We live in Augusta Ranch and are familiar with the local Klaus office & flyers we receive, so decided to talk with them to see if they could help us. Kraig Klaus called us back immediately & set an appointment for the next day at our home. He was friendly & VERY knowledgeable regarding our neighborhood & current home values. Kraig informed us he could sell our house within approximately 4 weeks, or 5-6 showings, at the price we wanted. We signed with Kraig & within days we had the house on the market. Kraig provided a fantastic photographer & videographer who captured excellent images for all online platforms, including social media videos & pictures. Everyone we came in contact with at the Klaus team & their partners were professional, courteous, and on time, along with staying in constant contact with us. Kraig ended up with a full priced offer after the 5th showing, 3 weeks after the listing was live. He & his team were incredible to work with, and we cannot recommend their services enough, whether buying or selling.

She, along with the firm, was able to give me options for a fast sale, or to invest some in it and see a higher return. Gindy handled a lot of the issues that arose with the renters and the cleanup. It was done very quickly and I appreciated her quick response. I was impressed with not only the speed in which things were done but the proficiency of the process. I can only speak from my experience with dealing him and the property management he uses. I would recommend to stay away. You spend $$$ and they will be as cheap as possible, from service calls, for any parts needed to have anything in your residence fixed or you might not get it at all. Not professional in any way.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I start. Our agent Ty is a great agent. He represented us on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. We had our house sold and had placed a offer on a new house. 30 days into the sale the buyers could not qualify for the mortgage, so had to cancel our offer on new house and then put our house back on the market . Ty jumped on it with open houses and every trick in the book. Thankfully another offer came in on our house. We were even able to place another offer on the original house we wanted and they accepted the offer again. Finally we are in the house we originally wanted. Ty stuck with us all the way thru multiple signings and back and forth negotiations. I'm glad this is probably the final house i will ever purchase. But if I had to do it again , Klaus Team and Ty would be first call, and I will recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: It was truly a pleasure to team up with the Klaus Team to sell my house. From day 1, Rob Martin was a true professional. Rob set the tone with being very realistic regarding what the market looked like and finding a fair market price to list my house for. When my initial offer fell through, he organized an open house the same weekend to attract new options. Through patience and persistence, we were able to list my house and close on the sale within 50 days during the holiday season when the market is notorious for being a little bit slower. Rob continuously went above and beyond. A moment that stood out the most to me was when there was a small pinhole leak on my property between the water main and my house on the day of a home inspection. Rob personally drove to my house and cleared the rocks away so that the inspector knew it was not a leak inside of my house that was causing the water meter to be running when the water main was turned off. That same day, he was able to flag down a plumber doing work in my neighborhood and have everything fixed by the time that I got home from work so that the home sale could continue without a hitch. I will be referring the Klaus Team, and specifically Rob, to all of my friends and family in the future if they are looking to buy or sell a property.
