Experiencia negativa: Estafador , te cobra dinero que no debe cobrar en mi caso hemos comprado un piso de banco (UCI) y a la hora de pagar nos cobro 3000 euros de gestión y no se que y era por la oferta que hemos hecho al banco (UCI) y despues de firmar la compra me llaman desde el Banco (UCI) para saber se estoy contento con ellos y me han dicho que no tenia que haber pagado este dinero , que ellos lo pagan por las ventas ,osea es un estafador , después me llamo JOSE el de la inmobiliaria diciendo que no tenia que contarles nada a (UCI) Y vamos a poner un factura falsa donde hay muchas cosas que yo no je contratado , y yo tengo firmar para que el solucione el problema con el banco (UCI) yno le quiten trabajo mucho ojo con este señor. Voy a ir a los juzgados a reclamar todo esto.
Ya he pasado esta cuestión a manos de mis abogados para demandar por DIFAMACIÓN. Con un contrato firmado, con una factura de recibido y conforme, con una reseña anterior de 5* que has modificado a 1* por un tema completamente distinto a la compra te va a salir caro cometer este delito... Ya se pondrán en contacto mis abogados contigo.

Curioso que alguien que rechaza comunicaciones por protección de datos luego pierda el tiempo con esto, además sin haber tratado más de 2 minutos, que fuera para comprar y no informaba ni del piso por el que se interesaba... Lo típico de haber contactado con decenas y no saber con quién habla ni para qué exactamente.
Experiencia fantástica: Persona muy honesta de las que no quedan. Me derivó a otro agente para no perjudicar el trabajo hecho por este. Digno de admiración.

Experiencia negativa: Pues como google no deja responder a una reseña, te pongo otra. Según Idealista: Formalizar este tipo de documento por parte de la agencia inmobiliaria es completamente legal, siempre y cuando se cumpla con la normativa de Protección de Datos. Sin embargo, no es obligatorio que este tipo de documento se utilice durante las visitas, aunque sí resulta conveniente por todos los motivos mencionados. En cuanto a si es obligatorio firmar la hoja de visita inmobiliaria, la respuesta es negativa. En cualquier caso, firmar la hoja de visita no te compromete a absolutamente nada: simplemente se trata de controlar quién ha pasado por el inmueble en cada momento. Por lo que 1: No estas obligado legalmente a tener una hoja de visita. 2: No estoy obligado a firmar nada. Es tu derecho a tenerlo y a cancelar cualquier cita si no se firma, pero que sepas que la estás usando mal, la hoja de visita se emplea cuando has acordado a hacer una visita con un cliente. no cuando a ti te venga en gana. He visto tus otras reseñas negativas y veo que las respondes todas. Es bastante poco profesional. Estoy muy decepcionado con usted. No haga perder el tiempo a la gente.
Sigues sin entenderlo, sigues hablando sin saber, porque hablas de un documento que ni hemos generado (parte de visita), y demuestras de nuevo que no conoces las obligaciones legales que tenemos las empresas en cuanto a PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS, nada de parte de visita. Además de que puedes editar tu anterior reseña, demostrando de nuevo tu falta de criterio y conocimiento. Por supuesto contesto todas las reseñas, y en casos tan ridículos como este, me extiendo para que quede bien claro.
Experiencia negativa: Muy poco profesional. No pueden pedir firmar una hoja de visita cuando no tienen una fecha para ir a visitar. No funcionan así las hojas de visita. Pocas ganas de vender. Web obsoleta.
Es preocupante que haya un pequeño porcentaje de gente que no se dedique a leer ni tres líneas, lo confunda con un parte de visita, y encima dedique tiempo a criticar sin ninguna base. El documento en cuestión incluye la protección de datos, y es una OBLIGACIÓN LEGAL que tenemos como empresa. En cuanto al parte de visita (que no era el caso), para muchos casos ni lo necesitamos.

Cada semana, y desde hace ya años, tenemos entre 10 y 20 llamadas de gente que NO lee la descripción, donde pone claramente en la primera línea OKUPADO, y cuando pacientemente preguntamos si han leído la descripción, y decimos que está OKUPADO, suele pasar que se avergüenzan o piden disculpas, pero esta es la primera vez que alguien se queja, ciertamente hay gente para todo...
