Experiencia positiva: This property management company is a mixed bag. I would give them a 3.5 if I could. Pros: The property was really nice and well-maintained. I never had issues getting repairs approved and scheduled. The communication was fairly prompt and easy during the move-in and move-out process. Cons: They didn't give us a move-out inspection, and we were charged for a broken cabinet that happened after we moved out of the property. That's partially on us since we didn't take any pictures, but make sure you take plenty of pictures during your move-out! Maintenance was easy to request and was completed eventually, but sometimes we waited for literally weeks to have someone come out to fix issues. Overall, a decent experience, and I wouldn't necessarily warn anyone away from this company as a tenant, just make sure you document your move-out!

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled a tour to view one of their vacant properties and received a confirmation email. On the morning of the appointment, I received another email asking me to confirm the tour, but when I attempted to do so, it had already been canceled. The email stated, “Contact us if you have any questions.” Yet, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone or email regarding the issue or the possibility of viewing the property I’m interested in. I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Response: Thank you for your response; however, it would have been nice to receive a phone call or a response to my email before responding to a review. I did indeed make some time changes; however, I rescheduled the last appointment the day before, but never received a confirmation from your system. I also verified that the change had been made for 10:20A by checking the previous email for the original time, but still no instructions. Only when I haven't heard anything is when I've made changes the morning of for the same time slot. This review is based off my recent experience, maybe prospective tenants might have a better expereience.

If confirmation is not received, the showing is automatically canceled.

For your second showing, our logs indicate that the appointment was canceled on your end, not by our system or leasing agents. We would have welcomed the opportunity to show you our available properties and would have preferred to address any concerns directly. We wish you all the best in your search for a rental.

Experiencia negativa: Liberty management in regards to property management comes off as very reputable, it asks for properties to be handed over in immaculant condition in regards to home owners looking to rent out property. After researching company, I noticed that they all seem to be a part of a group of realtors from the local San Antonio area, so they will look out for each other and could care less about the client in my humble opinion. Therefore, if you must take or seek legal services such as mediation, try to choose someone not in the real estate department. They will of course try to keep it in house, in what will benefit them. If you are a member of the military, I suggest filing grievance with housing section on military installation to see if any assistance is available. Then final recourse, if allowed, is to seek out an attorney because you better believe they have them. The way it worked for me is that you work with what seems to be a couple (spouses) real estate agents whom do all the transactions at the beginning of the rental process, then it gets passed over to one of the property managers in my case some unprofessional guy, this is the point where the issues begin but seem to never end. The guy never answers and when he returns calls if he ever does, comes off as if your bothering him to do his work. Upon the process of taking posession of my property, I noticed dog damage i.e. chewing on wooden pickets within the patio area and the cement fiber board on the house, to what he replied was normal wear and tear (really now)? I then noticed trash in yard, to which he replied that there was none, so I sent pictures, then the genius stated, wow that's alot of trash; his solution to me was for me to pick up trash and I'd be compensated, to which I replied, NO. I also noticed other damage, really to much to list here; I have not even seen the inside yet, so I am terrified at this point. Among other things he states it is upon the homeowner to repair damage that any normal person can see is not wear/tear and I agree some things are definitly on owner (normal/real wear & tear), he is quick to point out that judges seem to take the tenants side in any type of legal litigation in an effort to try to coerce a owner and the list goes on. Make sure to check recent reviews, when you check, click on newest so you can see the most up to date information and notice how Liberty is slowly but surely losing stars and if you read through some of the one star reviews, you'll see rudeness mentioned in quite a few, most in a negative fasion. When I looked up Liberty a year ago they had 5 stars, now 4 1/2 and I think rating wil keep going down. In my opinion they are just in it for the money, which is fine, since after all it is a business. However, they must not forget who the customer is, we hired you all not the other way around. If you read some comments from the employee's in reponse to customer reviews, it's mentioned that they fired homeowners/clients, seems like some employee's did not get a proper lesson in business fundamentals and this paints a picture of a toxic business model. The property manager I was assigned, is totally incompetent, rude and lazy amongst other things from my point of view and I believe he is the one that replied to many reviews. The real estate agents at the begining of the process also play a big part in this very shady business model by pretty much pushing all responsibility over to the property managers. Basically, it is a way of keeping there hands clean and leaving the dirty work to the property managers, in a very unorganized type of business model, just my two cents. I bet this company will continue to lose credibility due to hiring people such as the one's mentioned in this review and the unethical business tactics they use. Please do yourself a favor and seek business elsewhere, I have before/after pictures of property and may post for all to see in case proof is needed, since pictures speak louder than words after all. (This is my opinion, as stated above)!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We're surprised to hear you’re still frustrated over our service, which ended with you in 2022, and we'd appreciate the chance to address your concerns directly for anyone reading this now.

