La venta involucró numerosos desafíos (todos fuera del control de Villasol) y terminó tomando un total de 18 meses. Experiencia fantástica: He organizado una propiedad de alquiler a través de Villasol en dos ocasiones. Ambas veces se gestionó en 1 día. Una vez en Nerja y otra en Frigiliana. Si tenías alguna pregunta o si había algo que necesitaba hacerse en la casa, fueron súper rápidos y amables como intermediarios.

Experiencia negativa: Quiero compartir mi experiencia después de mi reciente encuentro con su empresa. Cuando visité su oficina para información sobre opciones de alquiler, tuve una conversación con un empleado. Programamos una cita en la que se realizaría una inspección de mi vivienda para obtener más información sobre el proceso de alquiler. Un par de días después, llegó un empleado para tomar fotos de mi casa. Sin embargo, pedí obtener primero información antes de poner mi casa en alquiler. Lamentablemente, este empleado no comprendió mi necesidad de claridad y dio una indicación de precio sin haber visto mi casa. Esta determinación de precio parecía arbitraria y prematura. Lo que complicó aún más la situación fue la falta de profesionalidad cuando el empleado se negó a quitarse las botas sucias, que estaban llenas de arena. Esto no solo causó irritación, sino que también dio la impresión de que había poco respeto por mi hogar. Esta experiencia me ha llevado a reflexionar seriamente sobre la credibilidad de las reseñas positivas sobre su empresa. Me preocupa que la sinceridad de estas reseñas pueda ser cuestionada. Espero que este feedback detallado ayude a realizar mejoras en el servicio al cliente y en la aproximación a los clientes potenciales.

Explicaron en gran detalle el proceso para comprar nuestra propiedad, nos ayudaron a hablar con todas las personas que necesitábamos y nos dieron mucha ayuda durante todo el proceso hasta la finalización. I was very given great advice by Terry from start to finish. I had a very prolonged sale due to probate in the UK however the buyer's and villasol were very patient in waiting and the sale completed around a year after they agreed to purchase my apartment. In the summer I sold my inland property and planned to move to the coast, preferably to Nerja. However, I soon discovered how difficult it is to find long-term rentals on the coast, let alone at a reasonable rent, especially in Nerja. I had almost given up hope when Karen emailed me with the details and video of an apartment that had just come on the market which she thought might suit me. So it proved. We dealt with Villasol - who minded us every step of the way including recommending a really thorough solicitor locally. We couldn't fault them at all - in really difficult circumstances. Terry was our main contact and was really excellent, very understanding, reassuring and nothing was a problem for him. We would unquestionably use Terry and Villasol again in the future.

Experiencia negativa: Actually one star is also too generous. I have sent numerous enquieries to them regarding (seemingly) interresting properties for sale and for lomg term rental. However, on 100 % of the cases, the properties are not available. With regard to rental objects, they are not willing to answere anything about for how long they are rented, etc. Their website is merely loads of "baits" to make you contact them, and then the story repeats itself with a lot of questions, regardless of what you have given of info in connection with the enquieries: what is your budget, what kind of property, what rental period, what region; even sometimes; what is your income (!). The standard answere from them is that their website is not an availability site! What the f.... are they doing for the money the make? This is just simly cheating potential clients.I have tried to call them to ask the same questions as I made with my enquieries, but they just strangle me with continuous talking, absolutely unwilling to listen, whatever method you try; polite or inpolite, I wonder, in their upbringing, if someone ever told them that the customer is always right? I have only one advice; KEEP AWAY!!

When I was in trying to speak to one agent, Caroline, the owner Karen started shouting across the office that Caroline or them didnt have time to talk. Caroline had more important things to do. This was urgent though. When Caroline was showing the apartment we started renting, it took 30 seconds and we got no information about who to Contact when we had problems or issues. The apartment was in very bad condition and some things were broken when moving in. At one point when we had big problems with the apartment, we called at the Office hours but never got an answer. Tried writing on whatsapp and got an answer back that they didnt have time to answer. We recommend that you never rent or buy anything from Villasol Real Estate Agency. Stay away.
