Even though she’s based in Greensboro and lives in Elon she was more than willing to continue to work with us when we started looking in a nearby place in Kernersville, She and her legal team were up with us working on our offer into the early morning hours. She helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer the first time We felt like we were working with our best family friend rather than a real estate agent. When I text her a question or an update she would often respond in 2 minutes or less. Outside of her colleagues, she has many family members including her husband who are all involved in real estate which gives them a wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints. When you choose to work with Tonya (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) she will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. After you finish, she will give you their opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow-up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc. Again, maybe 7 out of 5! I was visiting from Florida in January 2023 with my daughter and decided to look at some homes. I had only seen Greensboro once before, and it was at night, but I liked it already. We were so fortunate to have Laura show up as our realtor and we connected immediately. It was just the beginning of a long search for the perfect home. During this process, I was warned about realtors only caring about their bottom line - I never felt that with Laura. She was a warm and friendly and face who guided us and patiently helped me navigate every aspect of this proces. Not only did she understand and remember my wants, needs and priorities, but she also respected that I needed to see and "feel" the house in person (whereas many others were able to purchase sight unseen). From the start, she was also an ear about my life transitions relating to the reasons I was moving, and she was so kind, supportive and understanding, really like a friend or sister. She was available by phone at all times, helped me understand the pros and cons of various homes, and educated me throughout the entire process as this was my first home purchase on my own. She encouraged me when I was losing hope that I could find the right home by my deadline, as I had already sold my home in Florida and thought I would have to rent for a time while I continued my search, as searching from Florida and flying up was getting emotionally draining, time consuming and expensive. She continually assured me that we would find it, despite having lost three previous possibilities for various reasons, and just as I was giving up, she found it. Even after I moved in, she was there to help me to find great handymen, plumbers, painters, etc. I am so happy with my home, my neighborhood is better than I could have imagined, everything is close and yet I feel secluded. It is truly the best of both worlds. My dogs and I are loving the trails, the woods, the nature. I really can't thank you for everything, Laura!

With our first move, we were moving across the country, and we bought our home virtually, which can be so scary, but Laura was so amazing with the process. She knew a lot about the different areas, the every day necessities, and could help direct us to the best area that would work for our family.
