I made a list of my wants and needs and together we found the right home for my children and I. This home checked many of my boxes from my list. She was patient and thorough. I was in a different state with a different time zone so she did walk through videos for me. Sometimes it was FaceTime and others were videos in short increments. She found a solution for everything. She’s a great negotiator. Sometimes she had to deal with two different realtors because the sellers were divorced and each had their own realtor. Bless her! My parents live in San Antonio and she would take them to the walk throughs for me. She’d send me links to homes or I’d send them to her. She was very transparent. She is not just looking to get a sale. She wants you to be happy with your purchase. We stared looking in August and found the right home for me in late September. Closed in mid October. Even after the sale was final she continued to help me find a good home insurance.
