The town of Santa Ponsa with its 12,000 inhabitants is located on the south-western Mediterranean coast of Mallorca and has undergone an impressive development in recent years:
Various private building projects and a continuous expansion of the infrastructure have made Santa Ponsa an ideal location for comfortable, versatile Mediterranean living on the largest of the Balearic Islands. Santa Ponsa is characterised by beautiful sandy beaches, international restaurants, sophisticated bars and an attractive shopping offer - the dream of buying property under the Mallorcan sun is ideally placed here.

Nova Santa Ponsa is a new development in the south of Santa Ponsa that has been built over the last 20 years and has produced an attractive selection of villas and premium flats. From here, a unique panorama of the surrounding Mediterranean coast and the offshore Malgrats Islands opens up, creating excitement with every sunrise and sunset.
If you follow the coastline further south, you will reach Port Adriano on the outskirts of the village of El Toro. The marina of Port Adriano, which has already been mentioned, is one of the most modern in the entire Mediterranean and was fundamentally redesigned in 2012 under the aegis of the renowned designer Philippe Starck. With its exclusive restaurants, cafés, bars and boutiques, the harbour is one of the biggest attractions in the region - and an absolute hotspot for your property purchase!
Costa de la Calma - the "coast of tranquillity" - is the northern neighbouring village of Santa Ponsa. As the name suggests, things are a little more leisurely here than in the larger harbour towns. Nadie de Engel & Völkers revisó el estado de la casa (¿funciona el agua caliente, hay suficiente presión, funciona la calefacción, qué basura dejaron los inquilinos anteriores, qué tan limpio estaba, etc.?). ¡Con una comisión de más de € 17.000,00, es extremadamente decepcionante! 29.1.2024 Después de una conversación muy agradable y esclarecedora con la Sra.
