Experiencia fantástica: Después de decidir comprar una residencia en Fuerteventura, durante unas vacaciones en la isla nos dirigimos a la Agencia 'Julien Properties'. Julien, no solo es una persona muy amable y disponible, también nos demostró ser un profesional serio, competente y propositivo, entendiendo nuestras necesidades, proponiéndonos y mostrándonos las nuevas oportunidades que surgían y, en un par de breves vacaciones en la isla, llevándonos a visitar las diferentes residencias que podrían ser de nuestro interés. Finalmente, nos ayudó en las negociaciones y se ocupó de toda la parte burocrática final, con el abogado y el notario. Nosotros vivimos en Italia, pero la distancia nunca representó un problema, nos manteníamos en constante contacto por correo electrónico. Experiencia fantástica: Julien fue muy profesional y atento desde el momento en que nos conocimos, su conocimiento de otros idiomas solo ayudaría si los compradores que no hablan inglés estuvieran interesados. Sabiendo que era su negocio, los idiomas y que era el único responsable de la venta de nuestra propiedad, fue la decisión para elegir a Julien para la venta de nuestra propiedad. Nos mantuvo completamente actualizados cuando traía compradores potenciales y proporcionó la retroalimentación necesaria casi de inmediato. Estar basado en el Reino Unido era vitalmente importante. Después de que acordamos el precio de venta con los compradores, fue casi transparente, ya que el proceso avanzó muy rápido, la relación con el abogado preferido fue definitivamente una ventaja, ya que la comunicación entre todas las partes fue excelente y cualquier problema o inquietud se resolvió rápidamente. Julien nos acompañó al Notario para asegurar que todo el proceso transcurriera sin problemas, lo cual, por supuesto, lo hizo. Recomiendo a Julien sin ninguna duda.

Nuestro encuentro a la puerta de su agencia, unos meses más tarde firmamos un muy bonito apartamento en Corralejo; Julien ha inculcado la confianza necesaria para llevar a cabo este proyecto. Experiencia fantástica: We had received Julien his contact details through Solamente (a furniture shop in Villaverde). We contacted him and within 1 day we could visit 3 properties. Julien is very accurate and really involved to find the right property. Julien has also good contacts with banks, notary and lawyer which is very convenient and he arranged all the meetings! He is also clear about costs so you will not have any hidden surprises. He thinks further than only selling a property and this makes his company unique. We are very glad with our new house in Villaverde and hope to start making it our own place this summer (when it is again allowed to travel). We would recommend Julien Properties to everyone who is interested to buy real estate in Fuerteventura.

Experiencia fantástica: Julien was recommended to me by another very satisfied customer when I had decided to sell my house. His approach is friendly, professional and was very knowledgeable when guiding me through the process. He was quick to take the photographs of my property and I had sight of the photographs and write up beforehand and he encouraged me to say if there was anything more I wanted to include or change until we were both happy with the end result. He was flexible with viewings and gave me plenty of notice beforehand and kept to the arranged time and gave very full feedback following each viewing. To say that getting to my point of sale was difficult would be an understatement for various reasons but Julien kept his cool and finally after three months of setbacks I achieved my sale. He was wonderful with me when I was getting agitated and great with the buyers when the people they were working with were being difficult. He put himself out to find information for either side to keep the wheels moving. He was genuinely concerned that both sides were happy and was absolutely delighted when both sides were thrilled and excited with the sale. The fact that he is lovely and not half bad to look at (a bit of a dish actually) just adds to his charm and efficiency that I would fully recommend him to handle your property business and consider myself very lucky to have had him handling my sale.

Julien Properties quickly stood out with his very personalised approach even through his first contact. As a matter of fact, via his questions he quickly helped us to understand very precisely what we were looking for : type of property , location , budget etc… After a week end of visit with both Julien properties and another established real estate agency in Fuerteventura we got confirmation that Julien was spot on. he had a good selection of goods and actually found us exactly the house with the characteristics we were looking for. Nevertheless it was just the start from how Julien proved to be efficient as he helped us to negotiate fairly and smoothly the transaction with the seller, as well as dealing with all the admin work / paperwork that was necessary to complete the transaction across all the parties involved: the seller ,the lawyer ,the bank and the notary. To end our story, he introduced us to various architects, interior designers and builders that help us pick up the perfect team for our project redesigning the house we bought.
