Experiencia fantástica: Visité Casa Espania en Torrevieja en abril de 2024, Andy y Helen nos mostraron muchas propiedades en la zona, nos pusieron en contacto con empresas legales y de transferencia de dinero y ¡siempre estaban disponibles para ayudar! ¡Servicio de 5*****! Si aún no lo has hecho, revisa su canal de YouTube 'Brits living in Spain', siempre es entretenido y una excelente manera de ver la zona, bares y restaurantes.

Experiencia fantástica: Nada más que elogios para esta empresa y especialmente para Andy por todo lo que hizo para ayudarme con las visitas y, en última instancia, la compra de una propiedad a través de ellos. Fui guiado personalmente y se me mostró alrededor de 7 propiedades durante un período de 2 días y luego di un depósito por una de ellas. Andy tiene un gran conocimiento del área y respondió todas mis preguntas, lo que realmente me ayudó a tomar una decisión rápida para comprarles. Recomiendo encarecidamente utilizar esta empresa si buscas un lugar en Torrevieja y sus alrededores.

Experiencia negativa: ¡No recomiendo en ABSOLUTO! Mienten. El agente Danny me dijo que resolver todo el proceso de venta tomará un máximo de 3 semanas - y en la cuarta semana podemos mudarnos. Lo mismo me dijo el abogado con el que colabora. Pasaron más de 2 meses y todavía no tenemos NINGUNA INFORMACIÓN, ignoran nuestras solicitudes y mensajes. Esto es un gran problema porque ahora no tenemos un lugar donde quedarnos, obligados a alquilar una tercera casa debido al retraso y sus mentiras. ¡NO RECOMIENDO ESA EMPRESA! Después de pagar el depósito, no les importa el cliente.

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, Sarah went out of her way to guide us through the initial stages of our purchase, recommending a solicitor to deal with the relevant paperwork and associated burocracy. As this was before Christmas, things moved at a whirlwind pace, taking about four weeks from start to finish. Excellent friendly service. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Ordered an airport transfer well in advance, 15 minutes after the agreed pick up time I have to call into the office myself to find out they are not picking me up due to an broken down vehicle. (Which I can understand and have all respect for) however not letting us know or at least helping us think of an alternative and leaving us stranded with an airplane to catch is extremely unprofessional and just rude. Therefore do not order any airport transfers here they are unreliable and will leave you stranded.

Experiencia negativa: I have been trying multiple times to contact this company, because they are selling a house we are interested in. Nobody answer or call us back. Unprofessional and don't looks like they want to sell any house.

Acordada la compra con la propietaria a través del agente quedamos al día siguiente en la oficina para formalizar la reserva y estando de camino a la agencia envían wassap diciendo que la casa se ha vendido a otra persona. Ni siquiera llaman para explicar. Te hacen perder el tiempo y el dinero al tener que pedir tu la nota simple que ellos no envian...En definitiva, sensación de ser poco o nada profesionales

I bought a property with them and they kept in touch with me the whole time I was looking but not yet in the country. When I moved to Spain they were supportive and offered help with everything I didn’t understand. Efficient service and friendly attitude couldn’t be better. With Covid I have since had to sell this property from the UK Sarah again went above and beyond my expectations! They were supportive and explained and updated at every point I needed. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you to all of you guys and the work you are doing during this hard and stressful time!! I will be sure to pop in on my next visit to the area !! Experiencia fantástica: Bought a house through Casas Espania in Nov 2019. They guided us through the viewing process with dedicated adviser for a number of days. Once we had decided on our property they again guided us through the bidding, purchase, legal and notary processes an be also in the setting up a local bank account. Very pleased with professionalism and overall outcome.
