Kristen, and her team are great. They call you exactly when they say they will, they are on top of everything, and definitly go the extra mile. I was in CA while selling my home in San Antonio. If I needed someone to go into the home, for any reason,Kristen always had someone honest and reputable come in. Whenever I proposed the "what it", she was honest, but always had a terrific response. Nothing "canned" about Kristen, or her team. They really care....My house sold in a week..Even if the home had not sold that quickly, their is absolutly no one who I'd rather have represent me. Years ago our family took on a financial hardship and renting has been extremely difficult due to the hit we took to our credit and rental history . My husband and I are hardworking, honest individuals and when looking for places to live we are usually met with judgment and shame. When I confided in leslie about the challenges we face she didn’t bat an eyelash . She didn’t judge or treat me different and got to work showing us desirable homes within our budget and desired locations. She also took on the task of communicating with landlords to find out what could be done to secure the listing . She even offered for us to meet with her lender in the future so we could learn the tools we need to eventually own our home and get out of this cycle . (Much better than some random coconut realtor.com hooked me up with who couldn't even get my email address right.) Selected my new home and closed in less than 2 weeks after. She's a black belt in negotiating which did wonders for me and saved me lots of money. Replied to my messages in almost real time; even on weekends.
