He answered the phone without fail, even on vacation! He did everything that you would want an agent to do, to the point of offering airport pickups for when I needed to come back to pick up remaining vehicles after closing. Although it wasn't necessary, the offer was genuine. I would recommend him and Jaclyn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. It doesn't get much better than Team KJ.

He did an excellent job on all the standard Realtor tasks: always respond quickly, communicated well, got me in to see houses quickly, etc. In addition to all that, Robin has a long history in building and cabinetry, so he had a wealth of useful knowledge on the house, bones and all, and what I could do to renovate it to suit my needs. He has been in Eugene for decades and had a deep understanding of the market as well as current trends. By all objective standards, I was definitely a challenging client, but Robin always just took it in his stride and got to work solving problems for me. Robin was always a great soundboard for my ideas on making offers, he gave very knowledgable advice, and there was never any whiff of him just wanting to land a sale. He always put my needs and wishes first and he never pushed or rushed me in any way. In general, Robin is just generally a great guy and very easy to work with!

Liz was a complete Godsend! She set us up with a local business that knows how to dispose of decades of “stuff” — by selling, donating, or throwing away each item in a chock-full house, and arranged for professional cleaners. The place looked great! She did not ask that we fix every little problem, which I very much appreciated, and the house sold “as is.” Liz does a more detailed pricing analysis than the other two realtors I interviewed, and the sale price she recommended is exactly what it sold for, in less than two weeks! Liz kept my mom and I informed and encouraged, throughout the process. We could NOT have managed this huge transition without her! At every turn, she knew what to do, and was a beacon of kindness & integrity. Liz deserves, and receives, our highest possible recommendation.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish there were 10 stars available Ken contacted me I haven’t found a realitor yet but he took the time to understand what I wanted we did go and look at a place that checked all my boxes I thought I would be ok with the steep stairs and I told him about a place that I really liked but it had been taken off the market, he found the owners and took the best offer I could afford, that was on a Sunday the following Thursday I am sleeping in the beautiful home that is everything I wanted, Ken and Jaclyn were so great I had been a homeless disabled Veteran for over 6 months that had to sleep in my truck every 28 days and when they were over booked I was looking at 2 days in my truck the next Friday and Saturday, Ken talked to the owner and since all the paperwork was complete and they had the check the allowed me to start moving in a day earlier, I got all my clothes out of the place I was staying and slept in my new home no more getting woken up at 2am from the professionals up stairs or fighting, just a nice quiet block not far from my job. I cannot even explain how happy I am in my new home and Ken’s work made it possible in less time than I ever dreamed possible . Ken has a swatted and did the foot work to make it happen. P.S. in the 3 days I have been there 2 people saw my truck in the driveway and inquired about the home I was proud to say it was mine thanks to Hybird real estate, like I said if I could give Ken and Jaclyn of Highbird real estate I would as the did an amazing job for me as I am sure they will for you Retired Sgt USAF Ed Beal , Ken took some photos at Key title of holding the key logo maybe he can post that and see how happy I was and am!

From the very beginning of my house sale Laura provided amazing service. She not only gave me a wealth of information, she gave me peace of mind that I had someone completely on my side. As a single woman selling my home, her kindness, patience and knowledge was invaluable. Then came many surprises after a potential buyer's inspection brought up issues with the house. Again though, Laura came to the rescue! She had many people at her disposal; structural engineer, septic, and contractors. She not only got these people to my house very quickly, she kept a positive attitude that I so needed. I truly could not have done this without her and I can't thank her enough. And even though it seemed like the housing market was tough she still managed to sell my house for the amount I had hoped for. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: This review is going to be long but stay with me. First, I want to thank Ken and Jaclyn for all the hard work they put in to helping us purchase our new home. I primarily worked with Ken, and he was absolutely amazing. I have purchased now 4 homes and sold 3 and all of the previous real estate agents were either unprofessional, unresponsive to texts/calls, very pushy (trying to sell any home to us), and constantly hovered over us when showing a home. Ken was the exact opposite and always provided great advice/recommendations at the appropriate time. As an example, he recommended our home inspector (Grant Vaughan from Axis Home Inspections LLC) who did an outstanding job and even discovered a major issue in the first house we almost purchased! Ken does not get any commission/kick back from Grant but has worked with him before and so glad that we went with him. One of the things I liked most about Ken was that he allowed me and my wife time to walk the homes and experience it for us and we never once felt pressured to hurry up. He gave us our space and when we had questions, Ken was there to answer them or get back to us. And when I say get back to us, I mean same day usually within an hour of leaving. Once again, just an amazing experience from start to finish he was by our sides. Thank you again Ken and Jaclyn! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Experiencia negativa: The realtor Heather Tipler was pushy and uncooperative. House was being put up for sale because of a tough divorce, but my intention was to keep the house and pay out instead (which I ended up doing). The realtor was bias during the divorce and sided with my ex, also seemed intent on making me and my autistic son homeless while we waited for the money to come in to pay off the separation. For viewings the realtor repeatedly kicked us out of the house that we are still very much living in, was not flexible whatsoever when it came to appointments and would schedule them without talking to us first, making me displace myself and my child in the process many times. She made a traumatic experience even more uncomfortable and was not kind about it. Would never go through this realtor service again.

Experiencia fantástica: From the outside looking in, Real Estate has always seemed to me as being one of those areas where people lump it in with attorneys and politicians, meaning that they always seem to come away from the process feeling used, cheated, and having a case of buyers remorse. Fortunately, my Wife and I were linked up with two of best people we’ve met in a very long time (Ken and Jaclyn Pettigrew.) We entered this process with a complete and udder legal disaster of a property, Ken put in so many hours working for us trying to navigate legal loopholes, tax codes, structural codes, getting appointments with people in local government offices, he had zero quit in him, I was completely amazed. As it turned out, there was zero situations in which that property could be financed. She is very compassionate and does not make it feel like she is just selling a house. She is trying to find the best fit for her clients and makes sure the burden of buying the house is not going to be more than the buyer can handle. She was very transparent about everything and voluntarily takes control of a lot of the anxieties and stressors that go along with buying a house. Even after the sale was complete she would give area recommendations and put together meet and greets with other folks that are new to the area. Moving to a new place can be very overwhelming, stressful and lonely but she has interwoven us in the community and has supplied us with a network of resources to make us feel at home.
