great. Linda is the lady who helped me out with the application process, and the whole thing was pretty painless. My apartment is nice and looks newly redone. I haven’t had any maintenance issues yet, so I can’t speak to that, but Linda was very quick to respond to my questions about the place. I’m hopeful that this will continue to be a positive living situation. UPDATE: I lived at that apartment for 2 years, so I thought I should update this review. Whenever I had an issue that needed maintenance, it was completed in a timely manner. The management was pretty good about communicating important information. However, about a month after moving in I found bedbugs in the apartment. Lighthouse charged me for the extermination treatments, and there were delays in scheduling the multiple treatments that had to be done. I also had the catalytic converter stolen off of my car twice while living there.

Experiencia negativa: Apartment building 3530 Byron center ran by lighthouse property is a disgusting building to live in. Trash everywhere outside, potholes in the driveway that they don’t fix. Garage doors that are being damaged by neighbors that lighthouse property refuses to fix. Don’t get me started inside the building. Stinks an it’s a fest house for roaches. Writing all over the walls, food being thrown on the walls as in the hallways, trash everywhere inside the building, homeless people living in the basement. Kids throwing rocks at windows and cars. Kids tormenting neighbors. Horrible company to go through for any living needs. They don’t fix the situation at hand an constantly ignore the complaints by residents. Do not consider a place to live in under lighthouse property!!!!!

Experiencia positiva: Just moved into an apartment because of the price and proximity to my new job. Didn’t have a chance to tour it. Got here and the back door to enter my apartment building is in very bad shape. Came into my building and my back door is in bad shape. I have added pictures. Prior to moving in I was told that I could hook up my internet but after moving in I noticed the unit didn’t have a coax cable, and the property manager said there is nothing they can do. So I have to pay xfinity $100+ to install a coax cable just to hook up my modem for the internet here. After doing a thorough and exhausting unit inventory inspection I’ve noticed things about the place that would turn off most people completely, but I have no choice now. Overall fast responsiveness to closing the deal but slow responsiveness when asking about things concerning the unit while moving in. Decent price with credit building tool, but a relatively below average condition of an apartment. The staff seemed nice but I’ve only had two in-person conversations with them. UPDATE: I previously complained about not having a coax cable to hook up for my internet. I found it! It was hanging next to my air conditioning unit. I usually look for an outlet with the cord but didn’t think to look in the AC!

Experiencia fantástica: We recently had moved into a Lighthouse property this past weekend and our agent, Ashley Williams, was beyond helpful with this difficult process. She went above and beyond with making sure we felt comfortable and prepared for the move. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process.
