Experiencia negativa: Nos confiamos a la Agencia Inmobiliaria Krips, persona disponible pero poco atenta a las condiciones del apartamento para alquilar a largo plazo. Al entrar en el apartamento, notamos que no estaba limpio, las condiciones de la bañera eran pésimas, cerca del desagüe había mucha oxidación, camuflada torpemente con una pincelada de pintura blanca. Lavabo astillado y la ventana con cerradura rota. Envié la queja al Sr. Krips y, en pocos días, vinieron los trabajadores a arreglar la ventana, luego pasó el fontanero a revisar la bañera, su comentario era casi predecible, el peligro era que podía perder agua hacia el piso de abajo... ¡al día siguiente la profecía se cumple! No podemos usar la ducha, tenemos que mudarnos una semana a otro apartamento (¡así que mueve todo!) gracias a la intervención de otra agencia inmobiliaria que gestiona apartamentos en el mismo edificio, mientras Krips se lava tranquilamente las manos. ¡Felicitaciones, muy profesional! Ahora esperamos volver al primer apartamento al finalizar las obras y tendremos que mover todo de nuevo. En conclusión, dado que el problema era bien visible, podría haber hecho los trabajos antes de hacernos entrar, además el apartamento estuvo vacío durante 3 semanas. Espero que esta experiencia lleve a una mayor atención por parte del Sr. Krips. Saludos.

Experiencia negativa: Anfangs war M. Sehr bemüht und half uns u.a. auch bei der Beschaffung der N.I.E.! Wir hatten großes Vertrauen. Leider hatte Krips keine Immobilie die uns zusagte, jedoch haben wir anderweitig Immobilien gefunden und diese M. gezeigt, er hat den Kontakt hergestellt! Wir haben ihm Angeboten dadurch evtl finanzielle Nachteile für ihn auszugleichen, daran haben wir uns gehalten! Als WIR die richtige Immobilie fanden, haben wir zur Abwicklung einen Anwalt genommen. M. klagte ständig das er mit der Beschaffung der geforderten Unterlagen überfordert sei, und das dies alles übertrieben sei. Die Anzahlung sollten wir vor dem Gutachten machen (sonst überlegen es sich die Verkäufer anders) Im ganzen bemühte M. sich sehr für die Verkäufer nicht für uns! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die im Angebot möblierte Immobilie wurde am letzten Tag vom Verkäufer noch zum größten Teil ausgeräumt (alles was noch einen Wert hatte) Auch hier sah M. Trotz unserem Veto kein Handlungsbedarf. Wir haben das Haus, dass war uns wichtig, aber die Kaufabwicklung war eher unschön. Leider können wir Krips nicht weiter empfehlen und für unseren nächsten Immobilienkauf wird ein anderer Makler den Auftrag bekommen.

We always got a lot of good suggestions and even though we changed our search criterias during the process, Manjit was always good at understanding what we were searching for and then adjust. Whenever we had questions from Denmark, we got a quick and fullfilling reply. Krips Real Estate comes with our highest recommendation. And.........Manjit got us in contact with a barkeeper that arranges tours to Las Palmas football games, so we just go there, when we want to sign up for the next (home) game.
