Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend! First time Homeowner if you are buying with a HOA do not go with Stewart. Stewart Failed to procure the documents from my Homeowners Associations. When asked about it after the the closing I was told that I would have to pay an additional fee if I wanted those documents. I was also informed from the management company that Stewart never accessed the portal to procure the information about the HOA. If you have an HOA I do not recommend this title company .I have run into many issues with my HOA which could have been resolved with a better title company!
