Experiencia negativa: I would give one star but that would be dishonest as I had no issues until the moving out. The good: ° They were prompt with respect to fixing issues even though they were not transparent up front about the fees they would charge ° Office staff are typically friendly The bad: ° They use some sort of property maintenance contractor that goes by the name of "Core Property Services" for move out cleaning and repairs. The costs are WELL above fair market value for the services rendered and something tells me there might be a conflict of interest there. They did provide the invoices to me upon request but when I asked for a further breakdown of the items on the invoice Stacy Metro (the property manager) responded in a hostile tone. Stacy's response seemed to imply that I was somehow in the wrong for wanting to know why I'm not getting my $700 deposit returned to me. Not only will they not be returning a single cent of my $700 they are charging me an extra $80 dollars on top of that. They expect their tenants to just roll over and let them take their money without any push back which was made evident by their unprofessional tones in their responses. To summarize, if you must rent from this company be sure to document every single tiny issue you find with your unit because they will charge you an incredibly steep rate to repair or clean it. I received my unit in much worse condition than I left it but unfortunately I lost all of my documentation when the phone it was on was lost.
Experiencia fantástica: I never enjoy the moving process as most people but I have been struggling a little more than usual due to most things being so online oriented. I had struggled a few days to get some other companies on the phone for some follow up questions until I found Campus Connection. Smooth and fairly easy to navigate, called the phone number on the site and a gentleman named Blake answered, he was very patient and polite with all my questions that I had and also encouraged if I had more questions to call back or even come in in person. He had also said the company offers in person tour of the properties, simply to be getting help by an actual person was a relief for me but I was very happy to get someone like Blake! Makes the search of changing apartments bounds easier, thank you.
Experiencia negativa: What a joke. Kicked past tenants out so they can charge thousands of dollars for a complex that has major problems. Current tenants will be sorry when the sewer backs up on their floor. Major plumbing problems and a lot of.mold. I know I lived through it.
Experiencia negativa: The entire business model of this property management company is to buy a property put lipstick on a pig, and flip houses to college students that are basically going to destroy the place anyways. They lied to me across state lines about the conditions of the space and the privacy that was supposed to come with it yet did not on any level. My home was totally riddled with mold, garbage, had been broken into, and smelled like cigarettes and an old motel. If you're parents looking for housing for a college student stay as far away from these people as possible. The only positive reviews on here from People having a decent interaction with their maintenance people. Their lead maintenance is totally full of it, and extremely rude and dishonest individual. I even had suspicious of them colluding with other entities and property management companies to try and hide their identities and reduce transparency as much as possible. This is a padded account and should have a negative star rating.
Experiencia fantástica: Me and our roommates needed someone to fix a leak in our ceiling, campus connections sent Trevor and he repaired the ceiling and made it look like nothing ever happened! He even matched the pattern on the ceiling perfectly.
Experiencia fantástica: Just moved into a rental managed by these guys and I have to say it is by far the best property management I've rented from there was a couple issues upon move in but maintenence was on it asap and had it fixed in no time. Beau was our repair man and he is very professional, courteous and has a great attitude, super cool guy! Thanks again beau and the ccpm team!!
Experiencia fantástica: It's hard to find a great landlord in a college town. Initially, I moved from LA to Eugene back in 2020 when Jennings owned the property. Jennings flat-out lied about AC being an amenity. It was listed as one on the apartment listing, which might not be a big deal to some, but I have an autoimmune condition which makes me extremely heat-sensitive. By the time I moved in, I was extremely frustrated to find out that the unit only had wall heat, was built in the 60s and had floor to ceiling single pane glass windows.. Bring in the record-breaking heatwave of the Summer of 2020 I was living in a literal human oven and almost died from heatstroke (went to the ER). I would've installed window AC units but due to the windows being 11" awning windows...it was impossible. I felt so trapped and this was a major hazard to my health. Jennings did nothing to remedy the issue or move me to another unit, was highly lacking empathy to my situation and I was almost considering small claims court. That is until, CCPM bought the property. I informed them of the issue and they moved me into another unit at the property with central air within a few months once it became available (which I don't think they do very often). It was also very fairly priced. They remedied every issue that came up (ironically, the central air was outdated and needed to be replaced right after I moved in) and they brought in a new one with a CRANE. It was not easy or cheap...they really helped me out big time and I am super grateful for that. I also had terrible neighbors who were loud and dogs crapped all over the property and they took care of that issue as well. When I moved out they also were very fair about the security deposit and only took what was necessary after I did what I thought was a fairly poor cleaning job due to being sick at the time. Overall, they were actually the best landlords I've ever had in Eugene and would be my first in line for properties to rent if I needed to again. Thanks CCPM!
Experiencia fantástica: Feels good to know that we have someone to take care of any issues at a moments notice. Pirate Don is a true professional - fixed our garbage disposal within a few hours of it breaking. Can’t say enough good things about him.
Experiencia fantástica: We had a couple electrical issues when we first moved in, but the maintenance team is awesome, specifically Don the pirate! He quickly fixed all our issues and was happy to teach me how to fix similar issues in the future. He also was generous enough to teach me how to prevent drainage issues and showed us how to take better care of our sink!

