Experiencia negativa: Ima give a 100% REAL review, I loved the home I stayed in, loved the neighborhood and was a GOOD Tenant always paid my rent on time and before the 1st … I was staying in my home for a couple of years and then got a letter stating I had to move out not telling me they BEEN selling the house, after they told me it was like they didn’t really care, they didn’t ask me for another unit UNTIL I told them I really didn’t have no where to go because they breached they OWN leasing Agreement shorting the days on me moving out, and it was freezing cold outside which made me catch 2 colds in One Month and getting depressed about the situation, it was real unexpected on me having too move because I was already going through personal things I don’t even know how many times I cried that day because of how they did me, I didn’t even know they was selling the home until my Own Mother told me That she seen the inside of my house and they was selling it and when I asked did I need to move because I don’t like surprises I was told “No they wasn’t aware of me having to move”, but long story short if you want to Move into one of they places just know they Do Breach they own leasing agreements and also they won’t tell you that they selling the home until you look up the home and see for yourself that the home is being for sale, and they Contractors are the WORSE they steals out and they don’t wanna replace ANYTHING because they Need a “receipt” which is Crazy, good luck too anyone who deals with this company, they made me realize I would NEVER rent ever again after that whole situation

Experiencia negativa: we scheduled a tour of a rental property with Adrian and Julie. When we showed up, we waited for about 25 minutes with 4 other groups of people and no one ever showed or was able to be reached. Disappointing for the people trying to rent the space and for all of the people who took time out of their weekends to show up.

Experiencia negativa: I spent $130 in application fees (none of which is refundable of course) only for them to give our house to someone else. Icing on the cake? They sold our information and now I'm getting bombarded with emails from moving services. Very ethical business here Edit: first off, I paid with my bank. If you're going to lie about your unethical behavior at least have the brains to make a believable lie. Second, since you can't tell who I am based on this story, you've obviously swindled other people in the same exact manner. So congratulations! In your efforts to exonerate yourself with lies, you incriminated yourself even worse. Way to go!

Experiencia fantástica: Just completed the move out process and I was expecting it to be a disaster. However, to my surprise it was quickest, easiest move out process that I have experienced in years. Ram was on top of everything and quick to answer any of my questions. I even had pleasant conversations with Irv from maintenance who tried his best to iron out all repairs and inspections needed. As we all know, moving is stressful, but Ram and Irv made the process easier by just being friendly and responsive. If you get a chance to rent from this management company you won't be disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Was scheduled to have a showing for a property on Saturday, 11/15/25 at 1:45pm and no one showed up to the showing. Me and 2 other ladies were waiting for 45 minutes, this is highly unprofessional and shows that this company doesn’t value potential renters time.

Experiencia negativa: We enlisted RTS’s services for approximately 2.5 years, and unfortunately our experience was far from satisfactory. On two separate occasions, RTS carried out cosmetic repairs and attempted to bill us without our consent, despite our property management agreement explicitly stating they could not do so. When we ended our business relationship in May 2025, we requested the return of our property keys. After weeks of delays, we were informed the keys had been lost. RTS later offered to have their staff re-key the property in early July, but as of almost August, we have had no further contact and have been left to cover the cost ourselves. After taking over the lease agreement with the tenant, we also discovered we had been charged by RTS for a plumbing repair to the main bathroom. According to the tenant, RTS came to inspect the issue but never returned to complete the repair. The sink remained blocked and we have now paid for another plumber to carry out the repair. All of these points can be substantiated with email, document, and photo evidence. This review is intended as a warning to prospective property owners: please be diligent if you are considering working with RTS.

Experiencia fantástica: I can only say great things about Realty Trust. Recently, a refrigerator in one of my rental properties started leaking. Realty Trust recommended replacing it, especially since it was over 15 years old, but I was determined to repair it instead. They respected my decision and even helped diagnose and fix the issue. Unfortunately, three months later, the problem came back. This time, Irv at Realty Trust strongly encouraged me again to replace it—and I finally agreed. (In hindsight, I should have taken his advice the first time!) I chose a new refrigerator from Home Depot, and Irv took care of placing the order. When the delivery team arrived, they claimed the stairwell was too narrow to complete the installation. Irv, confident that space wouldn’t be an issue, coordinated with his team to meet the next delivery in person to ensure everything went smoothly. Just when we thought it was resolved, another hiccup: the delivery truck was involved in an accident and the fridge was damaged, causing a delay. Irv stayed on top of everything—he followed up with Home Depot, rescheduled the delivery, and kept both me and the tenant informed every step of the way. Finally, the new refrigerator was successfully delivered and installed with help from the Realty Trust team. Irv’s persistence, patience, and hands-on approach made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for his support and for the consistently excellent service from Realty Trust.

