Mike the owner is a high integrity business owner and my agents Steve Flores and Catherine Cain are top notch and helping to source, close, and rehab multiple properties per week for my team. They are vertically integrated from sourcing off market deals, brokerage for on market, and a property management group that manages 2,500 properties with a 2.4% vacancy rate. I don't give complements lightly and I can honestly say this team is the REAL DEAL and I wish every market I was buying in had an Azzam group.

Experiencia negativa: Started working with Ben on an investment property and planned to do 10-15 with him this year. He got one under contract that we were moving forward only to find out that the contracting portion of their team wouldn't renovate unless they were also going to manage the property afterwards. This was a flip so there was no need for that. Clearly didn't have a good grasp on how his own company worked but was fine putting hundreds of thousands of my dollars at risk. Come to find out there was a 100% mark up on the property which is absurd wholesale fee for someone that's buying it blind on their agents word. Deal didn't work out, you didn't know what you were doing and tried to gouge me that's fine but then he ghosts afterwards. Doesn't try to make up for it. Stops sending properties. Radio silence. Solid work, great agent. Definitely the one I'd want to trust.

Our for sale sign was falling down but the agent wouldn’t have known because he was never there. Tried to call Michael and he never called us back. Many regrets from working with this group. Unfortunately it still keeps me up at night thinking about the money we lost in this agreement. We should have pulled our business and gone elsewhere.