Just recently had a issue with my kitchen sink and Donald was extremely fast and professional. Fixed the next day! Very happy with the results. Would highly recommend renting with them.

They charged us for broken things when they were already broken upon when we moved in, and never came to fix them all year. Bad business, they're lucky they have most of the market cornered. They should feel ashamed.
Experiencia fantástica: I applied for one of their rentals. When I called (shortly after) with a follow-up question, they notified me that a deposit had just been submitted on the unit. They gave me the option to apply my application to another listing or have my fee refunded. Super easy to work with and true to their word.
Experiencia negativa: I have never met such an unprofessional company in my life. They will gladly take your application and money but won’t do a thing to actually make tenants of those application. When you call them on it, they cite the law which clearly shows them as a liar. This company did nothing but steal my money and waste my time. Don’t bother with them.

He's extremely pleasant to talk with, while also holding respect for the job and a great work ethic. Go Beau! Always accomplishes his tasks in a timely manner with a job thoroughly well done. Experiencia fantástica: Rob came in clutch again. Always helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure we're taken care of every time. Sometimes its hard to trust those we don't know going into the house but I can always be at ease when it's Rob and know the job will be done right as well.

He was also punctual which means a lot since we aren’t always home so it was nice to know when he would be arriving to make sure someone would be at home! Especially all of the maintenance crew that have been there to help me out over the years. Rob is the man, he answered my cry of help when my bathtub was filling with water slowly at 11pm at night. Tamara offer me her oven once when ours broke a couple days before thanksgiving. Great crew couldn’t be more appreciative of the work they do.

We were super impressed with Blake for working with us around move in times and flexing to insure we could support our guy while we were sandwiched with international travel.

Experiencia negativa: I hate to write bad reviews but Campus Connections is by far one of the worst property management companies I’ve dealt with in my years renting (and I rented with Horizon). To start, they purchased the property I had lived in for almost 3 years in April, and I was incredibly excited because the previous manager allowed the property to go into disarray and ignored maintenance requests or resolved issues that created other issues. I even met them when they came to see the property and while everyone was kind, which made me even more excited. But when May rolled around, they illegally raised my rent without notice (it went from $840 to $877 not including water, sewer, and garbage). Mind you I was not given written notice at all and was shocked to see how much it had gone up (as someone who lived paycheck to paycheck). Appalled by this, I began to look for a new place to live and wasn’t able to find any, so I stuck it out until the end of July when I finally moved out (mind you, my rent when I first moved in was $800 for a studio apartment, which was reasonable to me) Other issues with the management are my own that I don’t wish to talk about on a review, but the lack of compassion and empathy for their tenants is incredibly frustrating, especially for those who are low income, such as myself. I understand that money is the most important thing to landlords and property management but access to affordable housing is a crisis we’re dealing with here in the U.S. and CCPM is making it harder on those in the Eugene-Springfield area find affordable housing. I also didn’t agree with them asking me to leave a 5 star review for maintenance because it has oversaturated their google reviews to make them look better. While I agree that their maintenance is great, but it just seems shady that all their 5 star reviews are about maintenance and any bad review is about the company itself. Overall, I truly wish I had a better experience with CCPM but there isn’t anything I can do about it now except warn others and move on.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the second issue we've had with our water tank since moving in (been less than a year, it's old as hell). Both times, Rob went above and beyond to help us out. This past week our hot water fully stopped working and pressure dropped significantly. He came yesterday and tried a quick solution to hold us over, offered to come back last night when he heard the fix didn't stick, and spent hours today getting parts, tinkering, and then addressing the issue. Always has a super kind attitude and after the fact he calls to check in about how fixes are holding up! Thank you Rob!!

