Les dije lo que buscaba para mi y mi pareja y presupuesto aproximado, y sobre la marcha se pusieron a buscar y ofrecernos distintas alternativas. Experiencia negativa: Es una completa VERGÜENZA como nos han ESTAFADO. Alquilé un piso para un año universitario (de septiembre a junio). Durante ese periodo, la mujer encargada de las cuentas, Marian, no realizó bien su trabajo. Tardaba en enviarnos las facturas, a veces no nos respondía, y teníamos que ir en persona para que nos dijera cuánto teníamos que pagar, ya que no gestionaba adecuadamente las cuentas. Cuando llegó junio, dejamos el piso tal y como lo habíamos encontrado, limpiándolo por completo. Sin embargo, nos obligaron a pagar a una limpiadora de la cual no tenemos información alguna, ya que no nos proporcionaron ninguna factura o comprobante que acreditara la limpieza. Le propusimos a Marian que, si era necesario, yo mismo iría un día de julio para limpiar de nuevo el piso en su presencia, pero no nos dieron la oportunidad. Ni siquiera nos respondían las llamadas. Es una vergüenza que nos hayan estafado de esta manera. Al leer reseñas, descubrí que han hecho esto varias veces. Cuando pedí que me adjuntaran alguna foto de lo que supuestamente estaba sucio, me dijeron que no tenían tiempo. También les ofrecí ir yo mismo un día para que me mostraran qué estaba mal, pero me respondieron que no me lo iban a enseñar. Nos han tratado fatal, cuando les llamaba o les escribía se molestaban porque no querían hablar ni responderme, no son para nada profesionales, no hacen bien su trabajo. Si su trabajo es estafar, en ese caso lo han hecho bien.

Experiencia negativa: Tardan muchísimo en devolver la fianza si es que la devuelven porque una vez te venden la moto de los pisos luego cuando te vas del piso te tratan fatal y dan muchas largas conozco mucha gente que les ha pasado igual

Experiencia fantástica: Como trabajador de la Agencia MC me gustaría responder a varias críticas recibidas sobre la gestión de algún alquiler. Como respuesta a las reseñas de Juna Luis Lara y Carlos López Espinosa les comento que nosotros no somos los propietarios de la vivienda y actuamos según nos dije dicho propietario. La limpieza la hace la propiedad y el precio lo pone la limpiadora y según decís el piso tiene 70m2 cuando tiene 90m2 con baño y aseo. Respecto a la devolución de la fianza no se puede devolver hasta que no se pagan todos los suministros pendientes (luz, agua, gas y limpieza) que en algunas ocasiones tardan dos meses en llegar.. Y respecto a la limpieza depende del estado en el que los inquilinos dejen la misma.

Experiencia fantástica: Yo como trabajador de la Agencia repondo a Abian Bérmudez el criticar la profesioniladad de la Agencia cuando en los dos años que estuviste en pisos alquilado a través nuestra hemos recibido varias quejas tanto del administrador como de vecinos incluso con presencia policial por ruidos intermediamos a tu favor para finalizar el curso sin ningún perjuicio para tí. El año siguiente alquilasteis otra vivienda a través habiendonos hecho un escrito a que os comprometiais a llevar unas normas de convivencia vecinal. Es más tuvistes discrepaciones entre los tres inquilinos e intercedimos para que no hubiese problemas entre vosotros (teniendo que sois mayores de esdad y no niños chicos). Es por ello por lo que tu reseña nos parece incoherente. Esperemos que no tengas los mismos problemas con los propietairos o agencia que te haya alquilado este año y así verás cual es la forma correcta de actuar. Un saludo

Experiencia negativa: He ido a ver un piso esta tarde con mi pareja, en las condiciones (siendo un alquiler de 12 meses) el agente de la inmobiliaria nos pide un 50% de los honorarios, a lo que yo le pregunto “Disculpa, no dice la ley que los honorarios de inmobiliaria le corresponden al arrendador?” A lo que me responde “Si, pero lo que suelen hacer es inflarle el precio al piso para que al final lo paguen los inquilinos. Para que no ocurra esto, hemos pactado con el arrendador que los honorarios se pagarán 50% el arrendador y el otro 50% el inquilino”. Le he preguntado “Y eso no es denunciable?” Y me responde “Si, pero entre que abres un caso, pagas a un abogado y te hacen caso en 2 años ya te va a salir mas caro que mis honorarios”. Creo que si los arrendadores no tienen dinero para pagar a la inmobiliaria (que tener tienen, pero no quieren) deberían buscar sus propios inquilinos y ser las mismas inmobiliarias las que no permitan estas actuaciones. En resumen no alquilamos con ellos, nos ahorramos una estafa de 275€ en este caso.

I contacted MC INMOBILIARIA to view some properties for sale on IDEALISTA, but they were not available anymore. 'Luckily', they had a house that has 'just been listed' that may interest me. I hoped the sale would proceed fast - my offer was subject to finance and receiving all the documents needed for purchase and the planning department. Unfortunately, the house did not have documentation that would allow financing the purchase. 1. Size advertised on website 182 sqm, actual size 152 sqm (they were aware of discrepancy but not sharing it), property register size 40 sqm, which meant it could get a valuation until obra-nueva-antigua was done to legalise the square meters that were added without a permit. According to the agents, the procedure was going to be fast and easy, but months later, it was still not ready. - No ITE, meaning that to purchase this house, you would need to get a reconstruction project approved before finance - in this area of Granada, it can take 1 - 2 years; local agents should know this. This is not a property that can be sold with a mortgage unless you defraud a bank. - House had administrative fines that affected the current owner - they were ordered to secure and repair the building which they are in breach of - electricity is connected illegally, an occupier who was ordered by the council to leave due to the house being inhabitable is still there, even though the building is being sold as empty. During the process: - agency insisted I pay Arras of 3000 euros WITHOUT ANY CONTRACT and directly into the owner’s account - they say it is normal, but say goodbye to your money if you do that; - finally, after I insisted they created a contract that I, unfortunately, signed pushed by them - which resulted in me losing the deposit even though the pre-contract agreement was not met (subject to finance and documentation), - they still refuse to put me in touch with the owner. She is a 92 years old lady, and I am afraid she may be unaware of what is happening between the agency and her daughter, who is taking care of her. TO SUM IT UP Be extremely careful as real estate offices are not subject to any regulations in Andalucia. It is as risky to buy through them as if you purchased from a person in the street.

Experiencia negativa: He estado dos años con ellos y, es cierto que en ocasiones han buscado solución a los problemas planteados, pero después de haber estado insistiendo una y otra vez. También hemos tenido problemas, al igual que he leído en otros comentarios por mentiras y difamaciones por parte de la inmobiliaria.