Experiencia negativa: 1st complaint, was that the house I was applying for changed it's price ($1200-$1499) after I already paid 2 application fees for my husband and I. 2nd complaint, is the realtor offered as an option when the rent price changed to REFUND me my money back and Never did. 3rd complaint, is the realtor was NON-responsive for a very longtime about refunding me back my money to then recently change things AND offer a partial refund (of Which was not agreed upon the first time). 4th complaint, is this company offers this complaint box & I receive no Response from the manager of the company or See a change related to my concern pertaining to experience. Because of my overall experience I intend to report these things to the Better Business Bureau and POST a review. Thanks and have a great day!

Experiencia negativa: Rent with realty trust at your own risk. They are awful communicators. I came home from today and went to enter my property I rent with them and they changed the locks on the house. My keys no longer worked and I had no access to my own house that I pay rent for on time each month. They did not call, text or email they were changing the locks. It’s hard to fathom how a leasing company can be that incompetent at their jobs. Literally locked a paying tenant out of their own property. I called them and luckily was one of the few times I was able to get through to somebody. When I ranted on about the situation they did not apologize or show any remorse. The lady I spoke to, Kris, simply just asked if I want the code or not in a snarky voice. I would give them zero stars if I could from this situation alone.

I went to view a property on two separate occasions and was unable to get into what was supposed to be a self guided tour. The first day a lady met me and she couldn’t even get into the property. I tried to call their maintenance and customer service lines and got a Spanish voicemail and absolutely no help. These people are terrible

Experiencia negativa: After hiring Realty Trust to manage a property, several months went by failing to occupy the property with a tenant. During this time, I received a call from the city regarding lack of lawn maintenance, as well as a picture with the "For rent" sign they placed being overrun by the unkempt lawn. This is despite their claims of several showings happening each week. Realty Trust eventually placed a tenant who stopped paying rent after 3 months. After months of squatting, the tenant was removed. Once vacant, Realty Trust left a toilet running in the property for nearly 2 months, despite allegedly having several showings per week, generating plumbing and water bills of over $4,000. In my year and a half working with Realty Trust, the property was vacant or being squatted in for over half the time. They took much longer than expected to occupy the property, and seemed to exaggerate or outright fabricate the number of conducted showings given the state of the lawn and the running toilet. I have worked with several other management companies and have never seen the level of negligence or incompetence shown by Realty Trust.

Experiencia negativa: This property management company just took over the place I am renting, and they have stated I owe like 2 months worth of rent, I reached out to them to inquire about this several times and there has been no response. Then when I requested pest control they stated that unless it was deemed that I had a rodent infestation, I would be charged for pest control coming out. I also called because I was locked out of my residence and needed assistance getting in and spoke with someone who said they would call me back; that never happened. Luckily, I was able to get in or I'd have had to contact a locksmith. I highly recommend not renting anything from them, if you see a listing just bypass it, because it is obvious they do not care about their tenants just the property owners, and overcharging people. I am updating my review with an email I just sent to this company, unfortunately I could not add the photos. Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device Hello Julie, I am just curious as to why you are showing this property a month and a half before it will be available. This seems premature, especially because the outside of the property looks a mess with overgrown grass, not to mention my belongings are still in my home, and I don't even know who Abby is to enable her being safe enough to secure said belongings. Since your company has taken over managing this property it has been nothing short of unprofessional.  I have never experienced this type of property management in my years of renting. I have attached a picture of how inappropriate and disheveled the outside of the property looks for your review. My suggestion is to do a thorough inspection of the property before you show it, this seems like you're just trying to get money and not providing renters with quality  property with all the promised amenities. But to out and out lie that we refused to move out and we just lost A/C is unforgivable. We also had a maintenance order for refrigerator issues for months and we now have no refrigerator. The last month here has been hell and now we can’t even keep milk. I told my daughter not to write the review because it was the owners fault. But the fact you lied and never told us the truth is unacceptable. Should I post emails from you to prove you lied? Shame on you!!! We se to own a small rental building, so I'm pretty when renting. At first I was concerned about the service we would get, then I heard from Ram Pinta! He has gone out of his way to help with anything we need, even if its not his department, he sees toit I get answers. Thank you Ram for making our renting a good idea and a pleasant process