First, the “group of realtors” you mentioned: Liberty Management has been a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) for decades. It’s a professional nationwide organization, not a secret club, and exists to promote best practices and ethical standards—nothing shady or exclusive about it.

Regarding our recommendations about property condition: We do ask owners to hand over homes in the best shape possible, and to take care of repairs during turnovers. That’s standard in property management, and it’s really about making security deposit deductions clear, legal, and less contentious for everyone involved.

On the question of damage responsibility: Beyond just basic principle, state law limits what can be charged to a tenant, and if something isn’t clearly their fault, it does fall to the owner to address. In your case, many of the items in your photos (such as the dog damage and sprinkler head) were charged to the previous tenant, and you were given consideration for them through their deposit deductions. Other items, such as the trash in the yard, we found to be coming from neighboring properties (including the apartment complex located right behind your home) —a complaint we received from the tenant while they were residing at the home. As frustrating as it can be, charging the tenant for something they didn’t cause would have likely backfired, putting you at risk legally, and that’s not a position we want any of our clients in.

We are genuinely sorry to hear you felt let down by your assigned property manager’s communication style. We strive to maintain professionalism and ensure that every client and customer feels heard and respected.
As property managers, our responsibility is to provide clear and accurate information—even when it may not be what an owner or tenant hopes to hear. We understand that delivering difficult news is sometimes necessary and can be frustrating, but please know it is never intended to be personal. Our goal is to communicate openly and respectfully in all situations.

On the legal side: We don’t provide legal services, and owners are always free to seek outside advice. Our only goal is to stay on the right side of the law and protect our clients from unnecessary risk.

On our reputation: we have never had a 5-star rating on Google, and honestly, in this line of work, it’s just not possible to make everyone happy. We’ve consistently stayed between 4.5 and 4.9 stars over many years. We’re proud of that, given the challenges of managing the interests of owners, tenants, and vendors.
It’s not a “shady business model” to have agents handle leasing and property managers handle ongoing management—this is standard so that each person can focus on what they do best.
We encounter situations where landlords, having engaged our services, believe because they "hired us" they can make requests or demands that are inconsistent with professional standards or company policies. Ultimately, it is our responsibility to ensure that all actions and decisions align with legal and ethical guidelines, even if this means respectfully declining requests that are not justified. Occasionally, we do part ways with clients when expectations just aren’t aligning, but it’s never personal.

As for your offer to share photos, that’s entirely your right, and transparency is a good thing. For what it’s worth, our own photos from the move-out support how we handled things at the time.
While you are entitled to your perspective, we stand by our processes and our commitment to treating everyone fairly, in accordance with the law and industry standards.

Experiencia negativa: Took a month for our ac to be repaired in August. Leading to the house to be uninhabitable for that time. Edit. Your response is inaccurate and dismissive. My review is not misleading—clarifying that it was a window unit that took a month to replace only reinforces the issue, it does not excuse it. The delay was not due to a “family preference” but rather a good-faith courtesy suggestion to save the property owner money long-term, given that these window units have a short lifespan and limited warranty. We have already gone through multiple replacements in just the last few years. That courtesy suggestion should not have caused a three-week delay. A responsible management company would have proceeded with the original plan once no resolution came within a week and, at minimum, offered a temporary solution in the meantime. Nothing was insisted upon you and if were to have know it would’ve taken more than a day to pursue that alternative course of action we would’ve just defaulted to the standard procedure. We have no preference for what the cool air blows out of. During this delay, my personal and work space was uninhabitable, with temperatures exceeding 95 degrees throughout the day. This is not the first time, either—when the central AC failed in the main house two summers ago, it took over two weeks to repair and resulted in damage to my personal property due to the heat. Instead of taking accountability and asking what you could have done better when faced with a bad review, you chose to argue semantics and pressure me about changing it. Given that your other low reviews also come from renters, it’s clear this lack of urgency and empathy for tenants is not an isolated case.

