Experiencia negativa: Carrie has been amazing to work with! We are so excited to move to our new home! Update: We moved on to our land in March 2023. It started out peaceful, beautiful and quiet, it is now trashy and disgusting. This neighborhood is supposed to have restrictions but nothing is enforced. The first property you see in the neighborhood constantly has trash covering the yard which then blows into everyone elses property. One plot looks like it a homeless camp with tarps strung from the trees making a tent. Supposedly, another neighbor is stealing fencing in the middle of the night from another property owner. The roads are only maintained once a year. There is a steep hill at the beginning of the neighborhood that is constantly washed out. Also, there are so many deep pot holes you have to drive in the ditch to avoid them because they cover the whole road. Our neighborhood had 4 cluster mailboxes. 2 were stolen back in July and have never been replaced. These issues have been brought to Pioneer Reality attention but little has been done. There was a meeting in August appoint 3 people to the HOA board but to my understanding they only deal with the road and doesn't start till January. I had a last-minute family emergency and was unable to make it to the meeting. We were so excited for this move and building our dream but is starting to turn into a disappointment. I thought the restrictions would detour trashy people but it hasn't done that at all.

Experiencia positiva: They have been very good to work with. However I have lowered my rating because they want you to make your payments online & the payment system charges you an extra fee (almost 10$ extra) to make a payment.

Experiencia negativa: Not sure about the company as a whole, but one of their realtors (Clint Lawson) is incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude. We bought a house from his client, so all communication was going between our realtor and him. He would never respond to her questions, and when he did, they were half answered and extremely last minute. Not only that, but he was setting up with the seller to replace the septic system due to it failing the inspection. Tried running around it and sending another company to inspect it, told us they passed it, we sent the first company AGAIN to inspect, and it failed ONCE AGAIN with picture and video proof. Has done everything so entirely last minute. The septic system failed WEEKS before our scheduled closing date. He decided to schedule the septic system to be replaced the day of closing. Now day of closing comes up, and they’re scheduled to be there to fix the septic system… NOPE! They thought it was going to rain, so they pushed it to the next day. We had a contingent agreement, our house sold at 9 in the morning and our closing was supposed to be at 1pm. We have nowhere else to go, we literally set this up so we could sell our old house and move right into our new one. Our house was already sold, we had nowhere else to go besides the house WE BOUGHT! He kept saying that we’re going to need to push the closing back and we’ll have to figure out somewhere else to stay… Excuse me??? He knew the whole time that we were selling our house that morning and this would be the only place for us to go. He did not care whatsoever, completely selfish man. We already signed the papers. During closing, there were multiple things not done correctly on his end, and while our realtor tried reaching out to him multiple times, he ignored the calls and texts (know he was ignoring because she was on the phone with someone and they told her they had to let her go because he was calling her) and when he finally got back to her he was beyond incredibly rude. REMINDER! The sellers and sellers realtor are usually there IN PERSON to sign paperwork and go over these things. Neither of them showed and requested to sign online. This review is coming from someone buying from him, not someone using him to sell. Just another perspective on that. I would absolutely never work with this man. Again, I’m not sure how the company is as a whole, but this individual (Clint Lawson), whether you’re buying from him, or selling with him, will definitely put you in a very uncomfortable and stressful position, and you will probably be borderline liable for quite a bit of legal issues. I’m not sure how this man got his license or how he’s been licensed for so long without it getting revoked, but someone should probably look into that. Keep in mind, this was not our realtor and this is the impression he left on us… that says a LOT. If you do decide to go with this company for your realty needs, whatever you do, DO NOT WORK WITH CLINT LAWSON!!! (He also did not know a LOT of the information on the property… you’re a realtor selling this house… you think you would know the small easy details to let the buyers realtor know, but he clearly does everything incredibly half assed)