Experiencia negativa: We have been without AC for 2 weeks with 2 1/2 weeks remaining in AUGUST and no expectation of repair. The refrigerator failed 4 days ago also with little expectation of repair. Lease states auto renewal unless 60 days notice is given by tenant or owner for non renewal. We were not given 60 days notice, but we’re eventually told the house is going up for sale leaving us with a very short and expensive search for a home out of state. Our intention was to renew. Ram has been very responsive in trying to get an extension, so it is VERY disappointing that he is now lying about us demanding to stay. I’m done for since I need to go out and buy a mini refrigerator required to survive here for the next 3 weeks.

Experiencia negativa: Edited to reply to owners response. It’s clear that you’re doing your best to brush off had reviews rather than take accountability. Based on other reviews, RTS loves to blame bad owners for their lack of diligence and accountability. With only a few weeks left on the lease, they have decided to wipe their hands of any bad feedback. The transition between leases is the most importantly time for the management company to play an active and helpful role. And regarding my parents refusal to leave, they had an annual lease that’s renewed automatically. When told that the owner was going to sell at the end of the lease with no notice, my parents demanded 60 days notice required by the lease. ————-original review below—————- If you're considering Reality Trust for lease management, run in the opposite direction. My retired parents have been living in a home they manage for the past year, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. My mother, who is severely injured, has been forced to endure appalling living conditions due to this company's complete lack of responsibility. Septic gas has been leaking into their home for over a year, with no action taken to resolve it despite repeated complaints. To make matters worse, the air conditioning broke during the hottest month of the year, leaving them to suffer in unbearable heat. If that wasn't enough, their refrigerator also broke down, and yet again, Reality Trust has done nothing to address the issue. It's clear that they have no concern for the well-being of their tenants. As if the neglect wasn't bad enough, the owner of the property suddenly decided to sell the house, breaking the lease without proper notice and essentially kicking my parents out with no regard for their situation. The landlord has been nothing short of a nightmare, and Reality Trust has done absolutely nothing to protect my family or uphold their rights. The conditions my parents have been forced to endure are not only immoral but borderline uninhabitable. Reality Trust needs to do better

Experiencia negativa: One of the attached photos below will show the original posting date of May 23rd 2024 - it is shadowed banned. Double dealing. Scam leasing to get the tenet out so they can get a new one in (to up the rent and get a new deposit that they won't return). 3311 west Ridgewood Parma property has immense sewage issues the whole two years I have lived here. The landlord uses two leasing companies per tenet to this end. They did not give me a week to decide then there was an issue with the lease in which they wanted me to sign an addendum, to which I refused. Below is the electronic receipt stating signatures could not be verified. I have Ram's emails below pictured stating "hopefully" they could work something out. (which means I could have ended up homeless) I had to leave. It is all a scam to screw the tenant over. Reality trust gets you to agree to a 3% increase, then changes it citing it was a "mistake" and the landlord (Jackie Barret who is out of state in Orlando Florida) wants a month-to-month lease with a 10% increase. Very unethical and double dealing. Use caution when dealing with this company. Below is the sewage problem I delt with for two years, and their improperly executed lease. I had no other choice than to find a place to live. My original 2 year lease was completed on May 31 2024. They did not let me know if I could re-lease until one week before. I initialed some items on the new 1-year lease, paid Junes rent, then on June 8th was sent the below pictured email. Ram, via a phone conversation said the "owner" wanted me to sign an addendum to the lease accepting a 10% increase in rent, and rent month to month to which I declined. My departure date will be July 1st. I paid everything on the original lease, the 2nd lease was not properly executed, and they have very deceptive predatory methods they use against their tenants. The 1st leasing agency during my lease (for 5 months) was Allstar Management. I would beware of them as well. The 1st company doesn't annotate damages to this house (build in 1928) and the repairs they do make are cheaply done. Then the 2nd leasing agency (Reality Trust Services) comes in does the exit inspection, annotates the already existing small damages not fixed by the 1st company and in this way attempts to keep the exiting tenant's security deposit.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved property management services to RTS. I had major communication problems with my prior management service, but David Almendariz at RTS assured me that their communication would be better and it has. I get weekly updates on my units that are being advertised with feedback to help better market them. I have had several vacancies and their response inspecting the locations and providing numerous photographs attached to a comprehensive report of the units is very helpful.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed. It's been almost a month since my mother rented an apartment and I'm still working on getting the place completed for her. The unit was not ready as we were told it would be before the move in date. The place had trash from previous tenants and was not cleaned at all. The tenants down stairs were at war with us upstairs over hott water that wasn't seperated properly and we had to go without until they fixed the situation. Which prolonged getting my mother's apartment ready for her. Two doors that were told would be replaced before moving in were not and still not cant even lock the two doors which can be opened by whoever is in the building. Move in was the 17th of last month..... there's a number of other things that needed fixed like leaking tub water and split steps. Maintenance came the 29th of last month just to take pictures of things that were already sent to work order portal.... here it is the 15th and no work orders have been completed. Than to top it all off my mother is being charged for having additional occupants and charged for additional water fees and a late fee for those charges as well. Over 300 dollars in total over accusations. Incorrect ones at that. Even if they were true no one has even stayed here long enough to be considered living here. And I've been stuck here waiting for the place to be finished so I know my mother is safe and things are done for her..... no one has called to communicate anything just posted charges and sent an email. Just sad really