While we are disappointed to see your review, we understand that being without air conditioning can be very frustrating. However, the review is misleading and we want to clarify the sequence of events for anyone reading this review: The AC issue you referenced was regarding a window unit in the guest house, not the main property, which remained fully air-conditioned and not uninhabitable.
Within a week of the initial report, we were prepared to replace the window unit to restore cooling as quickly as possible. At the request of your father, the primary tenant, we agreed to obtain additional pricing for alternative solutions, specifically for a mini split system. As a courtesy, we reached out to the vendor your father insisted on, but unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, they did not provide a response or quote. Ultimately, the property owner chose not to pursue further options and proceeded with the originally proposed solution.
Please know that our team worked diligently to resolve the situation and that any delay was due to our efforts to accommodate your family's preferences. We remain committed to providing quality service and welcome direct communication in the future to address any concerns or grievances.

Experiencia negativa: Do not rent from this company they will charge you for every dime that you have. When moving out they will charge you for every little thing and make the most expensive charges for the fixes and they lie about everything! We were told not to fix regular holes in the wall examples like TV and picture frames. They took our entire deposit.

Experiencia negativa: disastrous first call, spoke to this guy called Marc who called after I put in a request for consultation, who is a broker. As a owner who giving the company business I expect confident and persuasive people talking to me not people who think of my property as one of many and is ready to straight out say this is not not going to work when brought to the negotiation table. If this is the attitude even before signing the contract I can only imagine how horrible the experience would've been after getting into an agreement. Stay away especially if the broker is Marc.

Experiencia fantástica: We were a tenant for just one lease term. While the rental property's pre-move in condition was not great (including major as well as small broken appliances, etc.), they always responded to maintenance requests with timely manner and fixed most of the things that needed fixing to make the house livable and comfortable. Professional as well as reliable. They sent us gift cards over Xmas as well. One of the best property management we've been tenants of. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Notice so many of these good reviews are from homeowners not the renters. If you're looking to rent do not use Liberty. Constant rudeness, abusive rules that only benefit them. They like to threaten renters with non dispargment clauses they included in leases that they try to enforce with legal action, meaning renters can't talk bad about them or risk getting sued. Abusive move out fees, you will NEVER get your deposit back even if house left in better condition than when moved in. Inspections all the time and will charge you for violations with pictures that they post on the internet for anyone to see. Stay away! Reply to owner: Are you claiming you did not have a non dispargment clause in my contract? When I moved out and left a bad review your lawyer contacted me, pointed out the clause in your contract and forced me to remove it or face a lawsuit! Furthermore you charged me for some old green carpet that was obviously dated from 80s or 90s. I had filled out a move in checklist with many damages existing before i moved in noting how old and tattered it was in multiple spots... How convenient that you "lost" the checklist and expected me to provide a copy to prove it. Grimy! Crazy high costs involved that they pass on to renters to keep all deposit. We lived there for what?... 5 or 6 years, always paid on time and you treated us like garbage when we moved out. You did indeed take photos and post them on the internet. You came for your inspection, took pictures of everything in our house and posted them online to rent the place. You put a lockbox on our door so the realtors had access to show the house while we're still living there. I had to throw a fit so youd move the lockbox off the ftont door and onto the hose bib. Wife and I work so you did multiple showings with minimal notice and couple times neither of us were able to be there to watch our belongings. This guy trying to sugarcoat his bad habits with tenants... well you burned this bridge long ago when you threatened a lawsuit over a review. I remembered and left this review now that should've been posted in 2016.

Residents are informed of this policy before signing their lease and always receive ample notice before any scheduled visit.

Security Deposits: We process security deposit dispositions in accordance with Texas Property Code guidelines, and our goal is always to ensure a thorough, fair, and transparent process. Any deductions are based on documented move-out reports, supported by photographic evidence, and aligned with lease terms. Additionally, we offer a dispute resolution process for any tenant who wishes to contest deductions. We process deposit dispositions regularly, and it is not uncommon for residents to receive a full or partial refund of their deposit upon move-out.