I rented for a couple of years when I first moved to Eugene, and this company treated me extremely well. I had zero complaints. Now a few years later I am in the fortunate position of being able to rent my own property out. This company's policies and procedures are air tight which is just one reason I am confident my property is safe in their hands. I cannot praise the staff and management highly enough for their patience in dealing with me. From my first contact the owner spent an inordinate amount of time helping me to make multiple decisions regarding renting my property. Carol has been with me for several months guiding me through the process. She is always attentive to detail and makes sure to answer all of my questions. If she doesn't know the answer she makes sure to get the answer and get back to me promptly. Carol organized all the things needed to showcase my property, suggesting needed improvements and getting them implemented by her team with no effort from me and at a good price. Carol always communicates with me promptly. I recommend Campus Connections for property management for several reasons, not least of which are that they know what they are doing and they pick up their phone and return calls and e-mails promptly (which is remarkable in this day and age).

Our central AC went out yesterday, and not knowing when it will be replaced, he went out and got us a nice portable unit to take the edge off. I thought we were left with no hose or anywhere to plug it into but turns out it was a portable dishwasher… nonetheless Rob understood my confusion and took the time to help set it up with no type of judgement but instead good jokes and a pleasant presence. He also helped replace a plate missing from my stove top which was awesome too! Thanks Rob, hope to have you back for any other issues.
Experiencia fantástica: Our house had a rough week. Our bathroom door had fallen off and our garbage disposal stopped working causing our dish washer to also not work. We put in a request at night and got someone in to fix them THE NEXT MORNING! Rob came to our rescue and put the door back on even better than it was before (who knew it wasn’t normal to always have to slam the door shut). He also pin-pointed the issue with the sink, left to get parts, and fixed it the same day. If your house is falling apart, Rob will put it back together with impeccable speed.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a consistently good experience with CCPM for both rental experience and maintenance requests (2 years). I recently submitted a request for potential water issue late at night and Rob followed up early the next morning and scheduled a visit. Rob was on time, investigated the issue, pet my cat, and followed up on solutions. Having a reliable maintenance system for a rental helps make me feel at ease for taking care of my unit and other amenities.

I just encountered a problem with my tub and Rob was especially helpful - he was kind & communicative, able to work with my schedule to let him in (I have a scary cat), and fixed the issue super quickly. Big thank you to the best maintenance team around! Update 3/29 - I had a pressing issue today and both the office staff (Kyle) and maintenance team (Rob, always the superstar) went above & beyond to handle it. I am consistently impressed by their actions and communication. Thank you, again!
Experiencia positiva: The service repairs with Rob have always been great, he communicates very well, is thorough and very timely. Ever since the company fired the woman that was previously communicating with us on our rental we have had no problems, everyone has been very nice and understanding.

Had an issue with the water heater and they kept communication throughout the process and ending up fixing the problem swiftly. Especially Rob is the guy who I appreciate. He’s great and even was able to speak with us over the phone after hours to fix the washing machine. Great guy who goes above and beyond to do great work!

Experiencia positiva: The building and unit I'm in has been remodeled with some really beneficial changes. As a quad usually one starts all bathroom amenities and kitchen. However mine I have my own fridge and toilet room. With just the stove access and shower shared. I've been enjoying my stay very much.. Grounds are clean and neighbors are nice
