When I met Scott, he was very knowledgeable about housing and was professional, patient, and caring about my needs. With Scott's help, I've purchased three and sold two rental homes (most recently May 2024). The greatest thing about Scott is that he is not your average realtor who helps you make purchases or sell; after closing, he's gone. Scott will be your lifelong friend/realtor after you buy/sell your home because he cares about your satisfaction. He is always pointing out very important things that I wouldn’t know about or consider such as, how old the furnace is, roof vents, why some basements have a low ceiling, breaker boxes and what type they are, and the condensation on a window or moisture in the basement. Our direct in-person was Levi but the entire team that help with loans, making sure all documents were submitted appropriately, and responding to my questions was PERFECT as well. This team is the team to go to if anyone is a first time home buyer. They go above and beyond my expectations. They work effectively and efficiently with fast responses. Even when I was asking Levi for questions that he wasn’t sure of, he would instantly direct me to someone who can help. If I ever have to buy another house or sell my house, this team would be my first choice. I was very comfortable during the whole process and Levi was very therapeutic when it came to any uncertainty. For example, the couple offers that was not accepted made me feel like I will never find a home but he was very assuring that this is normal considering the market during the time of my search. He also really took the time to know my little family and is really good with ‘reading the room’ or the ‘vibe’ I was giving off during certain home visit whether I liked the house or not. These type of individual and company in this specific industry is a complete ‘must have’. They will help you find the perfect home.
