I was a little concerned about your comment on pressure and i have tried to understand why you should have felt this because our company is not about pressuring anyone, I understand we were selling your property and there was a tenant inside and the completion could not be done because the tenant had 6 months left on their contract , so the purchse contract stated that it was a six moth completion , which was agreed and advised by Nicolas Tan our Business Development Director . I am happy to hear from you personally on any way you feel we could have improved our service and for you to have felt less pressured . Yo lo hice en diciembre y para marzo de 2024 había comprado un apartamento de ensueño en Antigua. Estuve muy impresionado por todos en Goldacre Estates, que fueron amables, profesionales y 'dieron el extra' en todo momento. Especialmente sobresaliente fue Carlos Gonzàlez, quien organizó las visitas a las propiedades y ayudó a entender los costos de compra y los costos recurrentes, así como Annile Lucia, que me ayudó a organizar contactos en el momento de la compra en febrero.

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Os damos nuestro agradecimiento por vuestra colaboración a la hora de ayudarnos a encontrar una vivienda que se ajustó bastante a lo que buscábamos. Hemos recibido un trato muy cercano y amable por parte del departamento comercial, en este caso con Jan Carlos, que ha demostrado ser una persona que ama lo que hace y muy empático. Una vez reservado el inmueble y trasladada la gestión al departamento administrativo, tengo que agradecer a Annile, Ana Belén y por sobre todo a Lucía, quién ha resuelto todas mis consultas y dudas demostrando mucha profesionalidad. 2 years ago Experiencia negativa: Goldacre es una empresa explotadora que busca aprovecharse de los clientes para el enriquecimiento personal. Llamé a Goldacre porque estaba vendiendo un apartamento en el Cotillo. Llamé a Goldacre primero, suponiendo que sería una buena agencia ya que soy extranjero y hablo muy mal español. El agente Nicolás Tan vino al apartamento, rápidamente llegó a un precio de 135k y me presionó para aceptar ofertas tan bajas como 110k. Nicolás también me presionó para firmar un contrato LLENO de costos y penalizaciones por ciertas acciones. No firmé su contrato fraudulento. Otras agencias se pusieron directamente a trabajar, trayendo clientes sin necesidad de firmar un contrato explotador. Ajana Homes pudo vender la casa en una semana por 158k, ayudándome a evitar un poder notarial. Ojalá nunca hubiera llamado a esta agencia y insto a cualquiera que trabaje con ellos a inspeccionar rigurosamente cualquier contrato que se les presente. Nicolás me dio un contrato e intentó malinterpretarlo intencionadamente. Manténganse muy, muy, muy alejados de estos estafadores grasientos. Trabajar con Nicolás me habría costado 48k euros.

So please tell me who is exploitive ?? Congratulations on your sale we are pleased you achieved your goals . My team is professional and we do look after all our clients, our clients are explained our contracts which are designed to protect both parties. You were not given one price you were given a price range.. Between the price you mentioned and then there was an upper price which you failed to mention . All owners have a choice of who they list with you chose someone else who actually exploited the buyer of the property by selling an over priced property in our professional opinion.. So there are different views of exploitation.. Do not play with peoples lively hoods we have 18 people who work hard on behalf of our clients , just because we will not take a property on that is overpriced that is and in a poor state of repair it is not exploitation it is realism.. Tienen experiencia, el mejor servicio al cliente y una red de especialistas que van desde bancos hasta abogados que hablan inglés o incluso alemán. No te presionan para comprar algo. I have noticed that all your reviews on your profile were done in the last 24 hours and a whole bunch of them so you have not visited all these place in the 24 hours and if anyone would like to look at Can profile you will see that his reviews are not correct. 2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Decidimos comprar una propiedad en la isla de Fuerteventura. Sin saber cómo proceder, contactamos a Goldacre después de leer su perfil para ver qué podíamos hacer. Desde el principio fueron excepcionales. Se pusieron en contacto con nosotros directamente por teléfono para saber qué estábamos buscando y cuándo teníamos previsto visitar. Se organizó una cita antes de nuestra llegada. Al visitar la oficina, hablamos con Nic, quien respondió todas nuestras preguntas y las resolvió. Había organizado 6 visitas con antelación para no perder tiempo. Cada visita fue exhaustiva, no solo con la propiedad, sino también con la zona y las comodidades, para que supieras exactamente qué y dónde estabas comprando. Se encargaron de todo el proceso, organizando abogados, notario, cuentas bancarias, mantenimiento a través de Room To Breathe, y muebles nuevos con Design Emporium. Para quienes estén pensando en comprar en la isla, por favor contacten a John en Goldacre, quien explica lo que harán y lo cumplirán. Él dice que su empresa es una tienda integral y eso es exactamente lo que obtienes. Elimina cualquier aprensión, preocupación o estrés que siempre viene con la compra de un artículo tan grande, pero no puedo expresar con palabras lo profesionales que son. I knew it would all go smoothly and again their whole team have risen to the job, thanks again to Anna, Glex solicitors (who have been brilliant again) and all involved at Goldacre estates, either front line or behind the scenes. If you are looking at a property purchase or sale, these are the people, they can always be trusted, and deliver a service second to none. I have known John personally for many years (about 23?)

