VIVA's representative was brilliant. She really understood our needs and when we saw the Alhaurín Golf development, we knew she'd found the right place for us - the golf course was an added bonus!
The Costa del Sol is perfect because it's an all-year-round destination that we can reach cheaply from the UK. We've done our holidaying all over the world and now we just want somewhere we can reach quickly, that's a home from home. We went out with VIVA and ended up buying on the first day.
We would like to thank you for the way you looked after us during last week's visit. You made what might have been a stressful few days into a pleasant experience we will remember forever. We were very impressed with the way our requirements were perfectly matched; no time was lost with viewing unsuitable properties.
We bought our El Soto property from VIVA and were very pleased with the assistance and with the overall professionalism of your company. In a couple of years we will be in the market for a villa, and will not hesitate to return to VIVA.
In my dealings with your company, and indeed your UK partner, the experience has been outstanding. I congratulate you as a company on recruiting such excellent staff and finding such excellent partners in the UK. I have heard so many horror stories from people who have bought properties in Spain; all I can say is they obviously didn't deal with the right company. Your team couldn't have been more helpful. You have two very happy customers who would strongly recommend VIVA to anyone buying in Spain (indeed, we already have done).
We arranged a trip out to the Costa del Sol where one of VIVA's representatives took us out to see about six places. She understood our needs brilliantly and the final apartment we visited suited us down to the ground. The process of buying property in Spain can be surprisingly straightforward, particularly with the help of an English-speaking company like VIVA. Having VIVA's support has been crucial. We're very happy.
I have recently purchased a property in Benalmádena and would like to take this opportunity to thank VIVA for all the help you gave in ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible. I've been more than impressed with the professional and friendly service I received from everyone at VIVA. We were guided through the process and the team was always there to help with any queries we had, no matter how minor. We will be planning another purchase later on this year, and we will definitely be contacting VIVA again.
I remember telling VIVA at the outset that even we didn’t know exactly what we wanted, but they never once gave up on us. And then one day they phoned to say they were sure they’d found us exactly what we were looking for. The moment we saw Al Lago, we knew our search was over and that we’d found the property we’d been dreaming of back in New York!
We wanted to buy a second home as an investment and Spain seemed like the best place to look, After an exhaustive search, we chose to settle in Benalmádena. We were thrilled when we heard about this development.

Experiencia negativa: Nos quitaron 6.000 € por la solicitud de reserva, por declaraciones falsas sobre el apartamento en cuestión.
Experiencia fantástica: Hemos estado buscando comprar en la zona de Benalmádena durante más de un año, recientemente regresamos de un mes dedicado a encontrar una propiedad. Eli de Viva es, con mucho, la agente más útil que encontramos, solo seleccionó y nos llevó a propiedades que coincidían con lo que pedimos. Organizó días de visita y nos llevó por la zona dando mucha información local en perfecto inglés. Esto no es lo habitual, visité a muchos agentes dejando detalles escritos de lo que buscaba y no escuché nada, visité propiedades con alrededor de 10 otros agentes y ninguno de ellos hizo un seguimiento, o trató de encontrar algo adecuado para nosotros. Viva y Eli mantuvieron un contacto regular y me enviaron nuevas propiedades a medida que aparecían cada pocos días, encontramos nuestra ubicación y propiedad perfectas, planeando mudarnos en marzo. No dudo en recomendar a Viva.
Experiencia negativa: ¡Empresa poco confiable! Tuvimos la peor experiencia con yourviva / Jorg Dombrowe. Intentaron vender el apartamento a otra persona porque ofrecieron más, mientras que ya teníamos un acuerdo firmado. También hacen promesas que no cumplen solo para realizar la venta. ¡Advertencia! Manténganse alejados de Jorg Dombrowe, él miente, es grosero y no se puede confiar en él. ¡Hizo de nuestra compra un infierno!
Experiencia fantástica: ¡Tuvimos una experiencia increíble con Your Viva para la compra de nuestro apartamento en Marbella! Veerle conoce muy bien el mercado/entorno y nos ayudó a encontrar propiedades adecuadas y a programar visitas. Comprendió cuáles eran nuestros deseos y, por lo tanto, de inmediato encontramos lo que estábamos buscando. También después de que hicimos una oferta, hubo una muy buena orientación. Experiencia fantástica: We have been looking to buy in the Benalmadena area for over a year, recently returned from a month dedicated to finding a property. Eli from Viva is by far the most helpful agent we found, she only selected and took us to properties that matched what we asked for. She organised viewing days and drove us around giving lots of local info in perfect English. This is not the norm, i visited so many agents leaving written details of what i was looking for and heard nothing, i viewed properties with around 10 other agents and not one of them followed up, or tried to find us anything suitable. Viva and Eli kept in regular touch send me new properties as them came up every few days, we found our perfect location and property, planning to move in March. Have no hesitation in recommending Viva

Experiencia fantástica: In 2018, VIVA successfully sold my family's holiday home in Torremolinos. The whole process went very smoothly. It was a difficult property to sell but VIVA manged to sell it to a Spanish family who were looking for something in a central location. Would highly recommend.