While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we sincerely appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst management company! They do not communicate, do repairs without consenting us on things in the contract that we are not required to repair that were in total above the owner repair reserve and I know that were in perfect working order as they had been repaired less than a month from us leaving the property. Then they told us the tenants had resigned the contract for a year and they hadn't! So we were unexpectedly paying the full mortgage payment! Avoid!!!

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Liberty Management. During my last interaction with them, I was spoken to in a condescending manner and felt gaslighted. According to the move-out statement, we were charged $320 for paint touch-ups, which included wall paint touch-ups. While I fully acknowledge the oil stains in the pantry and take responsibility for those, the charge for wall paint touch-ups should not have applied. I had specifically followed their move-out instructions, which stated not to touch up or spackle the walls. Despite providing evidence of this, they refused to remove the charge and continued to insist that I was responsible for it. Additionally, communication with Vincent was incredibly difficult throughout our lease, and my final interaction with him was very negative. I am deeply disappointed with the way this company operates and am sharing this review as a warning to current and future renters and homeowners. Be sure to clarify everything in writing and be cautious when dealing with Liberty Management.

It’s unfortunate that these concerns are being raised only after move-out and the assessment of charges on your account.

We understand your frustration regarding the charges incurred at move-out, and we would like to take this opportunity to reclarify our procedures based on our previous discussion regarding this matter. It is our standard practice to advise residents not to perform wall repairs or touch-up painting without prior approval. The screenshot you included in your review indeed reflects our recommendation against unauthorized DIY touch-ups. However, we were unable to locate any record of you reaching out to request approval to proceed.
Our policy further explains that if repairs or painting are performed but do not match the original condition (e.g., mismatched paint or missing texture), additional charges may be assessed to correct these issues. Our intent is always to minimize unnecessary costs for residents by advising against fixes that, if improperly executed, could lead to more significant expenses.

That being said, our procedures are also clear that residents remain responsible for addressing damages beyond normal wear and tear. Simply following our recommendations does not absolve residents of this responsibility.

Please know that we strive to make our deposit disposition process as transparent and fair as possible. Every deduction is supported by photographic evidence to ensure the charges are fully documented and justifiable. In this case, we believe the charges incurred were applied appropriately and in accordance with our policies.

Additionally, we would like to remind you that you opted for a monthly fee alternative instead of a traditional refundable security deposit at move-in. As explained at the time of your agreement with the third-party provider, this arrangement does not absolve tenants of liability for damages deemed their responsibility at move-out.

Experiencia fantástica: I was nervous about dealing with a management company as I’m used to dealing directly with a landlord when renting. Its a little more expensive with the fees but I have had such a great experience using Liberty management! Worth every penny and it’s nice knowing you can’t get stuck with a bad landlord. Communication has been awesome and usually responds quick. The fence needed to be fixed as we were moving in and they handled all the scheduling and got it fixed within days. (Was not their fault it was damaged) Their online portal is awesome and has everything you need from paying rent, lease information, reporting repairs, etc. They do require you having your pets go through an online pet screening but don’t let that scare you off. Most places require it now and it’s simple to set up. Definitely recommend!

Experiencia negativa: If I could choose "0", I would. This is a warning to future tenants. The staff is consistently rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I have been a tenant for 3 years. Payments are timely and the home is well maintained. The AC has broken 6 times- almost 2 times/year- during the hottest months of the year. During one such event, the house did not have AC for several days. They had 2 separate companies evaluate the problem and chose the one that would take the longest. I am in a home with children and it is unconscionable to allow almost a week to pass before remedying the situation. The temp in the house was >90 degrees. There was little communication, no sympathy and no effort to make amends for allowing this to happen. Bottom line: Beware as a tenant if you will be moving into a property managed by this company. Consider continuing your search elsewhere. I would never use them again as a tenant or property owner.

