Es una hermosa propiedad y estamos planeando visitarla nuevamente el próximo año.

Experiencia positiva: Pure living fue muy fácil de comunicar; organizamos nuestra estadía con Nadine y Lorena, y ambas fueron muy serviciales. La casa es hermosa, moderna y muy acogedora, y la ubicación es excelente. Algunos comentarios sobre la propiedad en sí: el encargado de la casa no fue muy amable cuando llegamos, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba el primer día, algunos de los armarios y cajones están bloqueados por los propietarios, por lo que no tuvimos acceso a todos los armarios, el servicio de limpieza formaba parte del acuerdo, sin embargo, la limpieza se realizó de manera deficiente. Aparte de eso, todo lo demás estuvo genial. Definitivamente recomendaría Pure Living para alquileres.

Experiencia positiva: En primer lugar, me gustaría agradecer a Nadine por ayudarnos a encontrar un apartamento en un corto período de tiempo con la mejor ubicación y por organizar un buen conductor que nos recogiera/dejara en el aeropuerto, fue más que una buena ayuda. Por otro lado, el apartamento en sí estaba por debajo de las expectativas, no era lo que esperábamos, lo más simple es que no había cubos de basura en las habitaciones ni en los baños (solo uno en la cocina). En términos de higiene, no era lo mejor, había manchas de café, pelo suelto, cosas personales de clientes anteriores. No había hervidor para calentar nuestro agua. Además, había un sonido de golpeteo que venía del inodoro durante toda nuestra visita de 13 días, pedí que lo revisaran pero no se fue. Aparte de eso, tuvimos una buena estancia y el apartamento era asequible, definitivamente contactaré a Nadine la próxima vez para encontrar un mejor apartamento que se adapte a nosotros. Saludos.

They ensure that our property is maintained to a high standard and that all our guests are well looked after. We can arrange for deliveries to be made when we are not there and Patricia and the team will receive them on our behalf as well as ensuring that if we have requested any work to be carried out that this takes place and to the correct standard . They have also been very helpful resolving any issues with problems such as air conditioning - from contacting the engineer, to ensuring that they turn up and carry out the repair.
