Experiencia fantástica: Tuve una experiencia excelente con Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nova Mallorca, en su oficina de Puerto Portals. Todo el equipo demostró gran profesionalismo y estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Penny, cuya amabilidad, dedicación y eficacia marcaron una gran diferencia. Gracias a ella, todo el proceso fue claro, ágil y sin complicaciones. Sin duda, los recomiendo.

Experiencia negativa: Tuvimos una experiencia desafortunada en esta agencia inmobiliaria. Usamos al agente que también estaba representando al vendedor. Nos hizo creer absolutamente que también sería excelente para nosotros. No lo fue. El vendedor paga la tarifa, así que él recibió todas las comisiones. Y solo se ocupó del vendedor. Se suponía que un artículo iba a ser reparado antes del cierre. El agente dijo que estaba arreglado. No lo estaba. La propiedad también fue dejada hecha un desastre. Le he enviado un correo electrónico solicitando un documento y, por supuesto, nunca he recibido respuesta de él. La moraleja de la historia es nunca usar el mismo agente que el vendedor o comprador. Y no usen esta agencia.

Experiencia negativa: We had an unfortunate experience at this real estate agency. We used the agent that was also representing the seller. He absolutely led us to believe that he would also be excellent for us. He was not. The seller pays the fee so he received all the fees. And only took care of the seller. An item was supposed to be fixed before closing. The agent said that it was fixed. It was not. The property was also left a mess. I have sent emailed him requesting a document and of course I have never heard back from him. Moral of the story never use the same agent as the seller or buyer. And don't use this agency.

Dudley Colbrook and his team looked after the sale of our family property whilst navigating the unpredictable and uncertain waters of Covid. His attention to detail and expeditious communication is remarkable. We were kept updated every step of the way and regularly contacted during any period of quiet. They also co-ordinated and dealt efficiently with all other parties involved with the process; solicitor, strata, utilities etc and always have an impartial recommendation for anything else be it tradesman or foreign transfer. I also know buyers who have had exemplary dealings with Nova. I cannot exalt the virtues of this agency enough. Thank you team for your patience, diligence, kindness and friendship.

Experiencia fantástica: We can thoroughly recommend Nova after they spent many years renting out our apartment, finding new tenants, dealing with issues, and then ultimately selling the apartment very efficiently. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Penny and she consistently gave us honest advice on the market and our options. Don't hesitate to contact her!