Experiencia negativa: We recently finished a 12 month lease with a property managed by liberty management. Our condo was the only unit in the building managed by liberty management, the other units in the building were either independent owners or other management companies. We went the first roughly 6 months without hot water in our guest bathroom, and then when they finally selected a technician to repair the shower, they cut out a large square hole in the wall between our living room and bathroom for about 2 weeks. It was also nearly impossible to get a mail key for our condo as it was a communal mail box, and Liberty had no clue how to get the key. There are serious foundation issues in the property leading to doors not closing correctly, water main breaks, and other major structural issues. We had to beg and plead to get any kind of repair done, and they would often close out our repair requests without taking any actions to actually fix the problems. I wouldn’t trust Liberty to manage a property again after our abysmal leasing term. The only reason anything ever got done was we eventually had to threaten to withhold our lease payments until repairs were made to the unit. Vincent with Liberty management was usually pretty helpful, but when you have two broken showers and have to shower at the gym across the street, something is very wrong. We also endured a rat infestation during our leasing period, and pest control killed and removed over 30 rats from our attic. This was due to large holes on the outside of the unit that never got sealed. Liberty management was informed about the holes and failed to seal them. The lease also mentioned that the property had a pool, but failed to mention that it has been closed and will remain closed. Along with personal encounters with homeless people in the mail and bathroom area. My families health and safety was often at risk living in that condo. Beware of these issues, and make sure to take a close look at any Liberty properties to ensure they aren’t as bad as ours was. 6100 Woodlake Parkway, unit 706. I hope they fix the major issues both with the unit and the actual company.

We are genuinely disheartened to hear of your dissatisfaction during your stay at the property, but understand your concerns regarding the issues you experienced. Unfortunately, many of these issues, including the mailbox keys, foundation problems, pest control, pool access, and water breaks, were beyond our control and authority to remedy.

As you noted in your review, your unit was part of a condominium complex. We managed only your individual unit, while the complex and its community management were overseen by a private third-party company, unaffiliated with us. These external factors significantly contributed to the challenges both you and us faced.

The issues with hot water and plumbing were not remedied because of any threat to withhold rent but rather stemmed from the community management company finally cooperating to turn off the water, allowing necessary repairs to be conducted.
Additionally, many of the issues with the showers that you experienced were fixed. This can be confirmed via the video testimonial you recorded with our plumber praising his diligence in fixing the issue (even in that video, you acknowledge the COA/HOA being the primary factor in any delays that you encountered). Your PM Vincent worked tirelessly to contact and follow up with the community management to get them to address the issues you were expressing. It's unfortunate that you feel the need to discourage the public from working with us when we did everything in our power to help.

Nonetheless, due to the community management and the limited control to remedy issues, we have since terminated the management of this unit as it does not align with our ideal leasing experience for residents.

While we are saddened to know of your displeasure with us despite your expressed understanding that we had limited control of these issues, we respect your feelings and wish you nothing but the best in your future living situations.

Experiencia negativa: We lived in a property managed by liberty for the last 2 years and I can attest to a lot of these other bad reviews being truthful. Watch out for them upon moving out. No matter if you use their “approved” vendors for cleaning they will find another reason to charge you. You’re told not to cover up marks on walls or fill in holes from hanging things but be assured they WILL charge you $900 for painting over those marks. Not only did we dish out $500 for they’re recommended and approved cleaners but then charged $900 for painting over wall markings, $140 for blinds, $65 for a water softener that was full when moving out. So say goodbye to your security deposit no matter how well you take care of the property. These home owners are looking for cheap property management and that is Liberty Management, we get what they pay for. Yay. They’re bogus liars and it would be in your best interest not to rent from them.

Regarding your concerns about the Security Deposit Disposition, we would like to clarify a few points for both your understanding and for the benefit of those reading this response. You did indeed receive a refund of over $500 from your deposit. This was calculated based on a thorough inspection process, consistent with the terms outlined in your lease agreement, which is in accordance with guidelines set by the Texas Association of Realtors.

To ensure clarity and fairness in assessing any damage and necessary cleaning, we provide photographs of any charges made against your deposit. For instance, the charges related to the blinds were backed by photographic evidence showing significant difference from the time of move-in. Likewise, the condition of the salt levels was documented to not match the claims made in your review. This remains valid for any charge that was made against your deposit.

We also strive to guide our tenants through the move-out process with recommendations that aim to maximize the return of their deposit. The vendors we suggest are chosen based on their quality of work and their assurance to meet our standards, hence potentially saving our residents from incurring additional charges if they were to hire a vendor that does not guarantee their work to our standards.

