Es muy tranquilizador saber que nada es demasiado problema. El día de la firma, estábamos esperando pacientemente noticias ya que no podíamos estar allí en persona y, una vez más, Lianne estaba al tanto, haciéndonos saber exactamente lo que estaba sucediendo. Lo más agradable, que para mí ocupa el número 1 y por lo que siempre haré mis compras a través de Clover, es la comunicación, porque la comunicación es la clave del éxito y aparte del hecho de que en Clover trabajan personas que hablan neerlandés, flamenco, inglés y español, siempre comunican de manera muy clara qué documentos necesitan para que el proceso sea lo más fluido y eficiente posible. Íbamos a reunirnos en un ayuntamiento - si al menos nos hubieran dado la dirección de la propiedad, podríamos haberla visto.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't rate Clover enough. Dan went above and beyond taking us to lots of properties when we were over for a few days and paying attention to our wants and dislikes. That meant he took us to a property that he knew we would love and we have now bought it. Dan and Lianne helped us through the buying process from start to finish, from keeping in touch, communicating to 3rd parties and taking us to the relevant solicitors and notary etc. They made the purchase process less stressful for us. Lottie was such a sweetheart and made us feel very special during our trips to properties and visits to the Clover office. Would highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I start? if I could, I'd be giving stars off the scale. Clover Estates literally helped me and my mother reach our dream and it would have been so different without them. After a year searching for a property and some ups and downs, we finally found Natalie. After dealing with multiple estate agents in different areas, we almost thought our new life in Spain wouldn't happen. From viewings to information about Albox, to me asking 1001 questions during and after sales, nothing was too much. If anything it was more like Natalie and her team at Clover enjoyed me pestering which is humbling that they genuinely wanted to help. I've dealt with enough estate agents to know the genuine ones, and after our viewing and tour around Albox, we fell in love with the place. Seeing Natalies love for the place and all the things she knew about Albox, we soon realised it was the place for us. Thankfully she wasn't a pushy sales person but a lady who knew her stuff and gave us the helping hand we needed. She completely got us and what we wanted. Even my new neighbour who came over when we came for multiple viewings said "she's a smart person her". We're a month in now and I've been busy with cleaning up land, dealing with impacts of thunderstorms, so you'd think way past the initial excitement, but every day, still cannot believe how lucky we were to have found Natalie and Clover. Even when we thought we may not succeed, we were reassured with one or two other properties that were exactly what we wanted, not just what they wanted to sell. We gained a trust and new faith that whatever happens, we will find our new home if we stuck with her. In the end we suceeded on the original house with the support of Natalie, the after support with Leanne (sorry for bombarding you with emails). Even if I popped in to Clover without an appointment and if Natalie was with a client on a viewing, all of the staff knew exactly where we were up to. The organisation, communication and general friendliness of the staff made the experience one of a kind. Like I said to Natalie, once we started with Clover and weren't sure if we would succeed with this house, we quit using all of the general search sites and went straight to Clover website and we couldn't see our selves going elsewhere. Onze advokate heeft nooit bevestigd over administratiekosten voor de makelaar omdat alles via haar gebeurd ,en ze heeft ons duidelijk medegedeeld om deze som niet te betalen en staat ook nergens op papier. En als ze vraagt naar bewijzen is ineens de computer gecrasht. Jullie worden door de bank betaald, maar proberen gewoon om een 2de commissie te krijgen.

Er is nooit een papier of mail geweest waar instaat of stond dat er nog op het einde van de rit de koper nog een administratiekost moest betalen aan de makelaar , iedereen moet werken voor zijn geld dat is waar , maar iets wat niet op papier staat is niet wettig en niet verplicht .!! En onze advocate heeft ook geen overeenkomst gehad of staat ook nergens vermeld dat er nog administratie kosten waren ,dit hebben jullie nadat de verkoopt rond was en wij die nieuwe eigenaars waren op wettig papier van akte , naar ons gestuurd uit het niets en het maar de naam gegeven Administratiekost terwijl je commissie word betaald door de bank .En wij hebben dit spijtig genoeg betaald via een officiele bankrekening zwart op wit . Niet wetend wat we nu weten. ( Ken je het Tv programma Opgelicht ? )

Experiencia fantástica: Met medewerkster Bea een aantal huizen bekeken, waarbij zij zich een goed beeld van onze wensen kon vormen en ons attendeerde op een net aangemeld huis, dat perfect voor ons was. Bovendien maakte Dolores van de rit naar het huis een onvergetelijke roadtrip. We hebben onmiddellijk gereserveerd, waarbij we bij het nemen van wat hobbels zeer goed geholpen zijn, ondanks de vrije dag van Bea. Al met al een zeer aan te bevelen makelaardij, die service hoog in het vaandel heeft.
