Experiencia fantástica: Über Jahre bereisten wir viele Küsten Spaniens, angefangen von der nördlichsten Mittelmeerküste Costa Brava bis hin zur Costa del Sol (Malaga) und Costa de la Luz (Cadiz und Umgebung). Wir wussten, dass wir irgendwann nach Spanien ziehen würden, aber wohin? Als finale Küstenregionen kamen für uns dann nur noch die Costa del Azahar (Valencia bis Calpe) und die Costa Blanca (Calpe bis Alicante) in Frage. An irgendeinem Zeitpunkt weiß man schließlich wo man gerne leben möchte, aber dann stellt sich die Frage, in was für einem Haus und welche Ansprüche hat man. Im Laufe der Zeit lernten wir somit auch viele Mitarbeiter/Inhaber der verschiedensten Immobilienagenturen kennen. Ein Haus kauft man nicht alle Tage und man möchte schließlich den besten Gegenwert für sein Geld. Man macht gute und manchmal auch weniger gute Erfahrungen. Irgendwann führte unsere Suche uns dann zum Team von Starways Properties. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an bestens beraten, das Team ist in jeder Hinsicht kompetent und darüber hinaus spürt man sofort, dass man es mit authentischen Menschen zu tun. Nichts wirkt aufgesetzt und man wird in allen Bereichen, von der Suche des geeigneten Objekts bis hin zum notariellen Kaufvertrag begleitet und hervorragend unterstützt. Im Nachhinein betrachtet kann ich folgendes Fazit treffen: Wären wir früher auf Starways Properties gestoßen, hätte alles sehr viel schneller gehen können. Experiencia fantástica: Har aldrig träffat så ansvarsfulla, hjälpsamma och professionella fastighetsmäklare innan. Köpet av vårt hus i Alfaz Del Pi kunde inte gått smidigare. Hjälpte oss med N.I.E, bankkontakt och köpprocessen var välorganiserad och gick fort. Connie tog också initiativet att hjälpa oss med vatten och elabonnemang, vilket är tidskrävande och man måste åka personligen till respektive kontor. Det fanns inte internet eller TV i huset och jag frågade Starways vem jag skulle kontakta. De ringde ett samtal och 2 dagar senare hade vi både fiber och TV, FANTASTISKT!!!! Vi fick också mycket värdefull information hjälp under köpet, såväl som efter. Vill ni ha en fastighetsmäklare som engagerar sig 100% och lite till, jordnära och gör det lätt för er. We were and still are very impressed with the service provided by starways properties and the professionalism my husband and i received from Klaus and Conny. I would recommend Starway properties to anyone as I think it’s one of the best we've experienced in the property market having bought and sold our own property recently. Every step in the process was explained and feedback was always provided. They are friendly and diligent, their customer service and people skills are excellent. We contacted several agents in the Moraira area for information and various property viewings however we proceeded with Klaus since he was familiar and knowledgeable around all aspects of the property we were interested in. The purchase was simple, smooth and quick. Much better than the service I received from others. We were always kept informed regarding where we stood in the purchase and the next steps ahead of us. As a follow up I have also spoke to Conny and found her to be just as helpful with any minor issues we ran in to after purchase which also includes the language barrier and she always assisted fantastically. All service providers were informed and names changed without having to lift a finger. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to buy on the costa blanca.
