Experiencia fantástica: My journey with Marly Vaughn began late one evening when I was casually browsing Zillow listings, as one does, making fantasy plans for how my life would someday be when I bought my dream house and moved. I had no real intention of buying a house within the next 6 months, let alone the next 6 weeks, but I WAS in the market for a house, eventually and thought it could take a REALLY long time to find just the right one so, I might as well start looking. I saw one I liked and clicked on "tour". Marly messaged me about touring the next day and I thought, "What the heck, why not?" Thus began a journey of me looking at Marly like a deer in the headlights every time she asked me a question, and her being the most kind and patient person God ever put on this planet. I think I told her every single time I was with her, she is a Saint. I had her showing me houses (sometimes more than once) even though I knew it wasn't the right house - just to be sure. My kids have quirks and strong opinions that had to be taken into consideration. I leaned on her heavily to find a house with certain things and without certain things. I regularly forgot which houses I had even seen after a while. Marly made me feel safe, cared for, and confident in the home buying process. I have already referred her to friends and if I had her business cards I would give them to everyone who visits my home. Alan jumped into it willingly and with good cheer. My friend had very specific needs (location, rent, bus service to particular schools) and Alan called owner after owner setting up appointments for her to view at least a dozen houses, and then met her at each house. She ultimately found just what she needed. We are so grateful for his kindness and patience. Hopefully next time I can send him a friend looking to buy a multi-million dollar home!

Anyone who is in search of a home knows just how complicated it can be. Its exciting but it can also be very overwhelming and a bit stressful. Stacey held our hand all the way! At one point we put in an offer and the owners accepted it.. shortly after Stacey informed us that we had to get the home inspected. Once we did, it came back that the house had sewage issues and a potential foundation issue.. Stacey immediately talked to us about it, and told us that she didn't think it would be a great decision and felt like we would be pouring more and more money into the house. Although were so sadden by it and a but discouraged, she informed us that this was a big decision and that the perfect house would come along and it did! Stacey is not worry about a commission she is truly wanting to find the home for you, or your family. I love that she takes her job seriously and she will fight for her clients - and that's extremely important! She has no problem of speaking up on your behalf. On top of that you are going to enjoy her personality! She's actually hilarious and very personable. She also understands that everyone's price range is different and doesn't make you feel less than because you may not be looking for a home in the 400s! She is a true GEM. Don' t look any further, you have found the right one!!