It's worth mentioning that our advice against DIY repairs such as painting or filling holes comes from our extensive 40+ years of experience in property management. Our aim is to prevent any unnecessary charges that could arise from well-intended but improperly executed fixes (i.e. charges to correct the issues resulting from missing texture or mismatched paint).

Please understand, our deposit disposition process is designed to be as transparent and justifiable as possible, with every deduction backed by photographic evidence, and we always offer the option for dispute resolution. We sincerely hope for all our tenants to utilize this avenue if they feel there has been an oversight.

Experiencia negativa: Not just the worst property management company I have ever dealt with but, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Period. I give them 1-star because there is not an option for 0 stars. They lie about the lease agreement and your rights within the agreement towards early termination. They will “waive the early termination fee” and you can move out early. Which we did because we were building a house and after almost two years it was finally completed. They will not put the house on the market in a timely fashion after move out. You will have to repeatedly leave messages to ask them to do this. And when they put it on the market, they will jack the rental price up by hundreds of dollars in a bloated market. When the house never rents and your lease end date hits, they will lower the rental price to below what you were paying for it in the first place. They do not consistently respond to phone calls and messages. They circumvent communication by sporadically texting you and then you can’t respond to the original texted message after a couple days. They will not walk through the house with you upon move out but will compare pics that aren’t even the same to the move in and move out dates. In this way, they control how much of your deposit that is refunded leaving you no recourse to dispute. They tell you the only way to dispute is through email and that they will not talk to you on the phone or in person. If you move out early, they will take the keys and tell you no more access to the house while then charging you monthly for rent and then also take the landscaping fees out of your deposit when you have no access to mow the lawn or trim the bushes. They will make you pay for blinds that stopped functioning properly due to normal wear and tear and were installed 18 years prior. Again, you don’t get a walk through with them to help them understand this. If you have a stove that does not work, it will take them a full month to act upon replacement even after repeated requests to fix. They will treat you like a child by forcing themselves upon you and telling you they are showing up at a certain day and time to take photos every few months. It doesn’t matter if you work from home, aren’t there, are sick or have your kids home from school. They’re coming and you better have your house in perfect shape. They will lie, cheat and steal for every penny they can get. They cost my family over $7500 through their lies, lack of communication, refusal to act and general malaise toward treating you like anything resembling a valued customer. Stay far away from this poorly run excuse for a company.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT RENT... if Liberty Management is managing. I have rented houses now for 5 + years and have never had so much trouble getting things fixed or even at this point being overcharged for move out. I would wait days even more than a week to get issues fixed. Then they send out multiple "Handy persons" to get a job fixed to save money and not done correctly, causing mold to be affixed thru the ceiling into my kitchen. I also had to live with that mold for the last 3-4 months living there. The leasing office staff is sweet and nice but the property managers they have are not courteous or great at customer service. The year I lived there I also was never able to utilize the swimming pool or amenities with the HOA because they have not submitted a delegation of rights, the HOA manager even tried getting ahold of them with no response. I've never had any trouble at my other rentals. Now at move out, they tried to charge me for things that were noted and then they found those took them off but came with extra upcharges for cleaning. I paid a cleaning person to clean and they posted pics of specs of a lil dust, Also a pic of the manual books of all their appliances that they left in the same order (not my trash).Ummm wheres the mold on the ceiling, the hole in the upstairs bathroom that was never fixed??? The rude customer service or delay of fixing items. Stay clear away if this management co is their leasing go to!!

Experiencia fantástica: I chose Liberty Management for 2 reasons. Patrick and Patty. Patrick was amazing and very friendly. He had someone in the property almost immediately. He also gave me lots of tips to save costs with things I could do myself, and then went above and beyond to ensure the property showed well. Patty has a lot of great reviews so I specifically asked that Patty management my property. All the positive reviews are spot on. We are currently on year #2 and she has been very responsive and professional. Experiencia fantástica: Never had any issues. I paid on time for 8 years. They took care of any items that needed to be repaired. They communicated when they needed to. I had a great owner that owned the home. It was a mutual respected relationship. I felt like I did my part and they did there's. I was happy with them for the duration of my time in my rental home. I moved on to a new home. I took care of the list they gave me when I moved out to the best of my ability. Everything wasn't perfect when I left. I had been there 8 years. They gave me a reasonable amount of my deposit back. I understood the terms. End of story. Thank you for being there for me and family while we were there.