3 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I bought an apartment with Goldacres earlier this year. Initially I sat down with Alex and discussed my budget and roughly where and what I was looking for. There were a couple of places I had in mind; I addition, Alex came up with some other options, which I agreed I’d like to see. A few days later Alex drove me around and showed me the various properties. There was 1 we couldn’t see on our 1st day out, but we saw that one a couple of days later and that was the one I agreed to buy. Back at Goldacres’s office, Alex and John took me over the various costs I’d need to consider for the purchase, but also other ‘running cost’, including likely costs for water, electricity etc, which I found really useful. I was then introduced to Sara who informed me of the various documents needed to commence the buy process. From this point forward, up until the purchase completed, my main corresponds was with Sara. Post completion I did contact John and Sara with a few questions and they always responded in a very timely fashion, which I was very grateful for. I’d like to add that Alex, John and Sara we’re all very friendly and professional and that if I ever decide to buy again, or sell, I would definitely contact Goldacres again. 3 years ago Experiencia fantástica: A massive thank you to Alex. He helped with the purchase of my new property. Alex was always available for any questions and the few times I wanted to visit the house... Alex was aware of my timeframe and really helped this be achieved. I was buying my first property abroad, very scary when I dont speak Spanish. The whole team made it happen, without half of the stress I had just experienced selling in the UK. If anyone is looking to buy in Fuerteventura I can not recommend Alex and the team enough..

3 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Goldacre Estates was the first estate agent I visited recently when looking for a property in Corralejo. A gentleman named Ian helped us with the property search and the following day was able to show us 3 properties, one of them which we purchased. Ian and the Goldacre team made buying a property here so simple, from supplying a lawyer, opening a bank account and visiting the notary. All staff were very nice and professional and a very special thanks to Ian who was absolutely great.

Good afternoon Richard Thank you for your review feedback is always good , not sure abou tthe comment about over priced properties, are you saying we have the same properties as other agents at diffrent prices ie more expensivly , this is should not be the case as we have contract with the vendor . It is always useful if you are able to provide examples so we can look and give you a comprehensive response to your commnets. I personaly have not seen that properties we have are more expensive than like for like properties with other agents . Also each property is diffrent and depends what it is coming with etc .. I look forward to your comparisons so i can add more meat on the bone on your commnets. 3 years ago Experiencia fantástica: We had been interested in purchasing a holiday home and whilst on holiday in August we called in to the team at Goldacre Estates. Very welcoming and accommodating. They arranged at short notice a day of viewing properties with a gentleman called Carlos. He was very friendly, patient and more than accommodating. Not your typical pushy salesman! Once we decided on a property, Carlos and the lovely Vanessa managed to make an appointment with the local bank and introduced us to our Lawyer before we returned home. This enabled us to continue with the purchase from home and with the Covid restrictions the process worked seamlessly. Today we have arrived, keys collected (yet again organised by Vanessa) and now purchasing furniture for our new holiday home in Fuerteventura! I cannot emphasis enough how professional yet friendly the team at Goldacre are. You also know your dealing with a great team when they recommend equally professional and friendly people. Without the help from Carlos and Vanessa at Goldacre, Laurienne at the Bank and my Lawyer Carola this dream in the sun would not have come to fruition. On behalf of my family and I, I thank you for your help.
