1 month ago Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic experience with Bart Sloan of The Real Estate Guy. I was in need of a Realtor in the Las Vegas area to help sell my father's condo (I moved my father back to Chicago). It was critical to me that I find someone who was extremely knowledgeable with the Las Vegas market and knew his/her way around various real estate pitfalls. I found Bart Sloan by doing some basic real estate searching. Bart is a 30+ year real estate veteran of the Las Vegas area and had all the connections. I called him and met up with him a week later. Turned out to be the perfect person for our particular needs. Bart was a consistent, timely communicator and knew exactly what to do in a variety of situations. I needed someone to help clear out my father's furniture and other items that we did not want to bring back to Chicago. Within 10 days the entire condo was cleared, professionally cleaned, photographed and listed for sale. Very impressive. We found a buyer within 8 weeks during a slightly depressed market and in the middle of Winter. After home inspection was completed we found a number of issues that needed fixing, Bart had an HVAC person, a plumber, a cabinet repair person and a mold remediation person there and fixing all problems within two weeks. Our original closing date was pushed back by only three days. Unbelievable! Being remote during all this meant I had to rely on Bart to handle ALL the repair work and contacts. My trust in him was well placed and I had zero concerns about issues being solved. The peace of mind from working with someone who knew what he was doing made the entire process much less stressful. Glad I found Bart and The Real Estate Guy. Fantastic transaction all around.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I have had the pleasure of having Aaron Taylor and company list and sell 3 houses for me including parents house after their passing That was a hard time for me but they understood didn't forget that was childhood home and was very important After they handled it all great years later I enlisted them to sell my own house of 40 + years That house also went great and I feel got top dollar A few years later again I had them list and sell my recently bought house when I found my dream property Aaron Taylor and company Bart Sloan Ginger White and many others not only sold my house at time for me at a good price but also worked with seller of new property to show that my house was under contract and gave me some money against my house sale making it possible to get into new place They did lot work on this current place and I couldn't have done it without their experience knowledge and just great people skills I highly recommend them to everyone who asks Even now although I have my final property they keep in touch inviting me to events that they hold and Julie called me and just wanted to know how things and I were doing They are only company I consider for my patronage They have years of being in Vegas and are big part of the community I can't say enough good things about them One of my favorite businesses of any kind

At the last minute, before the escrow was established, the sellers broker tried to squeeze me for 75,000 dollars more due to an alternate offer after my offer was already accepted. Aaron made sure that didn’t happen. Very grateful. I probably would have agreed to just pay it at that point. I got the house at the agreed price. Knowledge, experience, skills and abilities. During the interview, Mark was friendly, down to earth, and made a huge impact on us which is why we chose him to represent us. As first-time home sellers, we were apprehensive of the process. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Today September 4th, 2024 was a wonderful day and totally unexpected. I'm a radio listener, and also the advertising. The slogan "..the real estate guy .." was archive in some place of my brain and pops-up couple days ago, I pulled the information a made a call. One day later (today) Mark shows up at my door and me and my wife were ready for the battle, sword in the right hand and shield in the left hand ( not really) . My jaw fall off when I saw the fine pastry Mark brought for us ( we drop the shields at that time) we walked throughout my home and as Arthur Round Table we sat to talk. Since Mark defended from our amount of question with calm and expertise because the experience, we drop de swords ( hypothetically) . No wonder Mark belongs to the Aaron Taylor team, we were living in other estates of the Union, and this is the first time ( and I am not exaggerating) that a realtor gives me the confidence that I was in a good hands because well explained reason to feel like that. In short words, " Highly recommended" five stars for people who is doing a neat job.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: I'm a real estate investor and I manage multiple properties in Nevada. Very disappointed by Mark D., realtor at "Aaron Taylor, the real estate guy". Very poor communication. Made promises before signing contract that he did not respect . Did not sell the property at the price he estimated and he said he would (obviously blaming the market). Requested a 6% commission to escrow instead of 5%, which is very dishonest (I was able to correct this by controlling my seller net sheet before closing escrow). During the listing period, I ask for a bid to remove weeds at frontyard (to comply with HOA). He did not provide a bid and charged $320 for easy clean (see picture). Unreliable realtor. I'm planning to sell two more properties within the next two years. Will not list with Aaron Taylor again. My advice to you: if you pay more than 5% commission to sell your house, you are paying too much (regardless of which realtor you deal with).