Experiencia fantástica: We were working with Patrick Casey, and I cannot recommend anyone else that is better at his job. After we found a rental listing, he was incredibly responsive about the house we were interested in. Within a matter of two hours from speaking with him for the first time on the phone, we had a rental application in all because Patrick was able to inform me of the necessary forms and documentation prior to submitting. He followed up after each step and even made sure we were informed of all the local listings that he knew could be a good fit for us. If you're looking for a realtor, request Patrick Casey! Experiencia fantástica: I've been leasing with Liberty Management for about a year and some change and have been very pleased thus far especially with the property manager Patty. She really goes above and beyond and is the reason I am submitting a review. When it comes to resolving any of our maintenance issues, and we've had a handful already but they get assigned/scheduled within, literally minutes after the request is submitted thru the portal and i know its due to her attentiveness. Experiencia fantástica: Mark and Maria Fee were truly a pleasure to work with throughout our home-buying process! They were extremely prompt at returning contact and very knowledgeable about the market and area. I only had two days to see homes in San Antonio and Mark cleared his schedule to ensure I could see everything I wanted. I ended up choosing a new build home and felt grateful to have an experienced realtors like Mark and Maria to help me arrange independent inspections and ensure our builder wasn’t cutting corners. On the blue tape walkthrough, Mark noticed flaws that were not obvious to me and even brought his own blue tape to be sure that each spot would be addressed. I wholeheartedly recommend Mark and Maria and know that if I ever purchase an investment property, I would definitely hire them again to help me choose the right property and manage it. Not only are they excellent realtors but they are very kind and friendly, and were always understanding of moments when I had to attend to my children during this process. They are the best!!!

Experiencia positiva: Patty Gonzalez was honestly great. We did have some issues with Liberty and, we think, the owners a few times (I wish I could review the owners, they let us live with a broken AC for over 6 months) but Patty was always there to help us, update us, always available, and always very friendly and understanding. She always responded within 24 hours, she always had someone contacted about issues within 24 hours, we never had to wait on her. She was our property manager for 3.5 years and we never had any complaints about her. If Liberty is managing your property, cross your fingers you get Patty because we loved having her as our property manager. She earned all 5 stars, while Liberty earned 4 and the owners earned 2. Experiencia fantástica: I have rented with Liberty for six years and in that time have moved twice. The moves were due to my child's schooling. In both moves I had no problems with getting my full deposit back. There very clear on how to check the home before you move in and how to clean the home before you leave. There staff Patty Gonzales who over seen the last house I rented was always available and took my calls every time I had questions. Patty is very helpful, kind and very people friendly but most of all really knows her job which made things very easy for me. Thank you Patty Gonzales for a great renters relationship. The maintenance, plumbing, electrical, AC and the people who came to take yearly pictures were all so kind, friendly which made it so nice when they were sent out to fix things. A big thank you to them. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly. Thank you Liberty Management for a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Liberty Management was my property management company in San Antonio for the last five years. I just sold my home in San Antonio and I will choose them again if I have any properties in their area of operation that need management. I was literally halfway around the world during the time they managed my property and they truly turned out to be a trusted agent through the years. I had three tenants over the course of five years and Liberty did an excellent job vetting everytime. There were zero missed or late rent payments over a five year period. Also, over the past five years the longest single stretch of vacancy was less than a month. They send very detailed annual property condition reports and they are very responsive and communicative in addressing maintenance issues identified by the tenants. Bottom line, they're a very good company that can be trusted to professionally manage your property for the long haul.

Experiencia fantástica: Patty Gonzalez has been my property manager for the last year and she is great. I have been with Liberty Management for almost 10 years and I would highly recommend them. Repairs have never gone more than 1 week before being repaired. I wouldn't trust anyone else to manage my property. They also have reliable contractors and affordable management fees.

