Experiencia negativa: From start to the end it was a absolute nightmare. I have rented flats in Barcelona from several different agencies and this is the worst so far. They don't do what they promise,if they do something it's one week later. They answer extreamly slow and with vague answers. They are not unable to serve the customers in a level that yiu would feel safe. The agency is the most unprofessional that I have ever met. I hate to write negative reviews, but this time it's a must. do Not use this agency, there are thousands of better agency's in Barcelona. Utterly dissapointed, waste of time money and patience.
