Experiencia negativa: Muy decepcionados con el trato recibido. Nos encontrábamos alquilados en un piso y les solicitamos que actuaran de intermediarios con el arrendador para la devolución de llaves, inspección del piso y retorno de fianza. Se desentendieron totalmente alegando que no era su función (cuando en anteriores ocasiones hemos gestionado este proceso con la inmobiliaria directamente). Se olvidaron de que también somos sus clientes una vez recibieron el mes de agencia correspondiente.
Experiencia fantástica: Agilidad en el servicio, atención exquisita y los miembros del equipo muy diligentes en cuanto a cómo gestionan el día a día con las visitas a nuestro inmueble, sesión de fotos, publicación en portales y todo en general. Sin duda una de las mejores agencias de Mallorca.
