Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una agencia honesta y solidaria que se siente como familia. Cuando estábamos buscando un lugar al final de COVID, sentíamos que cada otra agencia intentaba estafarnos o no era transparente. Luego encontramos a Beatriz y Paula en Delta Metropolitan. No solo fueron útiles, eran como familia para nosotros. Hicieron todo lo posible para asegurarse de que mi familia y yo pudiéramos estar juntos, y sin su ayuda, había una posibilidad muy real de que nos hubieran separado durante un momento realmente difícil. Ese tipo de cuidado y honestidad es difícil de encontrar hoy en día, especialmente cuando todos los demás con los que tratamos eran tan sospechosos. Beatriz y Paula fueron diferentes. Eran abiertas, transparentes y realmente se preocupaban por ayudarnos. No puedo recomendarlas lo suficiente. Si pudiera darles más de cinco estrellas, definitivamente lo haría. No solo son buenas en lo que hacen, son personas genuinamente buenas, y definitivamente seguiremos haciendo negocios con ellas en el futuro.

She cheerfully showed me literally EVERY flat in my price range in the area I desired, and when I found the absolutely perfect holiday flat, she handled all the paperwork (including a lengthy battle with the sellers) and the closing remotely, set up the power and water for me, and even put me in touch with the internet provider to make my move-in seamless when I got back to Tenerife. Then photos, advertising, viewings, offers, they kept us updated on every single step as we were not in Tenerife. Betty arranged legal appointments on a very tight time frame when we could get to the island. Then with power of attorney not only completed sale but also sorted all financial agreements.
