Life came at me REALLY hard, and I was left with a home that was under renovation that I couldn't afford, a rental property that was failing, and a life that was in turmoil. I had no one to turn to, and no support system to prop me up at quite possibly the most difficult time of my life. But then Lauren came into my world! She was sunshine on a rainy day, and was able to be my sounding board through all of these major life decisions as I tried to find the best path forward. She advised me on how to properly rehab and list my rental property, which largely due to her guidance on realistic pricing and professional photos ended up going under contract in FOUR DAYS! We then were able to move on to the larger project of finding a buyer for my primary residence, that was the true definition of a Fixer-Upper.
