Experiencia negativa: We moved into our RentMax-managed property in October 2025, and since day one we have experienced consistent issues with the home which I understand can happen When we first moved in, the stove was not working. It took almost 3-4 weeks for this issue to be resolved. We are a family of 4 so am sure you can imagine the headache. We are now experiencing ongoing issues with the washing machine. It is reported the issue in December and it’s currently January, and the washing machine has still not been repaired or replaced I have attempted to speak with upper management, specifically Todd, several times. He sent a message through Deanna asking me to contact him via email, which was not his email but Tricia. The email was sent and I text Deanna letting her know I had sent the email to the email address she had given me, but he has yet to respond. Additionally, when we initially signed our paperwork, the rent was $2,150. Shortly after, RentMax increased the rent to $2,300, stating that upgrades were made to the home. Although we agreed to the increase because we liked the property, after my experience I wish my family would have went with a different rental company. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. Repairs are not handled in a timely manner, communication is poor, and tenant concerns are not taken seriously. Based on our experience, I would not recommend RentMax Property Management.

She delivered those to me quickly, followed by a rent-ready repair with new carpet installation including on the stairs, and dealing with new findings not discovered during the initial survey due to lack of power/water. The house was shown one day after the job completion, and an approved application was secured in the same week. Overall, a total of only 3 weeks of vacancy between the previous tenants and the new. Now they want to charge me for those damages. Charge the people that actually did the damage! Now they have ruined any chance of me renting any where else. Don’t go with them if I were you. Thank you to Andrew & Nicole! They were so nice and answered all my questions. They really helped making the move from out of state easy. If you are looking for a home go with them. They are amazing!

Finally, they do not reply to your emails, and they do not care about their tenants.

Rentmax and Nicole made the whole process smooth and simple to move into our new spot, even during the busy holiday season. Really stoked to be renting with them and their options of homes for rent was second to none.

Experiencia negativa: This is by far the worst rental company we have ever rented with. Only rented with this awful company for a year yet we went 5 months with no working dishwasher and kept getting blown off every time I would ask about it. The quarterly inspections to look for leaks are a joke. I pointed out a hose bib that was spraying water when turned on and was told it was easy enough that I could fix it myself. When we moved in, there was firewood left in the house, holes from picture hangings in the wall and scuffs and scratches all over the wall and molding. The maintenance manager kept sending us monthly text messages saying we were using too much water even though the water bill that I paid was always the same, usually around $80-$90 a month. So when confronted, we asked if we should stop watering and were told to do so. Yet when we moved out, they charged us $1000 for plants and fees to clean and remove firewood that they claim we left in the house. This place is a joke and I would never recommend them to anyone unless you want to be ripped off.

Experiencia negativa: I have rented with 14 rental companies over the years and RentMax was far and away the worst rental company I have ever dealt with- specifically Deanna. They were unresponsive, impossible to get ahold of, lazy to the point it became a security issue (cc’d my ex husband on a maintenance email when I told them I didn’t want him knowing I still lived at the house for my safety), my AC was out for 4 days and the AC company couldn’t get ahold of them to confirm the charges for those 4 days. They then made up numerous charges to keep my entire security deposit without providing receipts for any of the charges. I would avoid them at all costs- I wouldn’t rent with them if the house was free.