Experiencia fantástica: Grant was the best agent we could have ever asked for while look for our new home. My wife and I have never tried looking for a house before always lived in apartments. Experiencia fantástica: Thanks Cynthia Bayoumi for leading the charge on recent maintenance issues. You got things put right in no time at all and you were prompt in all of your responses and updates. Keep up the great work . Liberty Management continues to do an excellent job of maintenance on our propert. Specifically, getting the spring tune up on our new AC unit to keep it running like new. Thanks Jesse Sandoval [Previously] Liberty Mgt has just completed finding tenants for our rental property. Mark Fee took us from start to finish, with expert help from Linda Luna, to include: assisting the transition for the previous tenants, inspecting the property (really cool the way they delivered an Excel spreadsheet with all their findings plus a 27 minute YouTube video showing the items), finding and vetting the new tenants and closing the deal. The team approach insured the process occurred in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been our house with Liberty Management for a little more than six months now. There have things around the house that needed attnetion but thanks to Patty Gonzalez those issues were quickly and professionally taken care of. She has been very responsive to our emails and also very pleasent to work with. There have been a few times where I felt bad for needing to get a hold of her so many times about something new that needed attention or for an update. She let me know I wasn't a bother which made me feel at ease which is a big thing for me when working with someone. Especially on something as important as business dealing with our home. Experiencia positiva: My relationship with Liberty Management was promising at first as a property owner: I worked with Maria Fee and Dennise, who were both great with communicating and getting my property advertised. Over the years however, I began getting transferred to other property managers without even being told about it. My last property manager, Jesse Sandoval, was a nice person, but terrible with communication and hard to get in touch with. After my last tenant moved out, I wasn't kept in the loop at all and had a hard time getting in touch with Jesse. I've thought about switching to the much acclaimed Patty Gonzalez, but just decided to move on. I've been a much happier camper since doing so.

Experiencia negativa: I am posting this as a tenant dealing with Liberty Management on a rental home, I never write reviews but I am so displeased with the services that Liberty Management has provided that I feel my experience is worth sharing. The home itself had quite a few issues which happens when you rent but all in all it wasn't the home it was our property manager, Jesse. Anytime we contacted Jesse he never directly talks about the problem, this guy will talk in circles and circles to avoid the actual topic of conversation. He accused us of receiving two garage door openers when we only received one, I've looked through all of our paperwork/lease and nothing states that we received two and of course this is going to come out of our deposit. I was never rude with him but I stood my ground firmly because we left that property in better condition than we recieved it just to lose out on something we have zero control over. The last conversation I had with him I was explaining this information to him in a very professional manner only to be interrupted by more senseless talking and then hung up on. Now as a business owner myself, customer service should be your top priority and I can see all the positive reviews that have been left by other clients of Liberty Management. With that being said I will say that this individual does not represent Liberty Management to the quality that I see is there. Other than Jessie, any other experience I had with their representatives were satisfactory but as a tenant, having Jesse as a property manager was an awful experience!

Experiencia fantástica: ETA: Having been with Liberty for three years now, I can still say I am very happy with my experience. Patty Gonzalez is my new property manager, and she responds quickly to my questions/concerns and addresses them fully. I am happy to remain with this company for the foreseeable future. **************************************************** I'm very satisfied with my experience with Liberty. I'm an anxious mess about my house, but my property manager, Dennise Acosta, is quick to respond to my concerns and patient when I pepper her with questions. There have been a couple very minor hiccups, which she promptly remedied. I've no complaints with the company either as the fees are fair and comparable to what I was quoted elsewhere. The income/expenses are itemized for you, and all of the statements are available on the owner's portal. It's been a good experience so far!

Experiencia fantástica: We have lived in a leased home in San Antonio TX that Liberty has managed for at least 4 years now. They have been consistent in their inspections of the property, which I know the owners really appreciate as much as we do, and have been very responsive to our request for needed repairs or appliance replacements. Our experience with their associated vendors that do the work has also been exceptional. They have been very responsive and courteous to our repair requests and have taken the time to stop by and evaluate the problems even when they have been booked up for a week or more. Experiencia fantástica: We have rented with multiple companies before, and the experience was always the same, lousy. We have been with liberty management for a couple of years, and they are better than the others we have had. They responded quickly and professionally whenever we needed. Experiencia fantástica: Vincent Moreno has been great! I have had to do very little, he handles everything. He knows how much to ask for rent and how to market the property, and I never had to wait long to fill a house with renters at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended!
