Superó nuestras expectativas, se esforzó al máximo, incluso llevándonos a ver toda el área de lo que Mazarrón tenía para ofrecer en la ciudad / marina / puerto, etc. Sentimos que conocíamos a Logan desde hace años y sabía lo que era correcto para nosotros, mejor que nosotros mismos, lo sacó todo de la bolsa para nosotros en la última propiedad que tenía preparada para que la viéramos. De vuelta en la oficina, todo el personal fue muy amigable y servicial y ha hecho realidad nuestro sueño, por lo que estaremos eternamente agradecidos x gracias Logan y al personal de Mercer’s, de parte de Tracey y Mik, nos vemos pronto x

Experiencia negativa: Hmm, no estoy seguro por dónde empezar con estos Cowboys. Hice una oferta por una propiedad a través de un sitio web de buena reputación basado en España y recibí pronto una respuesta de uno de sus agentes masculinos (llamémoslo Logan Doe, por el bien del argumento) y después de un breve resumen y conversación pensé que estaba en camino a una nueva vida en el sol. Pero no fue así. Tuve que contactar con él nuevamente después de 9 o 10 días, ya que estaba un poco ansioso sobre si mi oferta fue aceptada o no. Me informaron que estaba fuera de la oficina y que me llamaría cuando regresara ese día. ¡No lo hizo! De hecho, nunca volví a saber de él. Así que al seguir mi interés por la misma propiedad, nuevamente fui contactado por Mercers, a quien llamaremos Sam Doe por el bien del argumento, y nuevamente le conté mis planes, es decir, la oferta de la propiedad con el número de referencia y mis fechas de viaje para ver la zona, etc. ¡Adivina qué! Nada de nuevo. La comunicación en este punto cesó. Una experiencia enormemente decepcionante.

I had no idea on Spanish property purchases or the process it involved Iwe saw a few properties on camposol and arranged for Logan from Mercers to meet us there. After he found us a place to stay for the length of our stay he also showed us round and put our mind at ease with his personal touch . We came away from our purchase feeling happy and completely satisfied. Il faut savoir que la dette du propriétaire suit la maison.Ce qui veut dire que si l'agent immobilier n'a pas vérifié, c'est vous qui devez payer la dette. A prendre très au sérieux.