Experiencia negativa: Recently I applied for a property and was denied and informed that my pay stubs were fake. I then provided bank statements which showed direct deposit amounts confirming my financial status. The company did not take the proper steps to verify any of my information provided before denying me for such heinous reasons. I was told I didn’t have job stability but I’ve been employed by the same employer for over 8 years with also working a second job for a little less then a year, with no days being missed. At this point I’m starting to think that this rental company is a joke or even a scam because the reasoning behind my denial is not adding up. Would I recommend this property no not after the unprofessionalism that I’ve experienced

Experiencia negativa: I am a renter and I have had multiple issues with this company responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner. We had a tree fall on our sunroom on Aug 29 and my husband and sons ended up having to remove the tree because they wouldn't send someone out. It took them a week to come out and remove the rest of the tree. And they have yet to come and remove all of the hazardous debris (broken glass, slate tiles, jagged wood). We had to put up the tarps to keep the weather out because they wouldn't. Everything that has been done has been done by us. Now we are having plumbing issues and I have had to call them 3 times and they still haven't sent anyone out. If you are a landlord looking for a management company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Jean De Lassé was so patient and really made me feel that he was happy to be helping! Renting isn’t an easy process but he made it go as smoothly as it possibly could. Experiencia fantástica: In my time with Realty Trust, I have had some good and a good bit of bad. First, the good. I worked primarily with Ram Pinta, and he has been consistently amazing. Always had timely replies and was always professional and helpful. Working with Ram was easily the best part of my experience with this company. I really appreciate everything he did for me. Now for the negative. I don’t know if these issues are on Realty Trust, or the property owner themselves, whom I have never met and don’t know the name of, but the assistance on issues with the house has been abysmal. Getting a reply from maintenance has been inconsistent. Getting someone to actually come out has been worse. Our garage door was broken for over a year leading to multiple thefts and this was listed on multiple maintenance requests. As we are moving out, it is still broken. There are parts of the ceiling falling off and peeling in multiple rooms. This has been documented and requests put in, but it has not been addressed. Some of these issues have gone on for months or years. Sometimes someone does come out to get a quote ready and give to our landlord. Clearly they don’t want to pay it because we never see that repairman again and the issue remains unaddressed. My experience with Realty Trust has been embarrassing to say the least. Thankfully there has been one bright spot in my experience with the ever reliable Ram Pinta. Thank you, sir, for being the best employee at that company. I hope other employees there start to step up the way you do.

Mr. Ram Pinta is only concerned about his google review. Tried to bribe me to remove review. Be careful with mold and mice issues as my unit has them and property company doesn’t comply with fixing issues. They are more concerned with highest and best use $$$$ of property not well being of tenant or health.
