She was really knowledgeable during the whole process and let us know what we had to do and when and gave us recommendations for services along the way, but also always recommended I shop around for services. Her recommendations that we went with ended up being great. She was also really good about letting us make our own offer decisions/negotiations and giving her input when we asked. When some more complicated things came up from inspections about structural changes, engineering plans, and permit closure, I came to find out she's already followed up with phone calls to the engineering team, construction company, and the town for proof of permit closure and got it all taken care of, in the time that I sent 1 email to the town (and I wasn't slow about it either)! Overall really really great to work with. She got us the house we wanted, for the price we wanted, and some extras in closing costs/other negotiations along the way. Thanks Mayar!

Experiencia negativa: All I know of them is that they created an account on their website using my email. Shady business practice and makes an account that I never created out there. I'm also on the national DNC, but I guess that doesn't apply to these people. This is my interaction. With them and should be kept as a review. Specifically, Emily Martin. Also, her unsubscribe button in her email is just an underlined text. I think that's against some FCC rule as well as the DNC list. We'll find out when I look to report it in the coming days. Based on these business practices and my interaction, it may not be worth it to work with them for any real estate purposes. At least not Emily Martin.

Experiencia negativa: Title: Patrick Huley was a Complete Disappointment - Avoid Patrick at All Costs I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Patrick as my realtor, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. His unprofessionalism and lack of communication were alarming from the start. He made it clear that he was only in it for the commission, not for my best interests. One of the most frustrating moments was when I was trying to get my earnest money back due to a change at my work place and no longer being allowed to work remotely. Patrick warned me that it would be a struggle, suggesting I might not get it at all. However, when I reached out to the developer myself, I received my money back within minutes! This only solidified my belief that Patrick was more interested in his commission than in truly helping me. To make matters worse, Patrick insisted on getting my boss's number to try to convince them to let me work remotely, despite my clear discomfort with that. I firmly told him no, as it could jeopardize my job. He then said, “If you don’t give me their number... I’ll call through the system and find it lol.” (I received that message through text I have proof of everything) This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and bordering on harassment! To top it all off, I drove all the way from California to Utah to view a home, only to have Patrick show up late. When he finally arrived, he had the audacity to ask, “Want to see some cool homes?” instead of focusing on my needs. He then took us on a wild goose chase to look at million-dollar homes in a gated community, there was no effort to address my questions or concerns during the entire process. Overall, my experience with Patrick was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a realtor to steer clear of him. You deserve someone who will prioritize your needs and treat you with respect.
