Lanzarote Lates - Holiday Villas

Experiencia fantástica: No puedo recomendar a Louise y al equipo de Lanz Lates lo suficiente, mi vuelo se ha cambiado 3 veces, así que las fechas de mi villa también tuvieron que moverse 3 veces, pero afortunadamente han logrado acomodarme en la misma villa, aunque también sé que habrían hecho lo posible por resolver algo. 100% volveré a utilizar Lanz Lates... pero no la misma aerolínea... que llegue noviembre y un enorme agradecimiento al equipo de Lanz Lates.

Experiencia fantástica: Gracias a Louise y a todo el equipo de Lanzarote Lates por hacer que nuestras vacaciones de noviembre fueran tan agradables. Teníamos reservado quedarnos en Villa Mo, pero desafortunadamente hubo un problema inesperado con la piscina y no fue posible. Louise llamó el día antes de que debiéramos volar, se disculpó profusamente y ya había organizado una mejora. Esta villa era más grande, estaba bellamente decorada, era espaciosa y muy limpia con todas las comodidades. ¡Ella incluso se dio cuenta de que era mi cumpleaños y había preparado las burbujas para nuestra llegada! El día siguiente nos visitaron para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien - que lo estaba, y nos dieron ideas de lugares para visitar. En general, una estancia muy agradable. Para cualquiera que esté pensando en quedarse en la isla, recomendaría encarecidamente que consideren Lanzarote Lates. Sin duda los utilizaremos de nuevo. Gracias de nuevo a todo el equipo.

Experiencia fantástica: ME ENCANTA Casa Aloe Vera en Playa Blanca. Te diría cuántas veces he estado aquí, ¡pero he perdido la cuenta! Venimos aquí dos veces al año y lo disfrutamos más cada vez. El equipo de LL cuida cada aspecto de la villa y nuestra estancia. La piscina fue limpiada por segunda vez hoy y nuestras camas también fueron arregladas durante la semana. Es una ubicación fabulosa. Si puedes hacer una reserva, ¡entonces hazla! ¡2017 ya se ve ocupado!

Experiencia fantástica: Una hermosa villa de 5 estrellas, todo lo que podrías querer en un hogar fuera de casa, gracias a Louise por proporcionar un paquete de bienvenida muy apreciado a nuestra llegada. La villa es muy espaciosa y está hermosamente amueblada, a solo unos minutos a pie de un supermercado local; puedes caminar hasta el puerto o tomar un taxi por €3.50. Un gran agradecimiento a Louise y Phil por toda la valiosa información proporcionada. Definitivamente volveré.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to spend time with the family! We have stayed in two bedroom villa, with two kids and absolutely loved it. There is terrace in front of the house, that serves well when its sunny and hot and pool is next to it whenever you are ready for a dive! Villa is spacious and has two bathrooms, what is nice when you are with many people. Overall everything was perfect with our stay only wish pool was a little bit warmer.

Villa was spotless and per person the private Villa was cheaper than cheapest hotel. Website can feel hard to navigate at times when going by date but it's worth the effort for the views a short walk away

Experiencia fantástica: Following the lifting of lockdown travel restrictions, we made enquiries with the office and all 3 enquiries were answered quickly and completely and we subsequently made a booking. All emails regarding the booking were clear and the Manage my Booking link worked well. Payments have been over a secure method and cancellation terms have been provided. So far its been an easy transaction.

Experiencia fantástica: Just returned from our two Week holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote & wanted to thank all the efforts from Lanzarote Lates for making this a smooth, stress free & most importantly safe trip throughout. All emails before & during our trip were answered by Damion with speed & honesty, putting any concerns to rest. We requested that fresh bedding/towels to be dropped off & that house keepers weren’t required during our trip which was happily carried out by LL. David still visited to carry out pool cleaning duties but all was carried safely with the current climate in mind we’re in. As for Playa Blanca as a whole, masks are generally being worn whilst in shops, all restaurant staff are wearing them, hand sanitizers in place at all restaurants/shops, social distancing is in place, beaches we’re nice & quiet, felt very safe throughout. Was still able to go Scuba diving, most dive centres open with all Covid safety measures in place. Airport proceeding were fine, well organised & stress free. Obviously things feel a little different but it didn’t prevent us doing anything or from feeling relaxed throughout . We’ve been using Lanzarote Lates for 10 years now & this last trip proved why we keep using them, can’t thank them enough for making this “testing times” family holiday just perfect & totally safe. Here’s to another 10 years !

This is our 4th year to book with them and their customer service is provided from the minute you make the initial booking enquiry to when you shut your villa door for the last time on your day of departure. The cleaning and pool staff have always be friendly yet professional and the villas we have stayed in to date have been absolutely excellent and a real home away from home, esp with kids.
