My first encounter with Jeff was for the purchase of a townhouse in Millcreek. This time it was a residence in Murray with an owner reluctant to address any issues found during the sales process. Trouble was, the home inspector found a serious problem that, for me, represented an unacceptable risk. With the purchase of the property in doubt, Jeff cobbled together a contract change that motivated the owner to address the problem and reduced the risk profile of the transaction for me. Not a bad day’s work for a skilled agent like Jeff! The sale was completed. But, with Jeff, the support of his client doesn’t end on closing day. He is a trusted source of advice, and can provide suggestions as to “best of breed” home service providers in Salt Lake City.

My wife and I were in SLC for 4 days casually looking for a 2nd home. The day before leaving the following morning we visited a home in the Federal Heights area and felt it could meet our family's needs. Not having an agent to represent us, we were referred to Jeff and it turned out to be wonderful experience. As I write this testimonial, 1 week after closing, we still have not met Jeff in person. We spoke with him the afternoon before leaving SLC and he immediately jumped into action. The next day he visited the property, spoke to his colleagues about the history of the house, and walked us through the process to make an offer. Once accepted, he set up multiple inspections within days. There were several items requiring attention and he arranged electrical, roofing, waterproofing, and painting contractors to address all the issues.
