Our journey started on a sunday night, expressing to Richard, ou desire to look for a new home. He call me promptly on Monday, asking about our wants, out needs and, what it was that we were looking for. He was very thorough in reviewing the homes we were interested in, climbing into attics and crawling around crawl spaces to make sure the big-ticket items like the HVAC, water heater, roof, and other major systems were in good shape so we weren’t walking into any major surprises. Once we found our home, he stayed on top of inspections, testing, and everything needed to keep us on track to close. He also negotiated money from the seller to help cover repairs that came up during the inspections, which we really appreciated. Right before closing, our lender dropped the ball in a way that put us at risk of not closing on our scheduled day, which would have delayed everything by three days due to a holiday weekend. Kerry took charge and did whatever it took, making the tough calls, pushing where needed, and because of his effort we were still able to close, get recorded, and get the keys to our home on our original closing day. This isn’t just a job for him. He genuinely cared that we ended up in the right home and felt good about the purchase.
