Apart from being a charming gentleman, we received from him realistic, dispassionate and thoroughly professional advice which we took in it's entirety. The result was our property was sold the first day it was marketed and we were very happy with the price it achieved. Carlos also recommended a lawyer, Jon Sutton at De Cotta Law, to whom we gave power of attorney, as we live in the UK. The service provided by Carlos and Jon was exemplary and far exceded our expectations. We would highly recommend both Rainbow Realty and De Cotta Law. I am sure that this is a crowded marketplace yet once I had been in touch with Phil and the team at Rainbow I found the service to be superb and certainly well above my expectations.
