Experiencia negativa: We’ve had the most difficult transaction with Sotheby’s, first they don’t receive emails apparently (who knows, it’s either in their spam or they don’t bother to look), so they keep asking for the same thing over and over again even after you sent it. The worst part is that they turned us both seller and buyer against each other, by keeping information to themselves, not enabling us to have clear and direct communication and adding fuel to the flames when it served them. Wrongful conduct at its finest and there was no apology or explanation whatsoever. One of those agencies that will do whatever it takes to get their commission and the heck with the rest.
