Experiencia fantástica: Hace más de un año comencé un viaje para comprar una propiedad en España para mi jubilación y para que amigos y familiares la usen. Sin Intasun y Marcelo a mi lado, no estaría escribiendo esta reseña en mi balcón con vista al Mediterráneo. Marcelo brindó un servicio fantástico, atento y profesional de principio a fin. Respondió rápida y pacientemente a mis muchas consultas y manejó mis ansiedades con calma y amabilidad. El proceso de compra de una propiedad en España está lejos de ser sencillo, pero con Marcelo sabía que estaba en muy buenas manos. No puedo recomendar a Intasun lo suficiente.

Experiencia negativa: Hola, tenemos experiencia con los abogados de Intasun y no es placentera. Pip, el abogado original, estaba bien, pero María es un desperdicio de espacio; ignora las llamadas y solo llama porque la están molestando constantemente. La última vez que habló con nosotros fue hace casi 2 años y estamos esperando que se ponga en contacto, pero no tengo esperanzas, ¡podría morir! Necesita hacerse cargo de su vida o, si no puede ayudar, que nos lo diga.

Experiencia fantástica: rrival we communicated via email and once in Spain, Arthur delivered on his promises showing us around and with a no pressure to buy approach along with introducing us to some fantastic restaurants. Day two Arthur handed us over to another excellent member of the Intasun team, Jake who took us out to look at several potential properties. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient and ultimately helped us find our dream villa. Since reaching agreement with the vendor, Intasun have been on hand for every step in the purchase process and Jake in particular has gone above and beyond what we would have expected or indeed have ever experienced from agents in the UK. Jake has helped us with quotes for pool repair, aircon installation etc etc. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and we cant recommend Jake and the rest of the Intasun team highly enough. From first meeting Arthur in Spain to collecting our keys took just 8 weeks. If you are looking for a professional, fast, reliable and honest company then I cannot recommend Intasun enough, post completion the support is still ongoing as we aren't in Spain to deal with installations etc we really are blown away with the service, if it was possible it would be more than a 5 star review. from us

Experiencia fantástica: What an absolute pleasure of meeting Arthur and his team!! We met them first at ‘a place in the sun’ conference and then again at our trip to Spain to view properties. We were picked up from and dropped at Alicante airport. Arthur spent a whole day just showing us different areas. That proved crucial later on in our decision making. There was no pressure at all and we met other estate agents there too. They are a very pleasant and professional team and fully deserve our five stars. Special thanks to Jake for his constant assistance during our stay in Spain.
