Experiencia fantástica: Totalmente profesional, consejos sólidos y gran conocimiento del mercado local, lo recomendaría encarecidamente. No fue un trabajo fácil vender y completar la venta de nuestra propiedad, pero C2C es un equipo de primera clase y logró nuestro objetivo sin complicaciones. El equipo legal encabezado por Domenico siempre estuvo disponible para abordar todos los problemas... Hicieron un excelente trabajo.
Experiencia negativa: Incluso una estrella es demasiado. Esta agencia trabaja con Liberty Insurance. Pero debido a la información deliberadamente incorrecta proporcionada por el gerente a la compañía de seguros, necesité involucrar a mis abogados para manejar esto. También alquilé un apartamento de esta agencia, pero después de irme, no recibí el reembolso de los tres meses de depósito que pagué. El inquilino anterior me dijo que a él también le pasó lo mismo y también perdió el depósito. Esperemos que la información que tengo sea correcta. Lo que significa que esta C2C está bajo investigación por la compañía de impuestos por varios asuntos. Desgraciado, todo lo que puedo decir.
What can you say about a man like Alexander Bunschoten? Let me tell you, but firstly let me respond. Alexander Bunschoten is claiming he never got his deposit back! WRONG 1. Alexander Bunschoten Didn’t pay his last two months rent (equivalent to the deposit he paid, NOTE: not 3 months!) The rental contract quite clearly stipulated that the deposit is NOT to be used in as rental payments that are due. Alex held his rental payments back HENCE he never received his deposit back. 2. Alexander Bunschoten changed the locks on the apartment DAMAGING a quite complex security locking system, we received a quote from a locksmith, repair 300 euros (we never received this back from Alex) 2. Alex claimed the last tenants didn't receive there deposit back, CORRECT the tenant was a smoker AND wasn't supposed to smoke in the apartment. The apartment had to painted and the furniture had to be cleaned using a special process which effectively sterilised the property including the soft furnishings. Company used for the process COMPLETE CLEANING CO. X3056571D. All invoices kept on file and although in excess of the deposit paid the tenant never paid the outstanding money owned to the owner. C2C Property do not have a Liberty Seguros agency but Brian does licence number C0467X07093312C. Check it out. So what's Alex's gripe with Liberty, he never got paid out on a claim that wasn't insured, 2 rental properties in the same complex, he claims he was robbed (Alex has a record of insurance fraud), sadly he wasn't insured for the property he had robbed (basically he dropped a bollock) and it would seem the whole thing was concocted lies. So lets be clear C2C Properties is a separate entity to Brian's insurance agency with Liberty. 3. C2C is not under any tax investigation, again manufactured lies. OK so lets get to Alexander Bunschoten previous record of insurance fraud. Alexander Bunschoten (the happy Kiwi) was convicted and found guilty in 1994 by Whangarei Court in New Zealand for arson and Insurance fraud (insurance company NZI) Reference number TZP144170. Mr Bunschoten has already had to pay heavy cost with regards to a previous case I brought against him AND again he will find himself back in court for defamation of character. See you in court AB.
